y the declining extra-role behaviors of employees, which affect service quality, allegedly driven by perceived procedural injustice and low organizational support. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected through questionnaires from employees of three- to five-star hotels. The results reveal that Procedural Justice has a positive and significant effect on both POS and OCB, directly and indirectly. Moreover, POS functions as both a mediator and a moderator, strengthening the relationship between procedural justice and OCB. The R² and Q² values indicate a high explanatory and predictive relevance, while the Goodness of Fit Index confirms the empirical adequacy of the model. These findings support the Social Exchange Theory (Blau, 1964) and Organizational Support Theory (Eisenberger et al., 1986), asserting that fairness and organizational support foster reciprocal relationships that motivate employees to engage in voluntary, extra-role behaviors. This study contributes theoretically by extending the application of social exchange theory within the hospitality context and provides practical implications for hotel management to enhance procedural justice and organizational support as strategies to improve employees’ organizational citizenship behaviour.

This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of personal selling on saving decisions, (2) the influence of customer experience on saving decisions, (3) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between personal selling and saving decisions, (4) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between customer experience and saving decisions at BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach through the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) method. The sample consisted of 120 active customer respondents of BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung selected using a probability sampling technique through a simple random sampling approach, where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a respondent. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that (1) Personal Selling does not influence the decision to save (2) Customer Experience has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Save (3) Trust is not proven to significantly mediate the relationship between personal selling and the decision to save (4) Trust is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between customer experience and the decision to save. The results of this research show that the development of partnership cooperation between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia with domestic and foreign partners includes education, research and community service. Educational activities in the form of lecturer and student exchanges, seminars, proceedings, guest lectures, visiting lecturers/professors, curriculum benchmarking. Collaboration in the field of research takes the form of joint research, joint publication, joint editor and journal reviewer. Collaboration in the field of community service takes the form of outreach activities, training, mentoring and demonstration activities related to partner needs. So far this collaboration has shown a significant positive impact. The results of the research findings can add theoretical and methodological studies to the repertoire of scientific development regarding the study of the importance of collaboration in an organization, especially for higher education institutions. The contribution of this research adds to the study of the importance of cooperation, not only for the benefit of both parties but also for having an impact on the progress of institutions and society. Contribution for educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, to continue to build partnerships and to socialize the importance of cooperation to increase institutional progress, building more networks to strengthen cooperation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal, vice principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The results of the study indicate that the digitalization strategy has begun to be implemented through the use of technology in the learning process, the development of teachers' digital skills, and the integration of technology-based educational platforms. However, in its implementation, the school faces various obstacles, such as limited school internet (Wi-Fi) quota and low digital competence of some teachers. To overcome these obstacles, the school conducts internal training, utilizes offline learning media, and improves digital infrastructure. The conclusion of this study shows that the digitalization of school management contributes significantly to improving the quality of education, especially in terms of learning effectiveness, administrative efficiency, and strengthening teacher and student competence in the digital era

Strengthening infrastructure, promoting eco-tourism, and enhancing digital tourism platforms are recommended to maximize economic benefits. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most employees have adequate technical skills in operating information technology devices, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The Communication and Information Agency has also exceeded several strategic performance targets, including improving digital services, public participation, and increasing the SPBE index value. This study recommends the importance of increasing regular training, updating digital infrastructure, and strengthening the competency-based performance evaluation system. Overall findings indicate that the development of HR competencies has a significant contribution to achieving effective, efficient, and adaptive institutional performance to the demands of the digital era.

This study examines strategies for collaboration between the government and MSMEs, integrating entrepreneurship education to support sustainable development, aligned with SDG 8 and SDG 12. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of entrepreneurship education within public-private partnerships to enhance MSME sustainability while addressing local socio-economic issues. Using a qualitative research methodology, this study involves in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to explore the experiences of MSME entrepreneurs, government officials, and educators in the region. The findings indicate that effective collaboration among stakeholders fosters innovation, strengthens MSME resilience, and promotes environmentally-friendly business practices. However, challenges remain in policy implementation and resource distribution. The implications of this research highlight the importance of institutionalizing entrepreneurship education within government programs and strengthening public-private collaboration. alues in human relations management through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used in this study to analyze and synthesize various previous studies related to human relations management. The SLR process involves identifying, screening, and evaluating studies from a variety of sources, including international indexed journals, to gain an in-depth understanding of key trends and issues in the implementation of humanitarian relations management. Of the 150 articles found, 52 articles met the inclusion criteria for further analysis. By analyzing the literature from various academic databases, this study identifies key concepts in philosophy, such as humanism, deontological ethics, utilitarianism, and existentialism, that are relevant to support the management of interpersonal relationships in organizations. The results of the study show that the application of philosophical values can improve the quality of relationships between individuals through more ethical decision-making, value-oriented leadership, and strengthening mutual respect in work interactions. In addition, this study reveals a significant gap in the literature related to the practical implementation of philosophy in the context of modern management, especially in certain sectors. These findings make a theoretical contribution in expanding the understanding of the role of philosophy in human relations management as well as offering recommendations for further research and practical applications in organizational environments.
