IMPLEMENTATION OF FORWARD CHAINING IN EXPERT SYSTEM FOR COMPUTER TROUBLESHOOTING

Abstract: Abstract: CV. Ria Kencana Ungu (RKU), as a research partner in the field of computer service, needs to improve the quality of customer service and efficiency in the process of troubleshooting computer damage. To meet these… se needs, an expert system based on the forward chaining method was developed that is able to diagnose damage automatically. This system was developed using the waterfall method, with systematic stages from analysis to implementation. The implementation results show that the system can identify the type of damage with an accuracy rate of 89% based on validation tests on 100 real troubleshooting cases. The evaluation metric uses a comparison between the results of the system diagnosis and the results of the technician's analysis. Although the system is able to increase service efficiency by up to 40% compared to conventional methods, several obstacles were found, such as the limited initial knowledge base that impacts the accuracy of the diagnosis and the difficulty of users in understanding the system interface. Therefore, further development is needed to expand the knowledge base and improve the user experience. This study aims to develop a forward chaining-based expert system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of problem solving at CV. Ria Kencana Ungu (RKU) and to increase customer satisfaction through more responsive and precise services..             Keywords: expert system; computer troubleshooting; forward chaining method     Abstrak: CV. Ria Kencana Ungu (RKU), sebagai mitra penelitian di bidang layanan servis komputer, membutuhkan peningkatan kualitas layanan pelanggan dan efisiensi dalam proses troubleshooting kerusakan komputer. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem pakar berbasis metode forward chaining yang mampu mendiagnosis kerusakan secara otomatis. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall, dengan tahapan yang sistematis dari analisis hingga implementasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mengidentifikasi jenis kerusakan dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 89% berdasarkan uji validasi terhadap 100 kasus troubleshooting nyata. Metrik evaluasi menggunakan perbandingan antara hasil diagnosis sistem dan hasil analisis teknisi. Meskipun sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi layanan hingga 40% dibandingkan metode konvensional, beberapa kendala ditemukan, seperti keterbatasan basis pengetahuan awal yang berdampak pada akurasi diagnosis dan kesulitan pengguna dalam memahami antarmuka sistem. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memperluas basis pengetahuan dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis forward chaining untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan troubleshooting di CV. CANNY EDGE DETECTION AND IMAGE SEGMENTATION FOR PRECISION FACE RECOGNITION SYSTEM

Abstract: Abstract: Facial recognition is widely used in areas such as video surveillance and database management. Facial images have been used as a preferred biometric feature in many identity recognition systems to obtain good image… mage results in image segmentation. A good image must pay attention to several factors, namely high resolution, good contrast, image sharpness, consistent colors, lack of noise and appropriate lighting conditions. In this face recognition research, using canny edge detection method for 10 original images paired with 10 other images. The original faces taken are male and female. Canny edge detection has a low error rate in image segmentation compared to other edge detections. The purpose of this study is to determine the edge of the image in I-rat and can display the results of a good segmentation of facial images. The results of the test data with data stored in the database in the study is 1 face image produces 67.69% accuracy and 26.92% and 8 other face images produce 100% accuracy. The average success rate of 10 experiments using image segmentation is 89.461%. In conclusion, the canny edge detection method can provide accurate results in the face recognition process.             Keywords: accuracy; canny edge detection; face recognition; image; segmentation     Abstrak : Pengenalan wajah banyak digunakan dalam diberbagai bidang seperti pengawasan video dan manajemen basis data. Gambar wajah telah digunakan sebagai ciri biometrik yang disukai di banyak sistem pengenalan identitas untuk mendapatkan hasil citra yang bagus dalam segmentasi citra. Citra yang baik harus memperhatikan beberapa faktor yaitu resolusi tinggi, kontras yang baik, ketajaman citra, warna yang konsisten, kurangnya noise dan kondisi pencahayaan yang sesuai. Pada penelitian pengenalan wajah ini, menggunakan metode deteksi tepi canny untuk 10 citra asli yang dipasangkan dengan 10 citra lainnya. Wajah asli yang diambil berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. Deteksi tepi canny memiliki tingkat kesalahan rendah dalam segmentasi citra dibandingkan dengan deteksi tepi lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan tepi gambar secara akurat dan dapat menampilkan hasil segmentasi citra wajah yang baik. Hasil dari data uji dengan data yang tersimpan di database dalam penelitian adalah 1 citra wajah menghasilkan akurasi 67,69% dan 26,92% dan 8 citra wajah lainnya menghasilkan akurasi 100%. Rata-rata tingkat keberhasilan dari 10 kali percobaan dengan menggunakan segmentasi citra adalah 89,461%. ANALISIS PERFORMA KRIPTOGRAFI HYBRID ALGORITMA BLOWFISH DAN ALGORITMA RSA

