the demand for electricity supply is projected to continue rising. In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

There are several main components in the cooling machine, namely the Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporator. Each of these important components has different functions and ways of operating, but are connected to each other so that the cooling machine can function. The purpose of the author making this final project is to determine the performance of the cooling system, factors that reduce the performance of the cooling machine, as well as repair and maintenance efforts so that the cooling machine can return to normal operation. This research was conducted on the MV. Vancouver by using a qualitative approach. The author conducted direct observations as well as in-depth interviews and documentation studies when conducting research. The results of the author's research found that the main factor causing the decline in the performance of the cooling machine was the appearance of sparks on the evaporator and coil pipe caused by interference with the filter dryer so that it inhibits heat absorption and the evaporator cannot evaporate the refrigerant optimally. The impact caused by the less than optimal operation of the cooling machine in the Engine Room Workshop MV. Vancouver was an unstable room temperature making the crew feel uncomfortable while working or resting.

Abstrak: Pendidikan lingkungan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam membentuk kesadaran masyarakat akan isu keberlanjutan. Konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) telah lama menjadi strategi utama dalam mengelola sampah dan mendukung gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Namun, penyampaian informasi mengenai 3R masih sering bersifat tekstual dan kurang menarik bagi masyarakat umum. Dalam studi ini, dikembangkan pendekatan visual interaktif melalui teknologi projection mapping menggunakan perangkat lunak Resolume Arena untuk menciptakan pertunjukan panggung edukatif yang imersif. Visual animasi dirancang secara naratif untuk menstimulasi pemahaman audiens terhadap konsep 3R. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi informasi pada audiens dari berbagai usia.

Budi Bookstore faces various challenges in promoting products, manual data management, and a lack of interactive platforms for customers. Therefore, this research aims to implement a web-based CRM strategy at Budi Bookstore. The method used in this research is the CRM method, which is a method for increasing customer loyalty towards company products by using integrated software applications based on e-commerce business strategies. This research is also supported by qualitative methods which aim to provide a broad and in-depth understanding of a problem that is being or will be studied. The research results show that the implementation of web-based CRM at Budi Bookstore has succeeded in making it easier to access product information, designing an online sales system, and improving relationships with customers. Thus, this project has the potential to increase sales, attract customers, and provide customer satisfaction.

Toko Buku Budi menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mempromosikan produk, pengelolaan data manual, dan kurangnya wadah interaktif untuk pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode CRM yang merupakan metode untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk perusahaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak terintegrasi berdasarkan strategi bisnis e-commerce. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara luas dan mendalam terhadap suatu permasalahan yang sedang atau yang akan dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi berhasil mempermudah akses informasi produk, merancang sistem penjualan online, dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. These problems can be solved by programs to improve clean water infrastructure and facilities, such as drilling wells and allocating river water, so that they can provide optimal services for clean water, which has a very strong relationship with the economic growth of a region and the socio-cultural life of the community. Determining the priority scale for clean water must look at various criteria so as to produce accurate and precise results. The criteria that are considered in determining the priority of clean water are: Water Condition, Population, Regional Economic Potential, Cost, Level of Interest. To determine the priority of clean water projects at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Asahan Regency, a decision support system is needed that can assist in determining which villages have the right to be prioritized in the priority of clean water projects more effectively and efficiently.

Air bersih di wilayah tersebut bisa di bilang tidak layak untuk digunakan. Sehingga masyarakat kesulitan untuk mendapatkan air bersih baik itu untuk diminum, menyuci dan mandi. Masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan program peningkatan prasarana dan sarana air bersih seperti membuat sumur bor dan pengalokasiam air sungai, agar tetap dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal terhadap air bersih memiliki keterkaitan yang sangat kuat dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu wilayah maupun sosial budaya kehidupan masyarakat. Penentuan skala prioritas air bersih tersebut harus melihat dari berbagai kriteria sehingga menghasilkan hasil yang akurat dan tepat. Adapun kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam penentuan prioritas air bersih ialah: Kondisi Air, Jumlah Penduduk, Potensi Ekonomi Daerah, Biaya, Tingkat Kepentingan. Untuk penentuan proyek prioritas air bersih di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Asahan maka diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan desa mana yang berhak didahulukan dalam prioritas proyek air bersih dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

