the role of the village government in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction in Sukamanah Village. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. There were 7 informants. Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction. Apart from that, the collaboration between Pokdarwis and LMDH has not been able to increase the development of the tourist attraction due to the lack of clear authority in managing the tourist attraction. As well as the lack of encouraging community participation in realizing sustainability and cleanliness at the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction and not being supported by the availability of human resources who have an understanding of the concept of tourism management so that tourism promotion activities have not been carried out routinely.

The study adopted a library research method focusing on integrative and comprehensive literature analysis to explore the interrelationship between psychodermatology and skincare. The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. Future studies should focus on identifying stressors that affect skin health and developing effective psychodermatology therapies for holistic skin care.

The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan keluarga melalui pengelolaan pekarangan di Posyandu Permata Anawai, Kota Kendari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 28 September 2025 di Posyandu Permata Anawai, Wilayah Puskesmas Wua-Wua, Kota Kendari, peserta kegiatan yang hadir sebanyak 11 orang yang terdiri dari 2 kader Posyandu dan 9 Ibu Balita. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup pemberian edukasi terkait pentingnya konsumsi pangan bergizi, melalui metode ceramah dan tanya jawab selama sekitar 60 menit, pendampingan praktik budidaya tanaman sayuran di pekarangan, serta penyaluran bibit tanaman kepada peserta. Penilaian kegiatan dilakukan secara kualitatif berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap keterlibatan peserta, tingkat antusiasme, dan respons selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif berupa meningkatnya kesadaran dan sikap peserta terhadap pemanfaatan pekarangan sebagai sumber pangan keluarga. Partisipasi aktif kader Posyandu turut memperkuat proses edukasi gizi dan membuka peluang keberlanjutan kegiatan di lingkungan masyarakat. Meskipun belum didukung oleh pengukuran kuantitatif, kegiatan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan pekarangan yang terintegrasi dengan Posyandu berpotensi menjadi strategi pendukung penguatan ketahanan pangan keluarga. Untuk pengembangan selanjutnya, diperlukan penerapan metode evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur guna menilai dampak jangka panjang terhadap pola konsumsi dan kemandirian pangan rumah tangga.

Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara pendahuluan, pengisian kuesioner sebelum pelaksanaan intervensi, pemutaran film, serta diskusi reflektif bersama peserta. Subjek kegiatan terdiri atas 20 orang WBP laki-laki. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan dalam dinamika emosi peserta, terutama pada aspek emosi sedih, marah, takut, dan harapan. Emosi sedih dan harapan muncul sebagai respons yang paling dominan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan hubungan keluarga dan masa depan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran diri, kemampuan untuk mengenali emosi, serta memperkuat komunikasi interpersonal antar peserta. Dengan demikian, cinematherapy terbukti efektif sebagai media alternatif dalam pembinaan psikologis yang mampu memfasilitasi pengungkapan emosi secara positif serta mendukung kesejahteraan mental warga binaan.

Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, tim BKP melaksanakan intervensi psikoedukasi menggunakan media poster karena mampu menyampaikan informasi secara ringkas, visual, dan mudah dipahami. Poster memuat materi mengenai pengertian disabilitas, jenis-jenis disabilitas, serta etika komunikasi yang tepat. Poster dipasang pada area strategis dan diunggah melalui portal internal perusahaan. Hasil observasi lanjutan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman karyawan mengenai komunikasi inklusif, ditandai dengan respons positif serta meningkatnya kepercayaan diri karyawan dalam berinteraksi dengan penyandang disabilitas. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan psikoedukasi ini efektif dalam memperluas wawasan karyawan, mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang lebih inklusif, dan memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran aplikatif bagi mahasiswa BKP dalam merancang intervensi berbasis kebutuhan lapangan.
