From initial observations, it was seen that students' enthusiasm for learning tended to be low, as seen from their inactive attitudes, little interaction, and easily distracted when teachers used less diverse learning methods. To address this, a Smartboard was proposed as an innovative solution. This tool is an interactive whiteboard that uses multimedia and audiovisual technology, so it can combine teaching materials with images, videos, and animations to make learning more interesting and diverse. The method used in this study was the correlation method, namely a quantitative method that studies the relationship between the use of Smartboard interactive features and the level of student enthusiasm for learning. The results showed that the use of Smartboard in learning was proven to be able to increase student enthusiasm for learning. After implementing the Smartboard, students appeared more active and enthusiastic during the learning process, so that their enthusiasm for learning increased and reduced boredom. The implementation of Smartboard involves game-based learning methods such as Duck Race Games and Wordwall, which successfully trigger students' curiosity, focus, and enthusiasm, and encourage them to actively participate in answering questions and interacting in class.

blems faced by partners, both farm owners and farm workers: 1) lack of knowledge and understanding of the concept and application of biosecurity 2) lack of sanitation application, which increases the risk of diseases emerging and spreading 3) not yet aware that the use of open house system, unfenced farms and no procedures for entering the farm area, are not in accordance with the principles of biosecurity system. The activity was carried out in stages: survey, socialization on the concept and implementation of the 3-zone biosecurity system, provision of disinfectants and examples of regulation for laying hen farming as well as evaluation. The evaluation results show that during the extension activity, out of 8 participants only 2 were actively asking questions, and it turned out they were the farm owners, while the farm workers were passive. It was found after the outreach activity, that the farm owners or farm workers who were partners had not been implemented the 3-zone biosecurity system, therefore outreach activities regarding biosecurity on poultry farm still need to be provided again to them, so that the concept and application of biosecurity will be truly understood and they would be willing to do so. However, at least 2 farms have prepared signboards with rules for entering the farm area. The occurrence of outbreaks and pandemics should be a lesson-learned that biosecurity measures are highly relevant to the saying “it is better to prevent than cure”. If, chicken remain healthy, they produce high-quality and safe products, and so, farmers can minimize health costs and maximize profits, even enabling farms owner to expand their businesses scale. In conclusion, this activity has not been given a significant impact on partner’s farm management because all partners have not been implemented the 3-zone biosecurity system, and it would be better if, all farm owners as decision makers to participate in this kind of activity, as well as the need for synergy between relevant agencies in the livestock sector in Tomohon city and academics with poultry farming business practitioners in an effort to maintain livestock health, poultry communities and maintain food security.

ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Tanimbar Islands Regency in efforts to prevent vote-buying during the 2024 Regional Head Election. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings indicate that Bawaslu implemented various preventive strategies, such as public outreach, vulnerability mapping, and anti–vote-buying patrols. However, several constraints were identified, including limited human resources, difficult and remote geographic conditions, and a local political culture that remains tolerant of vote-buying transactions. This study recommends increasing community participation, utilizing technology in oversight activities, and strengthening cross-institutional collaboration to make efforts to prevent vote-buying more effective.

tudy employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The researcher collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving five teachers at MI Nurul Islam, Pamekasan. The findings reveal that students’ learning motivation varies, ranging from high to low levels, influenced by both internal and external factors. Teachers make several efforts to improve students’ motivation, including creating an enjoyable learning environment, applying innovative teaching methods such as discussions, quizzes, and audio-visual media, providing rewards, and involving parents in the educational process. Supporting factors include parental support, a conducive learning environment, and the use of engaging learning media. In contrast, inhibiting factors consist of limited facilities, students’ low basic abilities, and a lack of support from the family environment. Therefore, creative and collaborative teachers play a crucial role in enhancing students’ learning motivation.

The findings indicate that the management and implementation of KKDMP Technical Guidance runs smoothly and with quality thanks to the use of technology. In addition, cooperative facilitators who pass the 2025 test from the Ministry of Cooperatives are expected to be able to implement practices in accordance with the implementation journal and applicable regulations effectively. The Red and White Cooperative is a government program to establish village/sub-district-based economic institutions that aim to improve the welfare and independence of the community through the principles of mutual cooperation and kinship. This cooperative functions as a joint forum for carrying out various local economic efforts, such as providing basic necessities, savings and loan services, and strengthening MSMEs, so as to encourage food security and shorten the supply chain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada Rumah Magot Bedas 03 dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Model yang mencakup lima proses inti Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Setiap proses dianalisis berdasarkan Key Performance Indicators (KPI), kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan Traffic Light System (TLS) sebagai alat visualisasi kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua indikator rantai pasok mencapai target optimal. Beberapa aspek seperti efisiensi produksi, ketersediaan pasokan bahan baku, dan ketepatan pengiriman berada pada kategori kuning (cukup) hingga merah (buruk), menandakan perlunya perbaikan segera pada proses-proses tersebut. TLS terbukti membantu dalam memetakan prioritas perbaikan secara lebih jelas. Penerapan SCOR model efektif dalam memberikan gambaran objektif mengenai kinerja rantai pasok budidaya magot. Evaluasi ini mengidentifikasi titik-titik kritis yang harus ditingkatkan agar proses produksi dan distribusi lebih efisien, berkelanjutan, serta mendukung pengembangan usaha berbasis ekonomi sirkular.
