allenges related to work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment, which are presumed to influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study population consisted of 87 employees, all of whom were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings reveal that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.388. Work discipline also demonstrates a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.310. The work environment emerges as the most dominant variable, with a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 1.238, and a beta coefficient of 0.417. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by an F-statistic of 40.438 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.594 indicates that 59.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence that the work environment constitutes the most dominant factor affecting employee performance within the Department of Education and Culture of Jayapura City, an institution characterized by distinctive organizational features and service-area conditions.

This study empirically examines the effects of real-time interactivity and promotion incentive information on impulse buying behavior, with perceived trust serving as a mediating variable that explains the psychological pathway between digital stimuli and spontaneous purchase decisions. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative causal design, data were collected from 231 active TikTok users in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.0. The analysis reveals that both exogenous variables significantly enhance the tendency for impulsive purchases, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of perceived trust. Responsive real-time interactions and exclusive, time-sensitive promotions effectively foster consumer trust in sellers, which subsequently accelerates unplanned buying behavior. These findings advance theoretical discourse in digital marketing literature by emphasizing the critical integration of interactivity, promotional stimuli, and affective trust mechanisms in shaping purchasing decisions within persuasive and simultaneous digital environments. The practical implications of this study offer strategic insights for businesses, encouraging the optimization of interactive features and promotional tactics to establish credibility and drive instant sales conversions in the context of e-commerce live streaming.

ademic, social, and mobility activities of the academic community, which heavily depends on pedestrian facilities. Field observations reveal several key issues with the pedestrian facilities in this area, including the sidewalk width not meeting the minimum standard, lack of accessibility features for people with disabilities, absence of vegetation or shade, and insufficient signage and road markings to guide users. These conditions result in discomfort and insecurity for pedestrians, as well as failing to support the principles of inclusivity in infrastructure planning. The research employs a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through field observations, questionnaires, interviews, and literature reviews. Based on the analysis, the majority of respondents expressed the need for improvements to the sidewalk quality, addition of shade trees, enhanced accessibility for people with disabilities, and the installation of supporting facilities such as street lighting. The study then recommends several improvement measures, such as widening the sidewalks to at least 1.5 meters, providing ramps and Guiding blocks, planting vegetation along the pedestrian routes, and installing road signs and markings. These recommendations aim to improve pedestrian comfort and safety. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu in creating a campus area that is more friendly, safe, comfortable, and inclusive for all users, while also supporting sustainable mobility.

This study aims to develop a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to optimize the raw material inventory management at RO Aquatub. The system development follows the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The system is designed to serve three main entities: admin, supplier, and manager, with key features including stock management, material purchase requests, live chat, and transaction reports. The results of system testing using the black box method indicate that all features function as intended. The system improves stock management efficiency, speeds up communication with suppliers, and supports decision-making by providing accurate and real-time data. With this system, RO Aquatub can manage its production operations more effectively and more controlled manner.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok. RO Aquatub merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan bathub, namun dalam praktiknya sering mengalami kendala seperti keterlambatan pengadaan bahan baku, pencatatan stok yang masih manual, serta tidak adanya sistem terintegrasi dengan supplier. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang optimalnya proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management) berbasis web guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku pada RO Aquatub. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dirancang untuk memfasilitasi tiga entitas utama yaitu admin, supplier, dan pimpinan, dengan fitur utama seperti manajemen stok, pengajuan pembelian bahan, live chat, serta laporan transaksi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok, mempercepat proses komunikasi dengan supplier, serta membantu pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang akurat dan real-time. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pihak RO Aquatub dapat menjalankan operasional produksi secara lebih efektif dan terkontrol.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi web sebagai tempat informasi dan pengaduan bagi pengunjung wisata Kampung Eropa Harau, yang berada di Lembah Harau, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Sumatera Barat. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membuat wisatawan merasa aman dan nyaman. Fitur utamanya termasuk pelaporan masalah dan peta interaktif yang terhubung dengan Google Maps. Ini membantu pengguna mencari layanan terdekat dan menavigasi dengan mudah. Sistem dibuat menggunakan metode Agile yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, pengujian, dan pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini juga termasuk analisis kebutuhan pengguna dan pengujian sistem dengan metode black box untuk memastikan semua fungsi bekerja dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini bisa bekerja dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah akses informasi, pengiriman laporan secara online, dan pemantauan laporan secara langsung. udy focuses on the application of the Lean Software Development method to design an E-SCM system in the Banana Chips industry, which faces challenges in managing inventory and production processes. The main problems faced include the inability to manage raw material inventory and non-computerized records, resulting in inefficient use of time and costs. By applying Lean principles, such as eliminating unnecessary features, fast delivery, and team collaboration, the E-SCM Website is designed to be responsive to market needs and easy to understand by users. Before the E-SCM system is applied by users, developers test the system by measuring how well the system is understood by users. Before being implemented, the system was tested using the Usability Scale System (SUS) and prototype testing. The results of the questionnaire filled out by 5 respondents showed an average SUS score of 78, which was categorized as "Acceptable" and "Good".

