n is needed for the increasing growth rate of internet users every year, especially in Indonesia. Until now, there are no findings or an application for diagnosing internet addiction that can be used in general so that it can reduce the intensity of surfing in cyberspace. Therefore, for the initial stage it is necessary to have an application that can diagnose the initial internet addiction. By utilizing computer programming algorithms such as PHP and supported by inference engines such as Case Based Reasoning (CBR) so that it can replace an expert to be able to diagnose early symptoms by utilizing a knowledge base such as symptoms or facts about a disease, especially internet addiction. Based on the test results, the system designed can provide predictive values about internet addiction, then the machine will perform a search and issue the results of the diagnosis and the best possible solution.

Abstrak : Penggunaan internet yang berlebihan dapat mengganggu kesehatan sehingga akan tergolong dalam internet addiction (kecanduan internet) yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan pengguna dan kehidupan sosial mereka. Diperlukan suatu solusi atas meningkatnya angka pertumbuhan pengguna internet setiap tahunnya khususnya di Indonesia. Hingga saat ini belum adanya temuan atau sebuah aplikasi untuk mendiagnosa kecanduan internet yang dapat digunakan secara umum sehingga dapat mengurangi intensitas berselancar di dunia maya. Oleh karena itu untuk tahap awal perlu adanya suatu aplikasi yang dapat mendiagnosa awal kecanduan internet tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan algoritma pemrograman komputer seperti PHP serta didukung oleh inferensi engine seperti Case Based Reasoning (CBR) sehingga dapat menggantikan seorang pakar untuk dapat mendiagnosa gejala awal dengan memanfaatkan basis pengetahuan seperti gejala-gejala atau fakta mengenai suatu penyakit khususnya penyakit kecanduan internet. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem yang dirancang dapat memberikan nilai prediksi tentang penyakit kecanduan internet, kemudian mesin akan melakukan penelusuran serta mengeluarkan hasil diagnosa dan kemungkinan solusi terbaik.

Salah satu Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat yang berada di Desa Sijabut memiliki kendala dalam melayani masyarakat yang mengalami penyakit mulut dan gigi disebabkan kurangnya tenaga medis khususnya dokter Spesialis Gigi dan mulut untuk memberikan diagnosa yang akurat mengenai jenis penyakit mulut dan gigi yang diderita. Penyebab lainnya karena dokter yang bertugas di Klinik Zihad Insani tersebut sebagian besar dokter umum yang mungkin kurang memahami mengenai penyakit mulut dan gigi sehingga pelayanan yang diperoleh oleh masyarakt kurang memuaskan. Oleh sebab itu dalam menunjang keberhasilan pelayanan pada Klinik Zihad Insani diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam memberikan pelayanan yang efektif untuk memberikan diagnosa yang efektif berdasarkan pemahaman dan keilmuan dari dokter spesialis ataupun pakar gigi dan mulut yang dirancang dalam suatu Expert System.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), Typhoid Fever, Measles (Morbili), Malaria, and several other tropical diseases. Information from doctors is needed by all sick people, but is constrained by the problem of costs for such expensive treatment. That is the reason for making an expert system that can diagnose mosquito parasitic fever. This designed system uses the Dempster.- Shafer method. Dempster-shafers can be used to combine separate pieces of information to calculate one by one the probability of an event occurring. This application can diagnose diseases caused by mosquito parasites by entering the symptoms of the questions answered by the patient and getting maximum results. The system can run on web applications such as Google Chrome and Mozilla.The research was conducted at the Simpang Empat Health Center, Asahan Regency.

Abstrak : Kondisi iklim yang ada di Indonesia sangat rentan dengan pembentukan tempat berkembang biaknya populasi penyakit. Ada banyak jenis penyakit yang pada umumnya terjadi yaitu akibat parasit nyamuk diantaranya Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD), Demam Tifoid, Campak (Morbili), Malaria, dan beberapa penyakit tropis lainnya. Informasi dari dokter dangat dibutuhkan oleh semua orang sakit, namun terkendala masalah biaya untuk perobatan yang begitu mahal. Itulah yang menjadi alasan untuk dibuatnya sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit demam parasit nyamuk. Sistem yang dirancang ini menggunakan metode Dempster.- Shafer. Dempster-shafer bisa digunakan untuk menggabungkan potongan-potongan informasi yang terpisah untuk menghitung satu persatu kemungkinan yang terjadi dari suatu peristiwa. Aplikasi ini bisa mendiagnosis penyakit akibat parasit nyamuk dengan memasukkan gejala pertanyaan yang dijawab oleh pasien dan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Sistem dapat berjalan pada aplikasi web seperti google crhrome dan mozilla. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Simpang Empat Kabupaten Asahan.