The system achieved 100% timing accuracy and 40% cost efficiency compared to conventional bell systems. It operated reliably, produced clear audio, and integrated smoothly with the school’s sound system, improving punctuality among teachers and students. The solution is low-cost, easy to maintain, and replicable for other schools. Project outputs include one functional prototype, training materials, and a manuscript submitted to a nationally accredited journal. After this program, the partner experienced improved discipline among teachers and students due to a more organized and punctual bell schedule. In addition, school operators are now able to operate and maintain the system independently, resulting in more efficient school operations.

Abstrak: Operasional bel sekolah yang masih manual di sejumlah sekolah pinggiran menyebabkan ketidakteraturan jadwal dan menurunnya kedisiplinan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menerapkan sistem bel otomatis berbasis Arduino Nano, modul RTC DS3231, dan DFPlayer Mini di MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan perangkat keras dan lunak, perekaman konten audio, instalasi sistem, pelatihan operator, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan ketepatan waktu pembunyian bel hingga 100% dibandingkan sistem manual, serta menurunkan biaya implementasi hingga 40% dibandingkan bel komersial dengan fungsi sepadan. Sistem beroperasi stabil, memiliki kualitas audio yang jelas, dan terintegrasi baik dengan sound system sekolah, sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan kedisiplinan guru dan siswa. Solusi ini tergolong ekonomis, mudah dirawat, dan berpotensi direplikasi di sekolah lain dengan karakteristik serupa. Luaran kegiatan meliputi satu unit prototipe berfungsi, modul pelatihan, serta naskah artikel ilmiah yang diajukan pada jurnal terakreditasi nasional. Setelah kegiatan ini, mitra mengalami peningkatan kedisiplinan guru dan siswa karena jadwal bel menjadi lebih teratur dan tepat waktu. Selain itu, operator sekolah kini mampu mengoperasikan dan merawat sistem secara mandiri sehingga kinerja operasional sekolah menjadi lebih efisien.

simulation of traffic dynamics. However, its utilization has not been optimal among consultants, including PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA, due to limited knowledge. This community service aims to raise the competence of PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA staff through VISSIM training. The method uses blended learning, combining theory, case studies, and hands-on practice. The evaluation was conducted through pretest and post-test. The pretest results showed an average score of 56.18, reflecting limited basic understanding. After the training, the post-test score increased significantly to 84.79, demonstrating an understanding of the concept to practical application of VISSIM. The training proved to significantly improve consultant competency, benefiting participants while improving the quality of the company's services in transportation projects.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi dalam perencanaan transportasi membuka peluang besar bagi konsultan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi analisis lalu lintas. Salah satu alat penting adalah software VISSIM, yang memungkinkan simulasi dinamika lalu lintas secara realistis. Namun, pemanfaatannya belum optimal di kalangan konsultan, termasuk PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA, karena keterbatasan pengetahuan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi staf PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA melalui pelatihan VISSIM. Metodenya menggunakan blended learning, menggabungkan teori, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan post-test. Hasil pretest menunjukkan rata-rata skor 56,18, mencerminkan pemahaman dasar yang terbatas. Setelah pelatihan, skor post-test meningkat signifikan menjadi 84,79, menunjukkan pemahaman konsep hingga aplikasi praktis VISSIM. Pelatihan ini terbukti meningkatkan kompetensi konsultan secara signifikan, memberikan manfaat bagi peserta sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas layanan perusahaan dalam proyek transportasi.

The predominant issues faced by these MSMEs include limited promotional outreach, inadequate marketing strategies, weak branding, and inefficient packaging and distribution systems, all of which hinder community income. Utilizing a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program provides intensive guidance to MSME actors in enhancing product development, branding, packaging, and digital marketing. The program also supports MSMEs in obtaining legal business documentation, including Business Identification Numbers (NIB), Trade Business Permits (SIUP), and Halal Certification from MUI. The anticipated outcomes include improved product quality and diversity, increased marketing efficiency, broader customer reach through social media, and a higher number of MSMEs with official business permits.

