The Effect Of Giving Manure Type Growth Regulators On The Vegetative Phase Of Chili Plants (Capsicum Frutescens)

Abstract: Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is a horticultural commodity with high economic value and continuously increasing market demand. The success of cayenne pepper production is largely determined by vegetative growth… in the early stages, which is influenced by the availability of nutrients and plant growth regulators. The use of manure as a source of organic matter and natural Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) is expected to enhance vegetative growth. This study aimed to determine the effect of manure application and natural PGRs on the vegetative growth of cayenne pepper and to identify the treatment that produces the best growth.The research was conducted from December to January 2026 at the land of the Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera Business Research Center, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a 4 × 3 pattern and three replications. The first factor was the dosage of manure consisting of 0 kg (control), 1 kg, 1.5 kg, and 2 kg per plant. The second factor was the type of natural PGR, consisting of shallot extract, rice water, and coconut water. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and number of branches at 15, 30, and 45 days after planting (DAP). Data were analyzed using the F-test and continued with the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at a 5% significance level if the results were significant.The results showed that manure application had no significant effect on all vegetative growth parameters up to 45 DAP. The application of natural PGRs also showed no significant effect at 15, 30, and 45 DAP, as well as on other parameters. There was no significant interaction between manure and natural PGRs on all observed parameters.

Differences in Growth and Yield Responses of Several Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) Varieties in Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) Interrows

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the response of several cayenne pepper varieties (Capsicum frutescens L.) on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper cultivated in the cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) alley cropping system. The research… arch was conducted from April to July 2025 at Mon Jambe Village, Jeumpa District, and the Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera Business Research Center, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The experiment employed a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four varieties as treatments and three replications, resulting in 12 experimental units. The tested varieties were Rajo, Genie, Bara, and Tetra Hijau. Data were collected through observations of plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, fruit weight, and fresh biomass weight, and were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine differences among treatments. The results showed that the varietal factor had a highly significant effect on leaf number and a significant effect on fruit number and fruit weight. The Bara variety exhibited the most adaptive and productive performance under the cocoa alley cropping system, as indicated by superior vegetative growth and yield compared to other varieties. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing that varietal selection is a key factor in optimizing the utilization of cocoa alley spaces for cayenne pepper cultivation. These findings are expected to provide a scientific basis for developing cayenne pepper cultivation technologies in cocoa alley systems and to serve as a reference for further research on adaptive variety development under such environmental conditions.

The Macroscopic Measurement Of The Liver And Kidney Of Male Mice (Rattus Norvegicus Berkenhout) Treated With Neptunia Plena Lour Leaf Extract

Abstract: The Supan Supan Laki plant (N. plena Lour) has been used traditionally by a group of people in Pal Batu Village, Paminggir District, North Hulu Sungai Regency as a herbal medicine to increase male sexual activity. Based&#8230; on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.

PENYULUHAN BAHAYA MEROKOK PADA PELAJAR SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA (SMP) DI KABUPATEN ACEH TENGGARA TAHUN 2025

Abstract: Merokok merupakan kebiasaan yang berdampak buruk pada kesehatan, terutama bagi remaja yang sedang berada pada masa perkembangan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelajar SMP mulai terpapar rokok akibat pengaruh teman sebaya,&#8230; lingkungan, serta kurangnya pemahaman tentang bahaya rokok. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan kepada siswa-siswi SMP di Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara agar memahami bahaya rokok, serta membekali mereka dengan strategi penolakan terhadap rokok. Metode kegiatan meliputi kunjungan langsung ke lima sekolah, pemberian materi melalui ceramah, presentasi visual, leaflet, serta sesi tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian siswa laki-laki pernah mencoba merokok karena pengaruh teman, dan sebagian besar siswa belum memahami dampak jangka panjang rokok. Penyuluhan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran siswa akan bahaya merokok dan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan tanpa asap rokok. Diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa edukasi berkala dan keterlibatan keluarga serta kader kesehatan.

Abstract: Study This aims to find out and deepen Improvement Growth Results Sweet Corn Plants ( Zea Mays) With Utilization Blotong and POC Seprint. This research was conducted on the land of the Department of Environmental Protection&#8230; ion Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Department of Medan City, Jl. Keramat Indah No. 4, Medan Southeast, Medan Denai District, North Sumatra. The experimental design that The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 3x3 factorial pattern with 3 replications with total treatment combinations as many as 9 treatments. Treatment factor of Blotong dose with symbol B consisting of 3 level that is : (B1) 0.50 kg/plot (B2) 1.00 kg/plot (B3) 1.50 kg/plot. Factor POC Seprint concentration with the symbol S which consists of 3 levels, namely: (S1) 4 ml/1 L water (S2) 8 ml/1 L water and (S3) 12 ml/1 L water. Observation data was carried out analysis of variance with F test at 5% level, if the difference is significant then the test followed by Duncan's test at 5% level. 1). The effect of the Blotong dose has an effect very real on plant height, number of leaves, flag leaf length, leaf width flag, weight of cob, diameter of cob, length of cob, but it has an effect real on production per plot And amount line per cob, whereas had no significant effect on the stem diameter of sweet corn plants ( Zea Mays ). 2). Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the treatment POC Seprint does not have a very significant impact on all parameters Which observed. Addition fertilizer Seprint with concentration 12 ml/1 L water show results Which best compared to treatment other. 3). Interaction between treatment influences Blotong and POC Seprint no real effect on all observation parameters observed on sweet corn plants ( Zea Mays ).

