Widyah Sariyantika, Muthmainnah Zakiyyah, Bagus Supriyadi
Abstract: Menstruation is a physiological process experienced by women; however, disturbances in the menstrual cycle may increase the risk of reduced fertility among women of reproductive age. The prevalence of menstrual cycle disorders,… orders, which reaches approximately 45%, indicates a reproductive health issue that requires attention, particularly in relation to psychological factors such as stress. This study aims to analyze the relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle regularity among reproductive-age women working at the Bondowoso District Health Office. A quantitative design with a correlational approach and cross-sectional method was employed, involving a population of 112 individuals and a sample of 53 respondents selected through random sampling. Data were collected using a standardized questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had normal stress levels, accounting for 25 individuals (47.2%), and normal menstrual cycles, accounting for 31 individuals (58.5%). Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle regularity with a p-value < 0.05, indicating that the research hypothesis was accepted. The findings confirm that stress levels are significantly associated with menstrual cycle regularity among working women. The novelty of this study lies in its specific focus on female workers in a regional health institution with distinct workload characteristics, providing empirical contributions to the development of stress management interventions aimed at maintaining women’s reproductive health.

Abstract: Population growth that continues to increase has generated various social and health problems due to the imbalance between population size and the quality of human resources. This condition encourages the government to strengthen… trengthen the implementation of the Family Planning Program as a strategic effort to control fertility among couples of reproductive age. The success of this program is influenced not only by access to health services but also by family support, particularly the husband’s support in decisions related to contraceptive use. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between husband’s support and the decision to use three-month injectable contraception among family planning acceptors. The research applied a quantitative approach with a correlational design and a cross-sectional research type. The population consisted of all family planning acceptors at TPMB Ny. Sofi Rufiah totaling 109 individuals, while the sample included 86 respondents selected through a random sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed statistically using the Chi-Square test through SPSS software. The results showed that the majority of respondents received support from their husbands, totaling 60 individuals (69.8%), while the use of three-month injectable contraception was reported by 49 respondents (57%). Statistical analysis indicated a significant relationship between husband’s support and the decision to use three-month injectable contraception with a significance value of p < 0.05, meaning the research hypothesis was accepted. These findings confirm that husband’s support is an important factor influencing women’s decisions in selecting contraceptive methods. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing the role of husband’s support as a social determinant contributing to the successful use of three-month injectable contraception at the level of independent midwifery practice services. The results are expected to provide a foundation for strengthening family-based family planning education strategies.

Sikap Fujoshi Dewasa Awal terhadap Konten Fiksi Homoromantic pada Grup Chat Penggemar XX

Umi Anisatul Faizah, Idha Rahayu Ningsih, Asti Candrasasi Catur Putri
Abstract: The phenomenon of increasing consumption of homoromantic fiction content among early adult women has given rise to the term Fujoshi, which is often directly associated with support for LGBT issues, although such an interpretation… pretation does not necessarily reflect individuals’ attitudes in a comprehensive manner. This study is grounded in the need to understand the attitudes of early adult Fujoshi in a more nuanced and non-simplistic way, particularly through the framework of attitude theory encompassing cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. The research problem focuses on how Fujoshi aged 18-40 interpret, experience, and express their attitudes toward homoromantic fiction content and its relationship to social values and norms in real life. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with three Fujoshi informants who are members of the XX fan chat group. The findings indicate that social media and peer networks play a significant role in the process of becoming a Fujoshi, as well as in shaping relatively intensive and repetitive patterns of content consumption as a form of emotional entertainment. Cognitively, the informants recognize that homoromantic fiction is related to LGBT issues; however, at the affective level, their interest is primarily driven by the uniqueness of the narrative structure and character dynamics rather than by sexual orientation itself. In the conative dimension, most informants do not demonstrate a tendency to support LGBT practices in real life; some even hold conservative views and display critical awareness of the potential negative impacts of their hobby, which they perceive as not fully aligned with prevailing social norms. The study concludes that Fujoshi attitudes are complex, ambivalent, and highly contextual. The novelty of this research lies in revealing a clear differentiation between the consumption of homoromantic fiction as a form of symbolic entertainment and individuals’ value positions toward social reality, which are often normatively conflated in previous assumptions.

Nadia Putri Ayu, Desy Safitri, Sujarwo
Abstract: The rapid advancement of digital technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including how individuals interact and access information. Young people, particularly university students, are among… the most affected by these changes. One phenomenon that has emerged alongside the increasing use of social media is Fear of Missing Out (FoMO)—a feeling of anxiety or worry about being left out of trends, information, or social activities experienced by others. This phenomenon not only affects individuals psychologically but also has implications for students’ consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of FoMO on students’ consumptive behavior and to identify the mediating or reinforcing factors that shape this relationship. The research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques through literature review from various recent and relevant sources. The findings indicate that FoMO has a significant correlation with the rise of consumptive behavior among students, especially in the context of purchasing symbolic goods that enhance one’s self-image on social media. Key factors influencing the relationship between FoMO and consumptive behavior include the level of digitalization, social dynamics such as peer pressure, and low self-control. Furthermore, the study finds that financial literacy plays an important protective role. Students with higher levels of financial literacy tend to be more capable of managing the consumptive urges triggered by FoMO. This research contributes new insights into the psychological impact of social media on students’ economic behavior. The novelty of the study lies in its in-depth analysis of the link between FoMO and student consumer behavior in the digital era, as well as the identification of relevant mediating factors. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more adaptive digital and financial literacy education programs to meet the challenges of the technological era.

Sirajul Rahman, Aldi Firdaus
Abstract: Communication is a fundamental aspect of human life that enables individuals to connect and interact with one another. In the context of an organization, communication plays a crucial role in building effective relationships… hips among its members. Harold Lasswell described communication as a process that can be explained through the following questions: “who says what in which channel to whom with what effect?” This question highlights the complexity of communication within an organization, which is also relevant for study in organizations such as the Student Representative Council of Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya, especially in the context of significant changes that are taking place. This study aims to understand the dynamics of communication in the cadre training process between the management and members of the organization. The primary focus of the research is to explore how communication occurs between the management and members during cadre training activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, along with data collection techniques involving interviews and documentation. To ensure data validity, the researcher employs triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings of the study show that communication in the cadre training process is divided into two categories: internal and external communication. Internal communication involves interactions between the management and members within the organization, with freedom in conveying information between leaders, managers, and members. Meanwhile, external communication focuses on the relationship between the organization and other institutions, to convey aspirations in accordance with its tasks and authority. Additionally, the cadre system in this organization combines both formal and informal training, although there are differences in how each faculty representative conducts cadre training. Overall, this organization is able to implement a more optimal cadre system, especially in preparing the core management.
