The aim of this research is to provide an overview of local wisdom related to commitment to love and devotion to God. To achieve this goal, a qualitative descriptive approach was used, which includes describing a commitment to love God, understanding God's work throughout history, and exploring its practical applications. The research methodology includes a thorough review of relevant literature and Biblical texts to gather comprehensive information. The findings of this research reveal that commitment to God is a fundamental aspect of local wisdom. By continuing to obey His commandments, Christians can protect themselves from the effects of their current circumstances. Therefore, the findings of this research emphasize the need for unwavering faith and obedience in upholding our devotion as a community in worship.

The study adopted a library research method focusing on integrative and comprehensive literature analysis to explore the interrelationship between psychodermatology and skincare. The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. The population involved in this study consists of all employees working at 9 coffee shops in Semarang City. The sample used comprises 98 individuals who have been working for more than 1 year. Data analysis in this study was conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Testing hypotheses using the PLS method. The findings indicated that the job satisfaction of coffee shop workers in Semarang City was impacted by factors such as motivation, salary, work environment, and career growth. Enhanced work drive and remuneration will lead to heightened job contentment. Similarly, an improved work environment and opportunities for professional growth would enhance employee job satisfaction. One thing that affects loyalty is job satisfaction. This suggests that when job satisfaction grows, employee loyalty also increases. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator between salary and loyalty, work environment and loyalty, and career development and loyalty. However, it does not act as an intermediary between work motivation and loyalty.

Research data was obtained through novel analysis. Analysis was carried out by re-reading the novel and noting each scene that symbolized virtual identity. The research results show that Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity. In this novel, the main character Wade Watts uses an Avatar named Parzival to take part in a competition in the OASIS, a virtual world created by James Halliday. Wade chose this Avatar because he wanted to be a brave and strong figure, different from his true identity in the real world. Virtual Reality can have both positive and negative impacts on an individual's identity. On the one hand, Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity and find a more authentic identity. On the other hand, Virtual Reality can also influence individual identity by creating false and unrealistic virtual identities.

Everyday life is understood as reflections of complex actualizations of plural identities in the sense of the living world. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper digs more understanding of everyday life as stories of experience and taste of the people. Putting focus on narrations of the people, the analysis accentuates more into knowledge of everyday life as a never-ending process. It is a continuous understanding being underlined through meanings of individual experience in everyday life. Furthermore, narrative structures include matters of other individuals as otherness. Children's creativity has the potential to promote knowledge of individuals, societies, and cultures in everyday life as explained by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. One of the ways to improve creativity is writing short stories to explore their understanding of surroundings altogether with to uplift their language skills. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper emphasizes writing short stories as a means to build children’s awareness of their potentials, surroundings, and imaginations. Those aspects are needed to cultivate the growth of knowledge to face both formal and informal education. Moreover, ethical aspects could be widened so that children could always appreciate anything that they had, have, and will have. In conclusion, writing short stories for children is crucial to elevate their creativity in formal education and usual everyday life.

With the application of this method, it will produce a fashion product sales system at the Dianid Collection with the implementation of the E-CRM method being able to integrate existing functions within the company, namely product sales marketing, information and customer service, unlimited time, sales can be made online and can improve service to customers.

Tujuan penelitian dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan (order) serta dijadikan sebagai media promosi produk perusahaan yang dapat menghemat biaya perusahaan dalam mempromosikan produk kepada pelanggan.Salah satu bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha penjualan pakaian yang meliputi baju, celana, tas, sepatu dan lainnya .Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu pada proses pelayanan pelanggan belum adanya fasilitas tambahan yang berfungsi melakukan interaksi antara Toko dengan pelanggan untuk menyampaikan keluhan, saran dan kritik sehingga pelanggan tidak bisa memberikan kritik dan saran untuk Dianid Collection dan belum memiliki proses mengelola dan menyimpan data pelanggan yang dilakukan pada saat pelanggan membeli pakaian secara line telepon ataupun langsung datang ke Toko, hal tersebut membuat pemilik Toko kurang memperhatikan siapa pelanggan yang berpotensi menjadi pelanggan tetap. Dengan adanya penerapan Metode ini maka akan menghasilkan sistem penjualan produk fashion pada Dianid Collection dengan hasil implementasi pada metode E-CRM dapat mengintegrasikan fungsi fungsi yg ada didalam perusahan yaitu pemasaran penjualan produk, informasi dan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan , tidak terbatas waktu, penjualan dapat dilakukan secara online dan dapat meingkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi kini tak hanya digunakan oleh invidu tetapi juga dimanfaatkan oleh instansi pemerintahan maupun swasta. STMIK Royal sebagai perguruan tinggi yang ada di kisaran juga menggunakan teknologi komunikasi seperti media sosial dan website untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada mahasiswa dan masyarakat luas. STMIK Royal khususnya Media dan Informasi merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas konten yang digunakan sebagai publikasi kampus, dan untuk memaksimalkan publikasi ini maka Media dan Informasi membutuhkan Critical Path Method dalam memanajemen konten. Critical Path Method merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan pada aplikasi manajemen konten karena metode ini berorientasi pada waktu dengan menganalisis kegiatan-kegiatan yang akan dijadikan prioritas untuk dikerjakan. Sehingga pada penerapannya aplikasi ini akan membantu tim kreatif media dan informasi untuk mengetahui pekerjaan mana yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu dan tepat waktu. literacy stands at 49.68%, while specific understanding of taxation among young people is reported to be lower than that of the productive-age population. In addition, tax return compliance among individuals under 25 years old remains limited, reflecting weak early tax awareness and tax morale. In Magelang, high school students as future taxpayers generally lack access to contextual and practice-oriented tax education. This community engagement program aims to enhance tax literacy, awareness, and basic understanding of taxation among senior and vocational high school students through a structured and participatory educational approach. The methods included interactive lectures, contextual discussions, daily tax case studies, and simple tax calculation simulations, supported by pre- and post-tests to measure learning outcomes. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in students’ tax literacy scores and attitudes toward future compliance. The program also produced a tax literacy module and initiated student tax awareness groups in partner schools. Early tax education is therefore effective in strengthening youth tax morale and supporting sustainable national development.

Abstrak: Literasi pajak di kalangan generasi muda Indonesia masih tergolong rendah dan belum menjadi bagian utama dalam pembelajaran formal di tingkat SMA/SMK. Data nasional menunjukkan tingkat literasi keuangan sebesar 49,68%, sementara pemahaman spesifik mengenai perpajakan pada kelompok usia muda lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok usia produktif. Selain itu, tingkat kepatuhan pelaporan SPT pada wajib pajak berusia di bawah 25 tahun masih terbatas, yang mencerminkan lemahnya kesadaran dan moral pajak sejak dini. Di wilayah Magelang, siswa SMA/SMK sebagai calon wajib pajak masa depan umumnya belum memperoleh edukasi pajak yang kontekstual dan berbasis praktik. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi, kesadaran, dan pemahaman dasar perpajakan melalui pendekatan edukasi yang terstruktur dan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kontekstual, studi kasus perpajakan sehari-hari, serta simulasi perhitungan pajak sederhana yang didukung pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor literasi pajak dan sikap kepatuhan siswa. Program ini juga menghasilkan modul literasi pajak dan pembentukan kelompok siswa sadar pajak di sekolah mitra. Edukasi pajak sejak dini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat moral pajak generasi muda dan mendukung pembangunan nasional berkelanjutan.