THE EFFECT OF WATER CONSTRAINT AND FOLIAR FERTILIZER APPLICATION ON THE GROWTH

Abstract: This research aims to determine the impact of water stress and the use of leaf compost on increasing yields and ideal plant development. This inspection was completed at the Medan City Food Security Center, jl . Selambo&#8230; Ujung and Kramat are beautiful. between May and June 2023. The factorial randomized block design (RAK) used in this study consisted of two treatment factors symbolized by the symbol A at three levels, namely: A1) half KL (A2) 75% KL and (A3) 100 percent KL. The next factorial is with image P which consists of 3 levels, namely; (P1) is 1 g per liter of water, P2 is 2 g per liter, and P3 is 3 g per liter of water. With the aim of obtaining 9 drugs. Each treatment is repeated several times. The perception information is then investigated using the F test for changes at the 5% level. If the problem is large then proceed with the Duncan test. From the results of the examination and discussions carried out, results were obtained, including: 1). The influence of water pressure has a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, wet weight, and influences leaf length, leaf area and stem size of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.). 2). Giving Gandasil D at a dose of 3 g/l of water basically increases the number of plants, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, stem size, new weight per plant, and selling weight. 3). The relationship between water stress treatment and use of leaf compost fundamentally affects plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and wet load in mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) while leaf length, leaf area and cross stem distance do not make a big difference.

THE EFFECT OF GIVING GANDASIL D AND WATERING FREQUENCY ON THE GROWTH

Abstract: The research was conducted at the Food Security Office of Medan City Jl. Kramat Indah /Selambo Ujung . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Gandasil D fertilizer on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica&#8230; ssica rapa L), to determine the effect of watering frequency on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L) and to determine the effect of both on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L). Based on the results of the study, the treatment of Gandasil D fertilizer had a very significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, selling weight with a fertilizer concentration of 3 g / l water and a watering frequency of 1 time in one day compared to 1 time in 3 days of watering and the interaction between the treatment of Gandasil D fertilizer and watering frequency had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, and selling weight.

Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dan Peran Petugas Kesehatan Dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Penderita Tuberkolosis Paru Di Puskesmas Andalas

Abstract: Tuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium Tuberkulosis. Penyakit ini umumnya menyerang pada paru, tetapi juga dapat menyerang bagian tubuh yang lain seperti kelenjar, selaput otak, kulit,&#8230; ulit, tulang, dan persendian. Sumatera Barat tahun 2024 mencatat kasus tuberkulosis paru sebanyak 8.277 kasus dan Puskesmas Andalas menjadi kasus tuberkulosis paru tertinggi yaitu 126 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dan peran petugas kesehatan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Andalas tahun 2025. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang dari bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2025 dan pengambilan data dilakukan dari tanggal 7-25 Agustus 2025. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah penderita tuberkulosis paru sebanyak 33 orang, sedangkan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat mengunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian lebih dari separuh (63.6%) tidak patuh minum obat, lebih dari separuh (57.6%) dukungan keluarga tidak mendukung dan lebih dari separuh (60.6%) peran petugas kesehatan kurang baik. Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga (0,0013) dan peran petugas kesehatan (0,040) dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Andalas tahun 2025. Hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dan peran petugas kesehatan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita tuberkulosis paru. Saran, Melalui kepala Puskesmas dan penanggung jawab program tuberkulosis paru diharapkan dapat meningkat upaya penyuluhan mengenai kepatuhan minum obat. Penyuluhan sebaiknya dilakukan secara berkala melalui kegiatan edukasi kesehatan,serta diperkuat dengan media informasi seperti leaflet dan poster yang ditempel dipuskesmas,sehingga pasien lebih memahami pentingnya minum obat secara teratur.

Pengembangan Platform Geospasial Untuk Pemetaan Potensi Market Share Indosat Di Sektor Kesehatan Dan Agribisnis Lampung

Abstract: Provinsi Lampung memiliki potensi besar pada sektor kesehatan dan perkebunan sebagai target pemasaran layanan Business to Business (B2B) PT Indosat Tbk. Namun, pengelolaan data lokasi yang belum terintegrasi menyulitkan&#8230; visualisasi dan analisis potensi wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web guna memetakan persebaran rumah sakit dan perusahaan perkebunan di Provinsi Lampung. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Sistem dibangun dengan PHP Native, MySQL, serta Leaflet.js yang terintegrasi dengan Google Maps API. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyajikan informasi spasial secara interaktif dan membantu Divisi Sales B2B dalam menentukan wilayah pemasaran yang lebih efektif.

Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Kepatuhan Diet Garam Pada Penderita Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Tambu

Abstract: 3 sampel di Puskesmas Tambu mengatakan cenderung menyukai olahan makanan yang asin, jika sajian makanan yang diberikan keluarga kurang terasa asin maka dirasa kurang sedap dan tidak terasa nikmat, 3 sampel lainnya mengatakan&#8230; akan bahwa makan asin sudah menjadi kebiasaan dalam rumah dan sudah menjadi menu harian sehingga penderita hipertensi yang ada didalam rumah cukup kesulitan untuk menerapkan diet rendah garam. Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kepatuhan Diet Garam Pada Penderita Hipertensi di Puskesmas Tambu.  Metode penelitian Cross sectional populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 155 orang, dengan jumlah sampel 57 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Hasil Penelitian ada Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kepatuhan Diet Garam Pada Penderita Hipertensi di Puskesmas Tambu dengan nilai p : 0,005 (<0,05). Kesimpulan Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kepatuhan Diet Garam Pada Penderita Hipertensi di Puskesmas Tambu. Saran diharapkan Pelayanan Kesehatan tempat penelitian hasil Penelitian Dapat Digunakan Sebagai bahan masukan bagi Puskesmas Tambu dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan pada pasien. Penyuluhan dapat laksanakan dengan menyebarkan leaflet, pada saat pemeriksaan serta memberi penjelasan dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami mengenai dampak dan bahaya apabila tidak meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan mengurangi angka pendrita.
