n make presentations in front of the class. In the previous community service, we discussed training regarding increasing students' self-confidence. The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.

The results of the analysis show that the Fingermathic method can increase students' learning initiative and self-confidence, although more attention is still needed on the aspects of setting targets, overcoming difficulties, and evaluating learning outcomes. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for further development in designing learning strategies that support the formation of students' independent learning character at the elementary school level.

The aim of this service is to provide assistance to village operators to manage websites, especially in terms of writing articles, taking photos and managing website interface. The method used in this mentoring activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This mentoring activity will be carried out in September-October 2023 and consists of 5 stages of mentoring, namely coordination, socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. After completing the mentoring activities, the results of the mentoring can be seen directly on the village website and show that there has been an improvement in website management, such as an increase in the number of news/activities in Sumber Baru Village that are reported on the website. It is hoped that mentoring activities like this will be further increased to improve the quality of village human resources which will have an impact on improving public communication by the village government.

The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi AI yang berkembang saat ini sangat membantu dalam mendukung kemajuan UMKM diberbagai bidang. Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi AI dapat membantu UMKM yang terkendala dengan desain produk dan pemasaran secara online. PkM ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan. Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan tentang kualitas pesan promosi dan penyajian produk visual yang menarik, sehingga UMKM dapat menghasilkan konten pemasaran yang efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan mempengaruhi target audiens. Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 telah membawa dampak besar bagi banyak sektor bisnis di seluruh dunia, baik bisnis besar maupun UMKM. Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Selain itu persaingan bisnis secara digital juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi usaha keripik oleh-oleh Kisaran. Dengan metode observasi dan memberikan pelatihan langsung ke lokasi mitra maka penerapan website dan e-katalog merupakan langkah penting bagi usaha Keripik Selasih dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis pasca pandemi COVID-19. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi dapat membantu bisnis meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, dan memperluas pasar mereka. Penerapan website dan e-katalog juga dapat membantu Pak Selamat untuk memperluas jangkauan pelanggan mereka.