Abstrak: Dalam era bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. E-SCM muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk mengintegrasikan mitra kerja dan mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan metode Lean Software Development untuk merancang sistem E-SCM di industri Banana Chips, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses produksi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakmampuan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan baku dan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi, mengakibatkan inefisiensi penggunaan waktu dan biaya. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Lean, seperti menghilangkan fitur-fitur yang tidak perlu, pengiriman cepat, dan kolaborasi tim, Website E-SCM dirancang agar responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelum sistem E-SCM diaplikasikan oleh pengguna, pengembang melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem tersebut dengan mengukur seberapa baik sistem dimengeri oleh pengguna. Sebelum diterapkan, sistem diuji menggunakan Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) dan pengujian prototype. weighting further complicates the process, making it less fair and less suited to field needs. To address this, a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) was developed using the TOPSIS method. The study focused on five sub-districts with the highest number of registered voters: Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, and Pulau Rakyat. Selection criteria included understanding of vision and mission, motivation, integrity, supervisory experience, knowledge of local wisdom, and communication and teamwork skills. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to obtain candidate scores. The DSS processed the data objectively and produced rankings based on preference values. Results showed that Syahputra from Air Batu achieved the highest score (1000) and ranked first. System testing with the black box method confirmed all features functioned properly. This DSS improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, offering Bawaslu a reliable technological solution for selecting competent and high-integrity Panwaslu members.

Abstrak: Kurangnya transparansi dan objektivitas dalam seleksi anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan di Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem terstruktur dalam menentukan kriteria serta bobot penilaian menyebabkan proses seleksi kurang adil dan sulit menyesuaikan kebutuhan lapangan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan pada lima kecamatan dengan jumlah Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) terbanyak, yaitu Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, dan Pulau Rakyat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi pemahaman visi-misi, motivasi, integritas, pengalaman pengawasan pemilu, pengetahuan kearifan lokal, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama. Data kandidat diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah oleh sistem untuk menghasilkan peringkat secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Syahputra dari Kecamatan Air Batu memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 1000 dan ditetapkan sebagai kandidat terbaik. Pengujian dengan metode black box membuktikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi seleksi, serta menjadi solusi teknologi bagi Bawaslu dalam menentukan anggota Panwaslu yang kompeten dan berintegritas.

This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, which is carried out through interview techniques and observations of the system being run. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of E-CRM allows faster and more accurate product information synchronization, facilitates online transactions, and increases customer interaction through review features and direct communication. Thus, this system contributes to increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the effectiveness of vinta manullang store operations.

Abstrak: Toko Vinta Manullang merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian untuk pria, wanita, dan anak-anak. Di era digital saat ini, penerapan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) memainkan peran krusial dalam membangun dan meningkatkan kesetiaan pelanggan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, implementasi Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) semakin diperlukan untuk mengelola interaksi pelanggan secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan E-CRM dalam hal meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pelanggan serta memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap sistem yang sedang dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan E-CRM memungkinkan penyampaian informasi produk lebih cepat dan akurat, mempermudah transaksi online, serta meningkatkan interaksi pelanggan melalui fitur ulasan dan komunikasi langsung. SIBATEL, where in the previous update monitoring process work in the field to report to their superiors was considered to be inefficient. The purpose of this research is to design an application system for site and generator maintenance update monitoring that is useful at PT. SIBATEL. In designing this system application, it is hoped that it can be completed quickly and properly according to needs by using Scrum or the Agile Scrum framework. The results of this application development are considered effective and efficient in terms of time and are structured in carrying out the features needed by going through the stages: Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, with Focus factors which are used by 0.8 or 80% with a different sprint length in each sprint. So the selection of the scrum method in the development of site and generator maintenance update monitoring applications at PT. SIBATEL is considered quite good and useful.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem aplikasi monitoring update maintenance site dan genset yang berguna pada PT. SIBATEL. Dalam perancangan aplikasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan baik sesuai kebutuhan dengan menggunakan scrum atau kerangka kerja Agile Scrum. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini dinilai efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu serta terstruktur dalam pengerjaan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan dengan melalui tahapan : Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, dan Sprint Retrospective, dengan Focus factor yang digunakan sebesar 0,8 atau 80% dengan panjang sprint yang berbeda pada tiap-tiap sprint.
