Utilizing a quantitative approach, this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of PLS and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 programs for data analysis. The research sample consists of 108 respondents who are employees meeting specific criteria within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to these respondents. The analysis results indicate that regional financial management accountability plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between the accessibility of regional financial reports and regional financial accounting systems towards good governance. These findings suggest that improving the accessibility of financial reports and enhancing regional financial accounting systems can promote the establishment of good governance through increased accountability in financial management. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the factors influencing the realization of good governance at the regional government level and can serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of governance, particularly in aspects of regional financial management in Bogor City and other regions in Indonesia.

This makes using Android smartphones as teaching tools very helpful. The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. In the current era of globalization, the wetonan tradition is faced with various challenges that threaten its survival. Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Government's initiative in launching QRIS is to make it easier for people who prefer digital payments, especially young people in Indonesia. The use of QRIS itself is increasing every year. The Governor of Bank Indonesia stated that more than 90% of UMKMs in Indonesia have used QRIS. The benefits of using QRIS for UMKM are faster payment processes, no need to prepare for money returns, increased sales turnover, easier settlement process, and financial discipline. The model used in this study is the Technology Accepted Model (TAM). TAM is a method to measure individual reception to the use of information technology systems. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) are used as populations in this study. In the sample selection, the researchers conducted the dissemination of the questionnaire with two events, namely online and offline. The samples obtained after the implementation of disseminated questionnaires and according to the conditions of the research sample are as many as 210 UMKM. Further, SmartPLS version 4 software is used for data processing. The findings from this study are that product knowledge variables significantly affect the use of QRIS. Perceived usefulness variables have also been found to influence the use. The same thing was also found in the perceived ease of use variable. Other findings that are backward related to the perception of risk variables. On this variable, it has been found that there is a negative influence against the use, so, it can be concluded that UMKM in Semarang district is still afraid related to financial risk as a result of the QRIS use.

The data sources in this research were obtained from key informants and follow-up informants. The key informant in this research is Mr. Muhammad Farid Akrom the owner of the Goatday farm, while further informants are Mr. Ahmad Fauzi and Mr. Hendri the person in charge of the Goatday farm, and Mr. Hermawan the partner of the Goatday breeder. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis. The result of this research was that Goatday has implemented an agribusiness system on its farms that is integrated. Goatday has also implemented partnerships and has a well-systemized farm. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that Goatday can implement in the future is to create an education-based farm and provide more training to staff and partners regarding efficient maintenance management.