Abstrak:Cabai merupakan tanaman produksi yang banyak dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman cabai diperlukan perawatan yang baik. Produksi dari tanaman cabai akan menurun jika tidak diperhatikan jenis penyakit yang menyerang. Untuk mengetahui penyakit tanaman cabai para petani hanya melihat penyakitnya saja tanpa mengetahui terlebih dahulu gejala yang muncul sehingga akan mempengaruhi hasil produksi tanaman cabai. Sehingga diperlukan pakar yang mengerti mengenai gejala penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Keberadaan pakar bisa digantikan oleh sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk mendeteksi gejala penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Sistem pakar yang akan dirancang berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode case base reasoning. Sistem pakar ini nantinya diharapkan membantu untuk peningkatan produktivitas tanaman cabai.

Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa cybercrime di Indonesia diklasifikasikan sebagai serius (sangat berbahaya) karena dapat menyebabkan masalah nasional. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pemberian sosialisasi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, serta bertanya jawab bersama peserta. Bentuk dalam penyampaian materi yaitu slide powerpoint yang dipaparkan dan di edarkan pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. For this reason, the KKN team of Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT conducted community service in Manulai 2 Village, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara Province by conducting a counseling program on the prevention of stunting and additional food for mothers and children using the Community Education method, namely counseling which aims to increase understanding and awareness about the prevention of stunting and additional food for mothers and children. Counseling on the prevention of stunting and additional food for mothers and children has been successfully implemented. This activity increases community awareness about the importance of balanced nutrition to prevent stunting, with this increased knowledge, mothers can implement a healthier diet for their children. Increased knowledge and awareness of the community is expected to reduce stunt-ing rates in the region.

Sederhananya, stunting mengacu pada kegagalan pertumbuhan anak. Penyebabnya mungkin karena kekurangan gizi pada masa pertumbuhan ibu hamil dan anak. Pemberian nutrisi tambahan (PMT) diperlukan untuk mengatasi gizi buruk yang terjadi pada kelompok usia bayi gizi buruk. Ini memainkan peran penting baik dalam kesehatan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Untuk itu, tim KKN Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT melakukan pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Manulai 2 Kota Kupang Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dengan melakukan program Penyuluhan tentang pencegahan stunting dan makanan tambahan bagi ibu dan anak dengan menggunakan metode Pendidikan Masyarakat yaitu Penyuluhan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran tentang pencegahan stunting dan makanan tambahan bagi ibu dan anak. Penyuluhan tentang pencegahan stunting dan makanan tambahan bagi ibu dan anak telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang untuk mencegah stunting, dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan ini, ibu-ibu dapat menerapkan pola makan yang lebih sehat untuk anak-anak mereka. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat diharapkan dapat mengurangi angka stunting di wilayah tersebut.

Through drone training, it is hoped that village communities can be more independent and actively participate in development planning, as well as opening up new opportunities in the field of technology that can improve their welfare and quality of life. Meanwhile, the method used in community service is in accordance with POAC or Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. From all the activities and evaluations that have been carried out, the results and conclusions obtained are that training and outreach on the use of drones through community service is considered effective and useful in developing community capabilities and increasing insight into the Pemali sub-district.

Untuk itu perlu peran penggunaan teknologi drone dapat memberikan solusi dengan menyediakan data spasial yang cepat dan akurat, serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis masyarakat desa dalam pemetaan dan pengelolaan wilayah. Melalui pelatihan drone, masyarakat desa diharapkan dapat lebih mandiri dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam perencanaan pembangunan, serta membuka peluang baru dalam bidang teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup mereka. Adapun, untuk metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masayarakat ini sendiri sesuai dengan POAC atau Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. The lack of use of appropriate catfish cultivation technology and the use of commercial feed has an impact on the low production of fish seeds produced. Apart from that, there has been no effort to treat waste water which has the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For this reason, community service (PPM) is carried out, which applies lecture materials, research and publications that have been carried out by the proposing team in the form of application of biofloc technology, making liquid fertilizer and cultivating herbal plants. The aim and benefits of carrying out this activity are to develop the catfish cultivation business, increase seed production, utilize waste water from catfish rearing media into liquid fertilizer products that can be used to develop herbal plant cultivation which will ultimately increase the income of cultivators at UPR Doa Mandeh. The activity model is in the form of empowerment, development and assistance which is implemented using counseling, training and technical/production assistance methods. The results of this activity are high survival and growth rates for catfish, water quality is in the optimal range, and the richness of nutrients in wastewater from the biofloc system can be used as liquid fertilizer for herbal plants.

r that reason, this community service activity highlighted the impact of TOEFL preparation class on the non EFL learners’ achievement. One class was used as the sample of this activity in which it consisted of twenty students coming from different major in one of private universities in Palembang, southern region of sumatera. Descriptive analysis with experimental design was used. A test was administered to see whether or not there was a significant improvement on the non EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score achievement. The results revealed that achievement level of the participants were in the elementary and intermediate category. Besides, statistically there was a significant improvement on the EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score intervened by the provision of TOEFL preparation class. Thus, it could be further concluded that TOEFL preparation class was impactful on the non EFL undergaduates’ English achievement.
