The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, attitudes and support from health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic among visitors at Tanjung Pura Hospital, Langkat Regency. The method in this research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was all visitors to Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital in October 2022 with a total sample of 96 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data collected was obtained by interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that knowledge was poor as much as 57.3%, positive attitude was 56.3%, support from health workers was poor as much as 53.1%. The results of bivariate analysis show that the knowledge variable is 0.000, attitude is 0.001, support from health workers is 0.001. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the variables of knowledge, attitudes and support of health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended that hospitals implement strict health protocol checks, such as carrying out checks at hospital entrances, making regulations regarding health protocol raids, and imposing sanctions for those who do not comply with health protocols.

ct Govermental (Satpol PP). The object of research in this study is the role of the Govermental in enforcing regional regulations regarding the prevention of prostitution and immoral acts. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan perbandingan hukum (comparative approach). Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan atas Al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab-kitab fikih muamalah, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta jurnal hukum mutakhir, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep ijarah bi al-’amal menempatkan upah sebagai hak yang harus dipenuhi secara adil, proporsional, dan tepat waktu, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur’an Surah At-Talaq ayat 6, Surah Al-Qashash ayat 26-27, dan hadis riwayat Ibnu Majah. Prinsip tersebut memiliki keselarasan nilai dengan semangat Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan, meskipun keduanya berbeda pada aspek sumber otoritas, mekanisme penetapan upah minimum, dan bentuk sanksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar nilai-nilai ijarah bi al-’amal, khususnya prinsip maqashid syariah, diintegrasikan sebagai basis etik dalam pembaruan kebijakan pengupahan nasional, terutama untuk melindungi pekerja pada sektor informal dan ekonomi gig yang belum sepenuhnya terjangkau oleh regulasi ketenagakerjaan formal.
Wages are a fundamental right of workers that must be protected, both from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This study aims to examine the concept of ijarah bi al-’amal in Islamic law as a philosophical foundation for wage protection, and to compare it with wage regulations under Indonesia’s Manpower Law. The results show that ijarah bi al-’amal positions wages as a right that must be fulfilled fairly, proportionally, and in a timely manner, as affirmed in the Quran Surah At-Talaq verse 6, Surah Al-Qashash verses 26-27, and the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, examining legal materials from the Quran, hadith, classical fiqh literature, statutory regulations, and recent legal journals. The findings reveal that the principles of ijarah bi al-’amal align with the spirit of Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 on Wages, although they differ in terms of the source of authority, minimum wage determination mechanisms, and forms of sanctions. This study recommends integrating the values of ijarah bi al-’amal, particularly maqashid syariah principles, as an ethical basis for reforming national wage policy, especially to protect informal and gig-economy workers not yet fully covered by formal labor regulations.

At SMP Negeri 1 Bosar Maligas presence, tidiness, personality and order are aspects of discipline which are used as references to measure the level of student discipline. The mechanism for measuring the level of discipline of each student is measured manually, namely by accumulating points of violations committed by students, then determining the sanctions that will be given. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a decision support system to determine the level of discipline and sanctions for student violations using the TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method and implement the system to assist counseling teachers in monitoring student discipline levels, and can be effective and efficiently find the number of points of violation committed by students. The system is designed using the MySQL database, PHP programming language, and Macromedia Dreamweaver application software.

Di SMP Negeri 1 Bosar Maligas kehadiran, kerapian, kepribadian dan ketertiban merupakan aspek kedisiplinan yang dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk mengukur tingkat kedisiplinan siswa. Mekanisme pengukuran tingkat disiplin dari masing-masing siswa diukur dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan mengakumulasi point pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa, kemudian ditentukan sanksi yang akan diberikan. and welcoming school environment, the "Building a Child-Friendly School Climate: Bullying Prevention Program in Elementary Schools" program was put into place. Thirty-two pupils in grades IV–VI participated in the one-day participatory activity at SDN 010029 Perkebunan Sukaraja Village, Asahan Regency. Ice-breaking, conversation, role-playing, storytelling, poster-making, and introspection were among the techniques employed. A Likert-scale questionnaire evaluation revealed an average overall score of 3.75 (very good category), with material understanding (3.81) and applicability to school life (3.78) showing the greatest signs.Students' awareness, empathy, and bravery in confronting bullying increased, according to qualitative data. The activity's outcomes show that a practical, experience-based approach is successful in fostering a school climate that is kid-friendly and establishing anti-bullying ideals. From a scientific perspective, this program helps primary schools create models of violence prevention and character education that align with the national PPKSP and Child-Friendly Schools regulations. It is hoped that this program will be adopted as a routine school activity.

