The research problem is how teachers’ classroom management strategies are implemented and the extent of their effectiveness in supporting the learning process under conditions of limited time, interaction, and facilities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of classroom management during PTMT using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that classroom management is categorized as highly effective, with 85% of learning activities implemented as planned, 88% of teachers applying active learning strategies, and 90% of classroom arrangements complying with health protocols, resulting in a 40% reduction in classroom disturbances. Furthermore, 78% of students reported greater comfort in a conducive learning environment, while the utilization of sanitation facilities consistently reached 95%. Although 82% of teachers experienced an increased workload, learning stability was maintained through adaptive strategies and collaboration. The study concludes that the effectiveness of classroom management is determined by the integration of instructional planning, environmental management, and students’ psychosocial adaptation. The novelty of this study lies in the concept of crisis-based adaptive classroom management that simultaneously integrates pedagogical, health, and character-building dimensions, while emphasizing teachers’ dual roles as facilitators and risk managers in the PTMT context. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing classroom management practices in secondary schools during crisis and educational transition situations, as well as strengthening more responsive, flexible, and sustainable learning policies aimed at improving student learning outcomes in the current Indonesian educational context.

Based on the analysis of literature, including books, journals, and scientific articles, it was found that the main challenges in character education include the negative impact of technological advancements, social and economic inequality, lack of teacher training, and limited parental involvement. On the other hand, the modern era also presents significant opportunities, such as utilizing technology for interactive learning, integrating local, national, and global values through digital media, and fostering collaboration among schools, families, and communities. Additionally, the development of relevant and flexible curricula is also an important factor in supporting character education. Although the challenges are considerable, character education in elementary schools can be optimized by implementing innovative strategies, strengthening collaboration among various stakeholders, and wisely utilizing technology. This research offers recommendations to educators, policymakers, and the community to work together in supporting the achievement of character education goals, so that the younger generation can grow with integrity and adaptability to the changing times.

The subjects of this study include consumers who purchased Jotun brand paint products from CV. Asia Maju Rantauprapat during the period specified by the author. Determining the sample size used the purposive sampling technique with a total of 65 consumers. To analyze and analyze the research data, it was carried out using the computer program SPSS version 20 with instrumental testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Research results show that marketing experience, price and brand trust have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. At the same time, marketing experience, price and brand trust have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions with a contribution of 0.888 or 88.80% and the remaining 11.20% is influenced by other factors. Other factors were not considered in this study.

Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kesalahan pada sistem ELO yang menghambat proses pengarsipan serta potensi kesalahan input data. Selain itu, peminjaman arsip fisik yang tidak terkendali seringkali menyebabkan keterlambatan pengembalian dokumen, sehingga menghambat akses bagi karyawan lain dan berpotensi kehilangan arsip. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain perbaikan system IT agar lebih stabil, penerapan verifikasi ganda dalam input data, serta pengawasan yang lebih ketat terhadap peminjaman arsip fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas program psikoedukasi bertema "Membangun Generasi Anti-Bullying" di SMP Negeri X Makassar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bullying dan strategi pencegahannya. Metode penelitian melibatkan 73 siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan psikoedukasi meliputi materi tentang definisi, jenis, dampak, dan strategi pencegahan bullying. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Paired Samples T-Test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman signifikan pada siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test 33,4 dan post-test 56,8 (p < 0,001). Dengan demikian, psikoedukasi efektif meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang bahaya bullying, membangun empati, dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan mendukung. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model strategis untuk membentuk generasi anti-bullying yang toleran dan berkontribusi positif pada masyarakat.

In the current digital era, there has been a change in congregation behavior, and people are increasingly accustomed to conducting non-cash transactions through digital platforms such as mobile banking. However, the donation system in mosques is still dominated by conventional methods, such as using cash donation boxes, so congregations that do not carry physical cash experience obstacles in distributing donations. Furthermore, BKM also does not have an adequate understanding and infrastructure to manage the digital donation system optimally. This PKM activity was attended BKM administrators and congregation representatives. The methods used were participatory socialization, mentoring, and direct implementation. The activity results showed a knowledge transfer from the implementation team to the mosque management regarding the benefits and governance of digital donations. The main output of this activity is the realization of the implementation of digital donation services through the provision of QRIS codes connected to mosque accounts, equipped with standing banners placed in strategic areas of the mosque to facilitate the congregation in making donations practically and efficiently.