Therefore the purpose of this research is to measure the performance of the hybrid algorithm, consisting a symmetric keyBlowfish algorithm and an asymmetric key RSA algorithm, in encrypting and decrypting multiple types of data such as documents, photos, audios, and videos. The result is the performance of the hybrid algorithm is almost on par with Blowfish and provides a more secure data encryption and decryption by taking advantage of RSA algorithm. The average encryption performance of hybrid algorithm is 0.85s on document, 1.06s on photo, 3.38s on audio, and 15.56s on video. While the average decryption performance of hybrid algorithm is 1.01s on document, 1.38s on photo, 4.3s on audio, and 27.56s on video.             Keywords:Hybrid cryptography, Data security, Performance, Blowfish, RSA     Abstrak:Keamanan data komputer berhubungan dengan pencegahan dari pencurian data oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, salah satu cara pengamanan data komputer yaitu dengan teknik kriptografi. Beberapa metode kriptografi memiliki performa yang baik dan buruk tergantung dengan tipe kuncinya. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat kecepatan kriptografi hybrid, terdiri dari algoritma simetris Blowfish dan algoritma asimetris RSA, dengan beberapa tipe data seperti dokumen, foto, audio dan video. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah algoritma hybrid memiliki performa yang tidak jauh berbeda dari algoritma Blowfish dan membuat proses enkripsi dan dekripsi data lebih aman dengan keunggulan dari algoritma RSA. Rata-rata kecepatan enkripsi algoritma hybrid untuk dokumen 0,85 detik, gambar 1,06 detik, audio 3,38 detik, dan video 15,56 detik. Sedangkan rata-rata kecepatan dekripsi algoritma hybrid untuk dokumen 1,01 detik, gambar 1,38 detik, audio 4,3 detik, dan video 27,56 detik.   Kata kunci:Kriptografihybrid, Keamanan data, Performa, Blowfish, RSA

Legal Review of Local Government Institutions in Papua under Government Regulation No. 106/2021

Abstract: The Province of Papua holds a special constitutional status under Law No. 2 of 2021, implemented through Government Regulation (PP) No. 106 of 2021, which assigns 23 governmental functions to regional authorities. The regulation… gulation embodies asymmetric decentralization intended to protect the rights of Indigenous Papuans (OAP) and address local needs. However, it raises legal concerns regarding ambiguous authority distribution between central, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as the unclear operational role of the Papuan People’s Assembly (MRP). The main research problem is whether PP No. 106/2021 provides a coherent and constitutionally consistent governance framework. This study applies doctrinal legal research using normative-analytical methods, including statutory interpretation, constitutional tests, and comparative perspectives. The findings indicate weak accountability mechanisms in managing Special Autonomy Funds, limited integration of customary law, and institutional fragility in newly established bodies such as BP-DOP and UPAP. The study concludes that PP No. 106/2021 does not fully align with the constitutional principles of legal certainty and decentralization. It recommends substantial revisions, strengthening MRP’s legal status, formal recognition of customary law through Perdasus, and an institutional blueprint with clear performance indicators to ensure effective, inclusive, and adaptive governance in Papua

Bibliometric Analysis on Islamic Entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Study Based on the Scopus Database

Abstract: Objectives - Intellectual curiosity about Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) whose issues have increased recently in various sharia sectors. Design/Methodology/approach - Based… ased on the scopus database, descriptive bibliometric analysis with the visualization tool VosViewer was used to assess 385 documents on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and SDGs, which peaked in 2024 based on the period of 2010-2024. Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). Romadoni, V as the most prolific writer about this research. Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and SDGs provide the potential for sustainable development and is in line with the goals of sharia, namely maqashid sharia for the benefit of the ummah, this encourages sustainable development (SDGs) through Islamic entrepreneurship and Islamic finance. Practical Implications - Research can be used as a useful research proposal for future researchers who use bibliometric methods in systematic literature review by introducing the network of various variables related to this research, then by getting to know famous authors in the field can provide opportunities to collaborate for further research. In addition, this study makes it easier for future researchers to be able to expand even more by looking at the variables obtained in this study as gaps to be researched further.