Abstrak: Perundungan (bullying) di sekolah dasar masih menjadi tantangan serius bagi kesejahteraan dan rasa aman peserta didik di Indonesia. Program Membangun Iklim Sekolah Ramah Anak: Program Pencegahan Perundungan di Sekolah Dasar dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat literasi anti-perundungan, meningkatkan kesadaran sosial, dan menumbuhkan budaya sekolah yang aman serta inklusif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif selama satu hari di SDN 010029 Desa Perkebunan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Asahan, dengan melibatkan 32 siswa kelas IV–VI. Metode yang digunakan mencakup ice-breaking, diskusi, storytelling, permainan peran, pembuatan poster, dan refleksi. Evaluasi melalui angket skala Likert menunjukkan rata-rata skor keseluruhan sebesar 3,75 (kategori sangat baik), dengan indikator tertinggi pada keterpahaman materi (3,81) dan relevansi dengan kehidupan sekolah (3,78). Data kualitatif memperlihatkan peningkatan kesadaran, empati, dan keberanian siswa menolak perundungan. Hasil kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis pengalaman langsung efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai anti-perundungan dan memperkuat iklim sekolah yang ramah anak. Secara ilmiah, program ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pendidikan karakter dan pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah dasar yang sejalan dengan kebijakan nasional PPKSP dan Sekolah Ramah Anak. Program ini diharapkan diadopsi sebagai kegiatan rutin sekolah. Keterbatasan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan satu hari masih menyisakan ruang untuk penguatan program secara berkelanjutan melalui aktivasi Satgas PPKSP.

This community service activity aims to assist Arifin Snack MSME in Pati in obtaining the SPP-IRT certification to comply with applicable regulations. The methods used include socialization, administrative assistance, and guidance in fulfilling technical requirements and laboratory testing. The results indicate that Arifin Snack MSME successfully understood the licensing procedures and met the requirements set by the relevant authorities, enabling them to obtain the SPP-IRT. With this certification, it is expected that Arifin Snack MSME can enhance consumer trust and expand its market reach.

Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun seringkali menghadapi kendala dalam legalitas dan standarisasi produk. Salah satu persyaratan penting bagi UMKM makanan adalah Sertifikat Produksi Pangan–Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT) sebagai bentuk jaminan keamanan pangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi UMKM Arifin Snack di Pati dalam proses pembuatan SPP-IRT agar dapat memenuhi standar regulasi yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pendampingan administrasi, serta asistensi dalam pemenuhan persyaratan teknis dan uji laboratorium. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Arifin Snack berhasil memahami prosedur perizinan serta memenuhi syarat yang ditetapkan oleh dinas terkait, sehingga dapat memperoleh SPP-IRT. Dengan adanya sertifikasi ini, diharapkan UMKM Arifin Snack dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan memperluas jangkauan pasar.

On March 03 2023 and March 07 2023, training and assistance for taxpayers were conducted in filling out the Annual Individual Tax Return at the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia Tax Center by the Tax Volunteers. The method used is direct assistance to individual taxpayers in updating NPWP-NIK, and KLU data, also reporting annual tax returns via e-filing. The activity participants are all taxpayers including lecturers and educational staff at the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia and STIKes Murni Teguh. This activity resulted in an increase in understanding for participants in reporting Annual SPT Individuals, while the Tax Volunteer gained knowledge about taxation based on the latest regulations and was able to put into practice the knowledge learned during lectures which can be used as practical experience. Meanwhile, the results for the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia are an increase in taxpayer compliance within the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia, including lecturers and education staff society who are aware of their obligations and always report their income to the state.

Abstrak: Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia merupakan perguruan tinggi yang memiliki Tax Center dan berkolaborasi dengan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) untuk membantu Wajib Pajak dalam menghitung, menyetor, dan melaporkan kewajiban perpajakan mereka. Pada tanggal 03 Maret 2023 dan 07 Maret 2023, telah dilakukan pelatihan serta pendampingan Wajib Pajak dalam mengisi Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan Orang Pribadi di Tax Center Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia oleh tim Relawan Pajak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan secara langsung kepada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dalam melakukan pemutakhiran data NPWP-NIK, KLU, dan pelaporan SPT Tahunan melalui e-filing. Peserta kegiatan adalah seluruh Wajib Pajak termasuk dosen dan tenaga pendidik di lingkungan Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia serta STIKes Murni Teguh. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman bagi peserta dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi, sedangkan tim Relawan Pajak memperoleh pengetahuan tentang perpajakan berdasarkan peraturan terbaru dan dapat mempraktikkan secara langsung pengetahuan yang dipelajari selama kuliah serta dapat dijadikan sebagai pengalaman praktis.
