l Ready Player One. This research uses qualitative methods with a discourse analytic approach to examine how virtual identities are constructed in novels. Research data was obtained through novel analysis. Analysis was carried out by re-reading the novel and noting each scene that symbolized virtual identity. The research results show that Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity. In this novel, the main character Wade Watts uses an Avatar named Parzival to take part in a competition in the OASIS, a virtual world created by James Halliday. Wade chose this Avatar because he wanted to be a brave and strong figure, different from his true identity in the real world. Virtual Reality can have both positive and negative impacts on an individual's identity. On the one hand, Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity and find a more authentic identity. On the other hand, Virtual Reality can also influence individual identity by creating false and unrealistic virtual identities.

This research aims to analyze the upstream-to-downstream agribusiness system of the Goatday farm, analyze the strategies that Goatday has implemented, and analyze the strategies that Goatday can implement in the future. The data sources in this research were obtained from key informants and follow-up informants. The key informant in this research is Mr. Muhammad Farid Akrom the owner of the Goatday farm, while further informants are Mr. Ahmad Fauzi and Mr. Hendri the person in charge of the Goatday farm, and Mr. Hermawan the partner of the Goatday breeder. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis. The result of this research was that Goatday has implemented an agribusiness system on its farms that is integrated. Goatday has also implemented partnerships and has a well-systemized farm. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that Goatday can implement in the future is to create an education-based farm and provide more training to staff and partners regarding efficient maintenance management.

Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan di Lapas Cilegon sudah sesuai dengan UU No. Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelayanan Pemasyarakatan merupakan peraturan perundang-undangan yang positif dan harus dilaksanakan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasyarakatan. Faktor pendukung upaya Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cilegon dalam mengembangkan keterampilan narapidana antara lain kondisi penjara yang baik, pelatihan narapidana yang bersifat bottom-up, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta pelatihan berbasis keluarga dan pemberian gaji. . Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, hambatan penerapan pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Adapun jenis metode penelitian skripsi ini dengan menggunakan kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sebuah informasi secara detail sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan data model Miles dan Hermawan yang meliputi pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal lebih dominan negatif. (2) Pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yaitu pola komunikasi model lingkaran, model roda, model y, model rantai dan model bintang. Dari beberapa pola komunikasi kelompok tersebut, yang paling efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak yaitu dengan menggunakan pola komunikasi kelompok model roda dan model bintang. (3) Hambatan dalam penerapan pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yaitu perbedaan persepsi, konflik antar pribadi dan kurangnya ketertampilan dalam berkomunikasi.

Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, wawancara yang digunakan yakni wawancara semi terstruktur. Wawancara semi terstruktur mengacu pada inti bahasan yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti untuk semua responden dalam penelitian. Hasil, a) Siswa SMP memililki beberapa masalah pribadi yakni, masalah pribadi dan sosial yang meliputi: kepercayaan diri rendah dan memiliki kecenderungan memilih kelompok pertemanan. Di sekolah lain ditemukan masalah terkait keluarga, dimana siswa berasal dari keluarga yang broken home. Selanjutnya di SMP terakhir ditemukan masalah terkait kurangnya kemampuan bersosialisasi pada siswa. b). Siswa SMA memiliki beberapa masalah yakni, masalah pribadi dan sosial meliputi, gaya berpacaran yang kurang pantas, siswa dengan kasus broken home, dan masalah pengaturan emosi.