Linking Employee Training And Development To Enhanced Customer Satisfaction In Hotels

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between employee training and development programs and customer satisfaction levels within the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on MaxOne Hotels in Makassar. Employing… ng a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates employee surveys, customer feedback, and performance metric analysis to assess the influence of training programs on service quality and customer experiences. The findings reveal that employee training and development variables account for only 1.4% of the variance in customer satisfaction, with the remaining 98.6% influenced by other factors. Nevertheless, well-structured training program designs were shown to significantly enhance employees' critical thinking, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, technology-based training demonstrates substantial potential for improving service efficiency and facilitating adaptation to operational innovations. In conclusion, while the direct impact of training on customer satisfaction is relatively minor, thoughtfully designed training programs remain essential for delivering high-quality customer experiences and sustaining competitiveness in the industry. This research offers valuable insights into strategies for optimizing training effectiveness in the hospitality sector.

Ruang metrik bernilai kompleks merupakan… pakan perumuman dari ruang metrik klasik. Selain itu, juga membahas tentang teorema titik tetap pada ruang metrik bernilai kompleks. Titik tetap merupakan suatu titik yang dipetakan ke dirinya sendiri. Kemudian, titik tetap mengalami perluasan menjadi titik tetap berpasangan. Titik tetap berpasangan adalah sepasang titik yang dipetakan ke masing-masing elemen pasangan titik tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan eksistensi dan ketunggalan titik tetap berpasangan pada ruang metrik bernilai kompleks. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membentuk barisan dari pemetaan F yang kontraktif di ruang metrik bernilai kompleks. Selanjutnya, membuktikan bahwa barisan tersebut adalah barisan Cauchy dan konvergen ke titik tetap berpasangan di F. Kemudian membuktikan bahwa F memiliki titik tetap berpasangan yang tunggal. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pemetaan F pada ruang metrik bernilai kompleks yang memenuhi salah satu dari tiga ketaksamaan dengan dua koefisien yang jumlahannya kurang dari satu memiliki titik tetap berpasangan yang tunggal.

Daily Peak Load Forecasting At PT. PLN Uses Anfis(Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System)

Abstract: The demand for electrical energy continues to rise with the progression of time. This growth must be matched by a reliable and cost-effective supply of electricity, requiring power systems that are both dependable and economical.… onomical. Since the amount of electricity consumed by users cannot be precisely predicted, balancing generation with consumption necessitates accurate electrical load forecasting. This study focuses on load forecasting using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. The forecast developed targets daily peak loads, which fall under short-term load forecasting. The data used for this forecasting consists of historical daily peak loads from January 1, 2017, to June 9, 2022. The forecasting process involves parameters such as radius, squash factor, accept ratio, reject ratio, and epoch. The forecast accuracy is evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric. The results are then compared with PLN’s load forecasting, which employs the load coefficient method. The ANFIS-based forecasting achieved a MAPE of 1.879%, using networks Jaringan_24 and Jaringan_25. This MAPE value is slightly lower than PLN’s load forecasting MAPE of 1.917%, indicating better accuracy by the ANFIS method.

Furthermore, the study demonstrates that growth in cash flow does not significantly moderate the relationship between company size and stock performance. This suggests that external factors, such as regulatory changes or market sentiment, may play a more decisive role. The results underscore that cash flow, while an important indicator of financial health, does not enhance the influence of company size on stock performance, particularly in certain industries where external conditions prevail. This underscores the need for a more comprehensive evaluation approach that considers a broader range of factors when assessing stock performance. It's time to move beyond traditional metrics like profitability and cash flow growth and equip ourselves with a more robust set of tools for analysis. Ultimately, this research advocates for a multifactorial approach to stock performance evaluation, emphasizing the importance of understanding the interplay between various variables, including industry trends and macroeconomic conditions. By adopting this comprehensive perspective, investors and analysts can make more informed decisions and strategies, enhancing their ability to navigate the complexities of the financial markets.
