lementation of frontliner service procedures, varying employee discipline, and weak coordination among organizational units. A quantitative survey design was applied to test the causal relationship between leadership style and public service quality. Data were collected from 50 respondents consisting of 24 district employees and 26 community service users through structured questionnaires supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. Leadership style was measured through decision-making ability, motivational ability, subordinate control, and emotional control, whereas public service quality was measured using the SERVQUAL dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data were processed using IBM SPSS with validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination procedures. The findings show that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The regression model produced a positive coefficient, a standardized beta of 0.906, and an R Square value of 0.820, indicating that leadership style explained 82.0% of the variation in public service quality. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on district-level public service governance in an archipelagic urban context, where leadership is not only administrative but also coordinative and adaptive. The study implies that stronger leadership supervision, staff arrangement, and service discipline are necessary to improve the consistency of public service delivery.

Capaian IKU merupakan tolok ukur keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi organisasi secara terukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear sederhana, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner serta dokumentasi pada lembaga yang telah menerima rekomendasi minimum audit setelah dua tahun penelitian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekomendasi kinerja audit memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap capaian IKU, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,893 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,0000 (< 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,664 menunjukkan bahwa penerapan rekomendasi audit dapat menjelaskan 66,4% variasi capaian IKU. Akibatnya, IKU lembaga pemerintah menjadi semakin mampu menerapkan rekomendasi audit. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pekerjaan audit sebagai alat evaluasi sekaligus cara untuk mengukur pertumbuhan pekerjaan organisasi sektor publik. Rekomendasi audit yang dilakukan secara konsisten memiliki dampak langsung pada pencapaian tujuan kinerja organisasi.

Results show PBJT significantly increases PAD (R²: 71.7%–76.0%; p < 0.001), with bureaucratic structure and resources as the most influential factors. However, challenges remain, including unclear communication, limited resources, and low taxpayer compliance. Strengthening institutional capacity, improving coordination, and enhancing taxpayer compliance are recommended to optimize PAD.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan Aplikasi Dolen terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan Pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk mengukur hubungan antar dua variabel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 30 responden dan juga observasi oleh peneliti. Indikator kesejahteraan yang diteliti meliputi peningkatan pendapatan, akses terhadap pendidikan, kesehatan serta kondisi perumahan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Dolen memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Berdasarkan uji signifikansi korelasi maka ditemukan bahwa besar pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Dolen terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan adalah sebesar 76,2% .

The data collection instrument for variable X is a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. With 4 options that were first tested to determine the validity and reliability while the instrument for variable Y Documentation is in the form of a list of student grades (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of the Role of PAK Teachers' data are distributed normally with the calculation results obtained as X2 count . < X 2 table (22.33 < 43.77) and the PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained being X 2 count < X 2 table (18.85 < 43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x, which is linear. The results of the correlation test obtained r count of 0.453 consulted with the critical price r at a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people, the r table was obtained of 0.361, because the calculated r > r table (0.453 > 0.361) this shows that there is an influence of the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation of Class XI students of Medan Adventist Private High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, a statistical test formula (t-test) was used, obtaining a calculated t of 3.41. Data kecerdasan emosional diperoleh melalui angket kuesioner, sedangkan data hasil belajar bersumber dari dokumen nilai resmi sekolah. Instrumen kecerdasan emosional telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, korelasi Pearson Product Moment, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional siswa berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan hasil belajar tergolong baik. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan hasil belajar siswa kejuruan.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif serta memanfaatkan data sekunder time series tahunan periode 2005-2024 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan didukung uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran lulusan universitas, yang berarti peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi mampu menurunkan tingkat pengangguran terdidik. Sementara itu, investasi dan jumlah industri secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kedua variabel tersebut belum sepenuhnya diikuti oleh penciptaan lapangan kerja bagi lulusan universitas. Namun demikian, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran lulusan universitas. The 107 educational staff members of Bosowa University in 2026 make up the study population, and a complete sampling technique is used. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and personnel data recording were used to gather data. Descriptive statistics, basic linear regression, and various tests were employed in data analysis. Kinship-based recruitment procedures fall into the top category, according to the study's results (score 4.17). An estimated 52% of the 42 educational employees hired between 2023 and 2025 did so through non-competitive means that included nepotism. The performance of education staff hired prior to 2023 (score 3.70) and those hired between 2023 and 2025 (score 2.31) differs significantly, by 37.6%. 48.3% of the reduction in performance is positively and significantly impacted by family-based recruitment techniques. For education staff hired through non-merit methods, this report suggests implementing a meritocracy system, thorough HR audits, and competency improvement initiatives.
