e insight, knowledge, and experience directly about the model of blended learning for teachers, especially teachers of Sma Katolik 1 Kabanjahe; (2) Teachers can use elearning moodle learning technology. The techniques that are planned to shape the motivation and participation of educators ranging from the benefits of blended learning, and the application of blended learning so that educators in directly implementing it in the classroom. The implementation method starts in a structured manner starting from the initial discussion about blended learning, taking the results of the initial questionnaire, then giving independent tasks to the teachers. This community service was attended by 12 teachers at SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe, Kab. Karo. North Sumatra. The important conclusion of this community service is the awareness and ability of educators in using information technology, especially blended learning can increase motivation to educators to provide maximum learning to learners.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan internet dapat menguntungkan para pendidik dalam memberikan informasi kepada peserta didik. Pengetahuan tentang teknologi informasi mempunyai potensi yang sangat tinggi. Tujuan dari penulisan: (1) memperluas wawasan, pengetahuan dan pengalaman secara langsung tentang model pembelajaran blended learning untuk guru guru khususnya Guru SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe; (2) Guru–guru dapat menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran elearning moodle. Teknik yang direncanakan untuk membentuk motivasi dan partisipasi tenaga pendidik mulai dari keuntungan blended learning, dan pengaplikasian blended learning sehingga tenaga pendidik dalam langsung mengimplementasikannya di dalam kelas. Metode pelaksanaan dimulai secara terstruktur mulai dari diskusi awal tentang blended learning, mengambil hasil kuesioner awal, selanjutnya memberikan tugas mandiri kepada guru–guru. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 12 guru di SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe, kab. Karo. Sumatera Utara. Kesimpulan penting dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya kesadaran dan kemampuan pendidik dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi khususnya blended learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi kepada tenaga pendidik untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang maksimal kepada peserta didik.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan komunkasi yang semakin cepat ditandai dengan kehadiran media internet yang telah mempermudah manusia untuk menyebarluaskan dan menerima/mencari informasi tanpa terikat batas negara dalam lingkup internasional. Kini manusia sudah hidup dalam kepraktisan mengingat sarana komunikasi semakin modern sebagai penunjang segala kegiatan telah tersedia, bahka kehadiran media internet mampu menyediakan data berbagai ragam informasi, mulai dari politik, ekonomi, social, budaya dan sebagainya cukup melalui search engine (mesin pencari) maka informasi yang dibutuhkan akan didapatkan. Bahkan melalui internet, informasi untuk kehidupan pribadi bisa diperoleh seperti kesehatan, rekreasi, hobi, pengembangan pribadi, rohani dan lainnya. Tetapi ada bagian lain yang perlu dipahami bahwa kehadiran media internet dengan tawaran atau pilihan beragam situs dengan keleluasaan akses seperti pedang bermata dua, di satu sisi bisa membawa dampak positif dan di sisi lain berdampak negatif. Terjadi kasus penistaan, penghinaan, pencemaran nama baik, bullying (perundungan), penculikan, isu SARA, Provokasi, propaganda, ujaran kebencian, berita bohong (hoax) dan sejenisnya.

The more criteria for poor and vulnerable families that were met, the priority for BLT village fund recipients. BLT priority assessment based on the aspect of the criteria that apply by law is implemented using PhpMyadmin. The development of a web-based information system made it easier to inform villagers of the names of BLT priority recipients based on the reasons that had been collected and then ranked. The resulting system helps employees of the Pagar Jati Village office to inform BLT recipients in a technological system built with the water fall method including data collection, problem analysis, design, testing and system evaluation.

Abstrak: Pendemi mengakibatkan perekonomian menurun drastis, bahkan banyak warga yang kehilangan sumber mata pencaharian. Pemerintah secara langsung mengucurkan dana dalam bentuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kecurigaan adanya ketidakadilan bagi warga desa penerima BLT. Perlu adanya sistem yang transparan menginformasikan kriteria penerima BLT. Semakin banyak kriteria keluarga miskin dan rentan yang dipenuhi, menjadi prioritas penerima BLT dana desa. Penilaian prioritas BLT berdasarkan aspek kriteria yang berlaku secara undang-undang diimplementasikan menggunakan PhpMyadmin. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web mempermudah menginformasikan pada warga desa nama-nama penerima prioritas BLT berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diranking. Sistem yang dihasilkan membantu pegawai kantor Desa Pagar Jati menginformasikan penerima BLT secara sistem teknologi yang dibangun dengan metode water fall meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa permasalahan, perancangan, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem.

Karena media sosial dapat dijadikan suatu media promosi, melihat perkembangan pasar, memberikan pengalaman bagi konsumen dan sebagai media sosial kompetitor. Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberi judul “Instalasi Sistem Operasi Berbasis Windows 10†bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa dan siswi MAN Asahan tentang Instalasi Sistem Operasi Windows. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi langsung ke sekolah MAN Asahan dengan melihat serta menganalisa permasalahan ataupun troubleshooting yang terjadi pada Laboratorium Komputer disekolah MAN Asahan. Selain itu, Informasi permasalahan pada komputer Lab sekolah juga dilakukan tim dosen selaku pelaku kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada Guru dan pegawai yang bertugas di Lab Komputer sekolah MAN Asahan. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana siswa dan siswi dapat memperbaiki komputer serta troubleshooting yang terjadi pada komputer sekolah maupun komputer dirumah dapat teratasi sendiri tanpa harus memakai jasa perbaikan komputer.

Undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (disingkat UU ITE) atau Undang-undang nomor 11 Tahun 2008 adalah UU yang mengatur tentang informasi serta transaksi elektronik, atau teknologi informasi secara umum. UU ini memiliki yurisdiksi yang berlaku untuk setiap orang yang melakukan perbuatan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang ini, baik yang berada di wilayah Indonesia maupun di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia, yang memiliki akibat hukum di wilayah hukum Indonesia dan/atau di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia dan merugikan kepentingan Indonesia. Banyak kalangan menginginkan pasal 27 ayat 3 di Undang-undang No. 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) untuk dihapus. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dikembangkan soal matematika HOTS di jenjang pendidikan sekolah menengah Kejuruan. Kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan soal-soal HOTS dikarenakan kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh guru serta minimnya kegiatan sharing untuk menyusun soal HOTS. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi guru matematika SMK dalam membuat soal-soal HOTS. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan kepada guru matematika SMK Pembangunan Denpasar dan melibatkan semua guru mata pelajaran matematika. Mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini bernama I Made Surya Mega Widiastha, S.Pd merupakan salah satu guru matematika di SMK Pembangunan Denpasar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang diberikan kepada pihak mitra maupun ke pihak sekolah diperoleh hasil pengabdian sudah dapat berjalan dengan baik.