Abstrak: Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan implementasi praktis mengenai layanan donasi cashless berbasis QRIS bagi pengurus dan jemaah masjid Hidayatul Islamiyah Kampung Madong. Di era digital saat ini, terjadi perubahan perilaku jemaah yang semakin terbiasa melakukan transaksi non-tunai melalui platform digital seperti mobile banking. Namun demikian, sistem donasi di masjid masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional menggunakan kotak amal tunai, sehingga jemaah yang tidak membawa uang fisik mengalami kendala dalam menyalurkan donasi. Selain itu, pengurus masjid (BKM) juga belum memiliki pemahaman dan infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mengelola sistem donasi digital secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis bagaimana donasi digital mampu meningkatkan kemudahan dan partisipasi jemaah. Kegiatan PkM ini dihadiri oleh para pengurus Badan Kemakmuran Masjid (BKM) dan perwakilan jemaah. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi-partisipatif, pendampingan, dan implementasi langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya transfer pengetahuan dari tim pelaksana kepada pengurus masjid terkait manfaat dan tata kelola donasi digital. Output utama dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya implementasi layanan donasi digital melalui penyediaan kode QRIS yang terhubung dengan rekening masjid, dilengkapi dengan standing banner yang ditempatkan di area strategis masjid untuk memfasilitasi jemaah dalam melakukan donasi secara praktis dan efisien.

rticipants at LKP Mutiara Informatika in Asahan Regency, requires a fundamental understanding and skills in protecting personal data and recognizing cyber threats. This community service program aims to provide educational and practical training on personal data protection and cybersecurity. The implementation methods include material delivery, interactive discussions, and practical simulations using real case studies. This program enhanced participants’ understanding of digital privacy, online fraud, and the use of basic security tools. Participants were also able to identify preventive measures to protect their digital accounts. Through this training, the community is better prepared to face the challenges of the technological era and to serve as agents of cybersecurity literacy, while also emphasizing the importance of synergy between education and technology in building safe and responsible digital awareness.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat membawa berbagai manfaat sekaligus tantangan, salah satunya adalah meningkatnya risiko terhadap keamanan siber dan kebocoran data pribadi. Masyarakat digital, khususnya peserta di LKP Mutiara Informatika Kabupaten Asahan, membutuhkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar dalam melindungi data pribadi serta mengenali ancaman siber. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang bersifat edukatif dan aplikatif mengenai perlindungan data pribadi dan keamanan siber. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi praktik menggunakan studi kasus nyata. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang privasi digital, penipuan online, serta penggunaan perangkat pengaman dasar. Peserta juga mampu mengenali langkah pencegahan untuk melindungi akun digital. This community service program aimed to enhance students' writing abilities through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The training method included interactive sessions, demonstrations of popular AI tools (e.g., Grammarly, ChatGPT, and Gemini), and hands-on practice in composing paragraphs and essays. The results showed a significant improvement in the students' grammatical accuracy, vocabulary richness, and coherence. The training also boosted the participants' confidence in writing. Implicitly, this program contributes to workforce readiness and digital literacy, offering a training model that can be replicated in other institutions. However, ongoing challenges must be addressed, particularly the risk of over-reliance on AI and the importance of further training to preserve authenticity and critical thinking in writing.

Abstrak: Pelatihan diselenggarakan untuk mengatasi tantangan peserta didik LKP Mutiara Informatika di Kisaran dalam menghasilkan tulisan Bahasa Inggris yang koheren dan akurat. Keterampilan menulis Bahasa Inggris esensial di era global, namun seringkali terhambat oleh keterbatasan tata bahasa, kosakata, dan struktur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan menulis peserta didik melalui pemanfaatan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI). Metode pelatihan meliputi sesi interaktif, demonstrasi penggunaan tools AI populer (misalnya, Grammarly, ChatGPT, dan Gemini), serta praktik langsung penyusunan paragraf dan esai. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada akurasi tata bahasa, kekayaan kosakata, dan koherensi tulisan peserta didik. Pelatihan ini juga membangun kepercayaan diri peserta dalam menulis. Secara implisit, program ini berkontribusi pada kesiapan tenaga kerja dan penguasaan teknologi digital, serta menawarkan model pelatihan yang dapat direplikasi di institusi lain. Namun, tantangan berkelanjutan perlu diwaspadai, terutama risiko ketergantungan berlebih pada AI dan pentingnya pelatihan lanjutan untuk menjaga otentisitas dan pemikiran kritis dalam menulis.
