Analisis data bersifat kuantitatif, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Populasi penelitian di kelas III UPTD SD Negeri 124388 yang berlokasi di Pematangsiantar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil di satu kelas yang digunakan sebagai kelas One Group sehingga yang menjadi sampel di penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas III UPTD SD Negeri 124388. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 21 siswa. Hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh dari hasil belajar siswa yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata pretest berjumlah 42,28 dan nilai rata-rata posttest berjumlah 88,57. Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Youtube Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas III UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar dengan menggunakan uji Normalitas dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai sebesar taraf sinifikan 0,01< probabilitas (0,05) dan thitung =14,905 > ttabel =1,724 Maka disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti “Terdapat Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Youtube Terhadap hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas III Matematika di UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar”.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik penentuan informan secara purposive yang melibatkan Branch Sales Manager, tenaga sales, dan pelanggan tetap. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan validitas data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales berperan strategis dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan melalui komunikasi adaptif, pelayanan responsif, komitmen, serta keterlibatan dalam membantu kebutuhan pelanggan. Loyalitas tercermin pada pembelian ulang, rekomendasi, dan keberlanjutan kerja sama. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas peran sales meliputi kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi interpersonal sales dan konsistensi pelayanan sebagai strategi mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.
Increasingly competitive competition in the building materials distribution industry requires companies not only to maintain smooth distribution, but also to build long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the role of sales in increasing customer loyalty and identify factors that influence this role at PT Mitra Maju Mapan Bondowoso Branch. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation using purposive informant selection techniques involving Branch Sales Managers, sales personnel and regular customers. Data analysis is carried out through data condensation, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification, with data validity maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The research results show that sales plays a strategic role in building customer loyalty through adaptive communication, responsive service, commitment, and involvement in helping customer needs. Loyalty is reflected in repeat purchases, recommendations and continued cooperation. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of the sales role include service quality, company image, trust and customer satisfaction. This research implies the importance of strengthening interpersonal sales competence and service consistency as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty on an ongoing basis.

Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan responden serta perumusan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Desain ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan perubahan tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi senam hipertensi dan jus semangka. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pertemuan pertama, kedua dan ketiga, tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik ada perubahan yang signifikan, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh senam hipertensi dan jus semangka terhadap perubahan tekanan darah. Kesimpulan: Implementasi senam hipertensi dan pemberian jus semangka berpengaruh terhadap perubahan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi dengan rata-rata sistolik dari 147 mmHg menjadi 133 mmHg dan rata-rata diastolik 89 mmHg menjadi 79 mmHg.

Dampak dari adanya penurunan kualitas tidur tersebut yang dapat mempengaruhi konsentrasi dalam belajar. Sleep hygiene merupakan upaya promosi kesehatan tidur yang terdiri dari serangkaian rekomendasi lingkungan dan perilaku tidur, untuk menciptakan kualitas tidur yang optimal. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sleep hygiene dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja di SMAN 11 Kabupaten Tangerang. Desain penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional. Teknik sampel: Teknik yang digunakan teknik probability sampling dengan cara proportional random sampling dengan jumlah responden 102 orang. Analisis data: Menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 11 Kabupaten Tangerang square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara sleep hygiene dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja memiliki p-value 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dan saran: Sebagian besar responden tingkat sleep hygiene dan kualitas tidur dominan buruk. Diharapkan remaja dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menerapkan sleep hygiene yang baik karena akan berdampak pada kualitas tidur sehingga tidak berdampak pada konsentrasi belajar di sekolah.

The sampling technique in this study was the census method technique with data analysis using the SPSS version 20 program using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), coefficient of determination (R2). Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study state that the variable workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. And it can be concluded that the most dominant workload variable affects employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.771. This means that the variables of job satisfaction and workload simultaneously affect the employee performance variable by 77.1%.

(1988) which includes:Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsivness), Guarantee (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty). The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the three dimensions of service quality, namely those related to Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, are considered by the community to be not optimal when they are obtaining SIM C at the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office. While the other two dimensions, namely Assurance and Empathy, are considered by the community to be optimal. This condition resulted in many violations committed by two-wheeled riders, which reached 75% andaccording to data from the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit in 2020, there were 51,858 motorists who did not carry SIM C when driving on the roads in the city of Semarang.