Abstrak: Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas serta efisiensi pengolahan produk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Kalirejo, Kabupaten Magelang. UMKM di wilayah ini memproduksi beragam makanan rumahan seperti grubi, slondok, susu kambing etawa, madu, dan aneka pangan lainnya. Kendala utama yang dihadapi para pelaku usaha adalah kurang optimalnya promosi, strategi pemasaran yang belum efektif, lemahnya branding, serta kemasan dan distribusi yang belum memadai, yang berdampak pada pendapatan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan evaluasi, kegiatan ini memberikan pendampingan intensif dalam aspek pengolahan produk, desain kemasan, branding, serta pemasaran berbasis digital. Selain itu, program ini juga mendukung pengurusan legalitas usaha seperti Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP), dan Sertifikat Halal dari MUI. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan kualitas produk, jangkauan pemasaran yang lebih luas melalui media sosial, serta bertambahnya jumlah UMKM yang memiliki legalitas resmi.

This community service project will help Pekanbaru high school instructors create collaborative and real-time learning tools. The Community Service Team employed an observation strategy to get a sense of learning at Santa Maria High School, which served as an example school. The proposed solution is technologically based, making use of the Padlet application. The Community Service Team offers training methods on smartphones and computers to help people grasp Padlet. The community effort resulted in a polished Padlet that teachers may use to study with students at any time. It is intended that studying using the Padlet application would boost teacher innovation and student learning results at Santa Maria High School, as well as high schools around Pekanbaru.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran Kolaboratif (Collaborative Learning) mengarahkan guru dan peserta didik dalam suasana belajar yang interaktif setiap saat. Kreativitas guru ditantang untuk selalu memperbaharui cara penyampaian materi, cara mengevaluasi pemahaman peserta didik hingga penilaian, demi terciptanya suasana belajar yang kolaboratif dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru SMA di Pekanbaru dalam mempersiapkan bahan pembelajaran yang kolaboratif dan real time. Tim Pengabdian melakukan metode observasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran pembelajaran melalui SMA Santa Maria yang dijadikan sebagai sekolah sampel. Metode yang diusulkan berbasis teknologi melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi Padlet. Untuk memudahkan pemahaman Padlet, Tim Pengabdian menggunakan metode pelatihan, baik melalui komputer maupun smartphone. Hasil pengabdian adalah Padlet jadi yang dapat digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran bersama peserta didik setiap waktu. Diharapkan pembelajaran melalui aplikasi Padlet mampu meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMA Santa Maria khususnya dan SMA di Pekanbaru umumnya.

This community service activity aims to improve teacher competence, strengthen learning infrastructure, and support school readiness in implementing the Independent Curriculum in the school. The implementation of this activity consists of several stages: socialization, training, technology procurement, mentoring, and periodic evaluation. Socialization introduces the essence of the Independent Curriculum and the role of teachers in its implementation. Intensive training is provided regarding innovative learning methods, including flipped classrooms and project-based learning. The procurement of technological devices such as CCTV, digital library applications, and laptop speakers aims to support an interactive and modern learning environment. Mentoring is also carried out in the preparation of teaching modules that are relevant to the new curriculum. The results of the activity show an increase in teacher competence in implementing innovative learning methods and strengthening technological infrastructure in schools. This activity emphasizes the importance of ongoing training and monitoring to ensure effective and sustainable curriculum implementation.

Abstrak: Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Batu Nanggar dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kesiapan dan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan metodologi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru, memperkuat infrastruktur pembelajaran, dan mendukung kesiapan sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah tersebut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap: sosialisasi, pelatihan, pengadaan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkala. Sosialisasi memperkenalkan esensi Kurikulum Merdeka dan peran guru dalam penerapannya. Pelatihan intensif diberikan terkait metode pembelajaran inovatif, termasuk flipped classroom dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Pengadaan perangkat teknologi seperti CCTV, aplikasi perpustakaan digital, dan pengeras suara laptop bertujuan mendukung lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan modern. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran inovatif dan penguatan infrastruktur teknologi di sekolah.
