ompensation issues that do not meet expectations, leading to a decline in employee motivation. This study aims to analyze the impact of compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi. The population of this study consists of 198 employees, with a sample size of 133. The data analysis methods used include instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.166, sig value 0.002). 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.191, sig value 0.002). 5) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 2.085, sig value 0.032). 6) Collectively, these factors—compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment—have a positive and significant impact on employee performance (F value 67.787, sig value 0.000). This study highlights the importance of managing these factors to improve employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi.

that cause the productivity of PT. Telkom Witel Bekasi's workers. In this case study, a saturated sampling method is used, which means that each member of the population is used as a sample from a relatively small population. The study involved 47 workers. Validity, reliability, linear multiple regression, and classical assumptions such as normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity are used. The hypothesis was then tested with the F and T tests. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results of the hypothesis test show that stress and the work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of multiple regression analysis also show that stress and work environment have a positive and significant effect on productivity. In addition, hypothesis tests show that there is a positive and significant impact on employee work productivity greatly increased. Therefore, companies must always reduce stress in the workplace, even create a more stress-free environment, and build a better working atmosphere to increase employee productivity.

Researchers in this research use quantitative analysis such as validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient tests. All of these analyses were conducted using SPSS version 25. This study involved all PT. Jayatama Selaras Extrusion Blow employees, totaling 50 respondents. The saturated sample method was used to determine the sample. The results showed that with a regression coefficient of 2.145 ≥ 1.677, motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. With a regression coefficient of 12.914 ≥ 1.677 discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. It is shown that simultaneously motivation and discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, F count 256.961 ≥ F table 3.195, and the significance value of each variable ≤ 0.05. The coefficient of determination test proves that motivation and discipline influence employee performance by 95.7%, while 4.3% are factors that are not involved in this research.

Modern markets, with more organized management and better facilities, often attract consumer attention away from traditional markets, despite offering higher prices. This research employs a qualitative method with an interactive approach, where the researcher directly interacts with the subjects of the study. The findings indicate that 75% of traditional market traders do not feel threatened by modern markets, as they can still attract customers with lower prices and negotiation flexibility. However, 25% of traders experience negative impacts due to decreased income, with an average decline ranging from 10% to 15%. This study highlights the necessity for traditional market traders to adapt to changes and seek new strategies to sustain their businesses amidst increasing competition. The findings aim to provide a deeper understanding of market dynamics in Gumawang City and support the development of better policies for traditional markets.

effect of self-acceptance on self-adjustment in wives who live with in-laws in village X, Gresik Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, with the research sample being 46 wives who live with the husband's parents' family with a marriage age of less than ten years. The measuring instruments used were the Self-Adjustment Scale and the USAQ Self-Acceptance Scale (Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire). The data analysis used was simple regression analysis. The results of the data analysis showed the effect of the self-acceptance variable on the self-adjustment variable of 33.4%. This study showed that the subject had self-acceptance with self-adjustment in the moderate category, meaning that the lower the self-acceptance, the lower the self-adjustment in the daughter-in-law. Likewise, the higher the self-acceptance, the higher the self-adjustment in the daughter-in-law.

The partial research results show that Organizational Climate has a positive influence on Turnover Intention obtained tcount (3.288) > ttable (1.674). Then, Job Stress has a positive influence on Turnover Intention, the value obtained is tcount (5.070) > ttable (1.674). As for the simultaneous results, it shows that Organizational Climate and Work Stress have a positive influence on Turnover Intention with the hypothesis results (simultaneously) obtaining a value of fcount (16.512) > ftable (3.172).

Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction. Apart from that, the collaboration between Pokdarwis and LMDH has not been able to increase the development of the tourist attraction due to the lack of clear authority in managing the tourist attraction. The ADDIE paradigm is employed in the research and development process. This learning media is developed through a sequential process consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants in this study were eighth-grade students from Singkawang 4 State Middle School. The product feasibility testing step was conducted by a pair of media specialists and one material specialist. The research findings indicated that the feasibility evaluation conducted by media specialists obtained a score of 155 out of a total possible score of 168, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The examination conducted by material experts achieved a score of 71 out of a possible 80, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The mean score attained from the extensive evaluation of 33 eighth-grade students at Singkawang State Middle School 4 was 2550 out of a possible maximum score of 3036. The assessment categorized the score as “highly appropriate” for utilization as a learning tool.
