The Effect of Investment and Trade on Indonesian Economic Growth (Study on The Impact of The Russian – Ukraine War)

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of investment and trade on Indonesian economic growth with a focus on the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has caused significant global uncertainty,… ncertainty, affecting international investment and trade flows. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from various official sources. Through regression analysis, it was found that investment and trade have a significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. However, the instability caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war affects this relationship, particularly through changes in commodity prices and disruptions in global supply chains. The results of this study provide important insights for policymakers to develop strategies that can mitigate the negative impacts of international conflicts on the national economy.

Abstract: Many students decide to choose concentration because of pressure from other parties, such as parents, siblings, or the surrounding environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore and understand in depth the… he dynamics of decision-making in financial management concentration. The research was conducted with a phenomenological approach that reveals deep aspects that have not been revealed in the scientific literature so that it becomes a novelty about the dynamics of student decision-making in choosing a concentration. This research uses qualitative methodology with an interpretive paradigm and transcendental phenomenology approach. The key informants of this study were 8th students of financial management concentration. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The dynamics of decision-making regarding the choice of financial management concentration are caused by academic preferences, the impact of social interaction, and job opportunities. YUK TANI: Optimizing the Distribution of Agricultural Products through Android-Based Applications

Abstract: The Pajarakan District area is an agricultural area where 61% of the area is rice fields. Even though the Pajarakan Subdistrict area has large agricultural land, it does not make farmers feel benefited when the harvest season… eason arrives, because many of the farmers feel at a loss because their crops are bought by collectors at low prices. The purpose of this research is to create a system for selling agricultural products to help farmers sell agricultural products directly to agents in order to get a higher price than the price of collectors. In this study, a system was successfully created with the name YUK TANI based on Android using Android Studio, and the CodeIgniter 4 framework for creating REST APIs, and MySQL as database storage. With this system of selling agricultural products, it is hoped that it can help farmers in the Pajarakan District area to improve their economy when post-harvest arrives.

Analysis The Causes of Bad Credit

Abstract: Bad credit is one of the main problems faced by the banking sector, which can threaten financial stability and bank profitability. This research aims to analyze the causes of bad credit through the literature review method,… od, by identifying and evaluating relevant scientific works. The research results show that the causes of bad credit can be categorized into four main factors: internal factors of the borrower, external factors of the borrower, internal factors of the bank, and regulatory and policy factors. The borrower's internal factors include poor management and weak financial capabilities, while external factors include unstable macroeconomic conditions and intense business competition. Internal bank factors include weak credit assessment processes and inappropriate credit policies, while regulatory and policy factors include less effective regulations and erratic changes in government policy. To reduce the risk of bad credit, banks and financial institutions are advised to improve credit assessment processes, tighten supervision of the use of funds, develop credit policies that are more flexible but based on in-depth risk analysis, and strengthen regulations and supervision. Macroeconomic risk mitigation strategies are also important to maintain financial stability. By implementing these strategic steps, it is hoped that the risk of bad credit can be minimized, support the stability and sustainability of the banking sector, and increase trust and security for all parties involved. This research emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive and coordinated approach in credit risk management to ensure the sustainability and stability of the financial system. 

Culinary Innovation Made from Oyster Mushroom: The Process of Mentoring and Nugget Creation as a Business Opportunity for Local MSMEs

Abstract: Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) are agricultural commodities with high economic value with good nutritional content. Its cultivation in Jumantoro Village, Jumapolo District, Karanganyar Regency, has great potential… l because it is supported by suitable natural conditions. However, farmers and MSMEs still face obstacles in the use of manual equipment and less than optimal marketing, so product innovation is needed to increase the added value and competitiveness of oyster mushrooms in the market. As a solution, a mentoring program was introduced with the culinary innovation of oyster mushroom nuggets. This activity includes surveys and interviews with MSMEs, transfer of cultivation knowledge, and production practices. Nuggets were chosen because their texture resembles chicken meat, making them an economical and healthy food alternative. Production is carried out at the MSME's Mushroom House with a systematic method to ensure quality. The results of the mentoring showed a positive response from MSMEs and the community, both in terms of economy and product acceptance. In addition to increasing local income, this program also provides direct experience for students in understanding mushroom cultivation and processing. By optimizing local potential, innovation in processed oyster mushroom products can be a sustainable strategy in supporting village economic growth.

Factors Affecting The Rupiah Exchange Rate Over The United States Dollar in Indonesia

Abstract: This study examines the factors that affect the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar in Indonesia between 2013-2022. The observed factors include interest rates, inflation, and money supply. Annual data was… used from legitimate sources such as Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results show that interest rates have a significant influence on the rupiah exchange rate, with an increase in interest rates causing a depreciation of the rupiah against the US dollar. Inflation has no significant effect on the exchange rate, although high inflation can affect purchasing power and confidence in the local currency. Money supply also has a significant effect, where an increase tends to cause rupiah depreciation. An increase in money supply causes inflation and decreases purchasing power, thus decreasing the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar

Abstract: Contemporary society's life is very dependent on entertainment. Some people choose to spend their free time in malls or shopping centers because of limited time and increasing busyness. One of these family entertainment… centers is Timezone, which has outlets in several malls in Makassar city, such as Ratu Indah Mall, Panakkukang Mall, and Nipah Mall. And we focused our research on Timezone Mall Panakkukang. Timezone needs to improve itself to improve the quality of product so that customers are satisfied and can survive the competition. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method and distributes surveys to Timezone customers. The type of data used is primary data. This research used a non-purposive sample, with a sample size of 50 people. To test survey data for validity and effectiveness using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) using multiple linear regression. From the results of multiple linear regression it means that variables X1 (product quality) and X2 (product price) have no effect on variable Y (customer satisfaction timezone).

The results show that financial literacy, income and financial behavior significantly positive with investment decisions. It is mean that good financial literacy, higher income, and the well financial behaviour will improve the quality of investment decisions.

The data collection technique… in this study uses documentation techniques in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2018-2022. The profitability ratios used in this study include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the last four years has tended to be unfavorable, because the average value of the profitability ratio is below the expected standard of measurement. To overcome the problem of declining financial performance, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk must identify and control production and distribution costs more efficiently, develop appropriate pricing and sales strategies, manage accounts receivable properly, and be prudent in using loans with favorable interest rates to increase the company's net profit.
