Advances in digital technology have increased the distribution of information related to work and creativity so that the risk of work theft and copyright infringement is very vulnerable to occurring and this can be detrimental to creative industry players. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Indonesian Human Rights so that creative works receive legal protection.

thod used is a type of qualitative research with the field research category. This research is also normative legal research, where the object can be public law, criminal law, civil law, family law, marriage law and so on. This research was conducted at the KUA in Jambi Province. The data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that marriage registration for the people of Jambi Province is very important. Based on the Maqāṣid al-Syarīah perspective, there is maṣlahah in registering marriages, namely to provide protection for the husband, wife and children in the family. If we pay attention to the legality of marriages in Indonesia, the state only recognizes registered marriages, on the basis of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, with 27 companies selected as samples, making a total of 135 companies studied from the period 2017-2021. The research technique used was multiple linear regression analysis.Partially, the findings of this research state that: 1) Activity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, indicated by a significant value of 0.052 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 1.963 > 1.65648. 2) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.044 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 2.038 > 1.65648. 3) Solvency has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 18.944 > 1.65648. 4) Simultaneously, activity, liquidity, and solvency have a positive and significant effect on profitability, as indicated by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 147.949 > 3.07. The determination test shows that 76.7% of the variations in activity, liquidity, and solvency affect profitability, while 23.3% (100% - 76.7%) is influenced by other factors beyond the independent variables studied in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2021.

uan masyarakat Desa Banggina, Kecamatan Motui, Kabupaten Konawe Utara tentang hipertensi. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan rancangan pre-test dan post-test. Sampel berjumlah 25 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan, lalu dianalisis dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna antara skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi, dengan rata-rata meningkat dari 6,56 menjadi 8,56, nilai t sebesar 5,225, dan p-value < 0,001. Temuan ini menunjukkan penyuluhan mampu memperbaiki pemahaman masyarakat mengenai faktor risiko, dampak, dan cara pencegahan hipertensi, sekaligus berperan sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif untuk mendorong pola hidup sehat. Penyuluhan sebaiknya dilakukan secara rutin dengan melibatkan tenaga kesehatan, kader, dan tokoh masyarakat, serta didukung media edukasi yang mudah dipahami.

. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan serta menilai tingkat penerimaan produk bola-bola ubi ungu sebagai alternatif MP-ASI lokal bergizi di Kelurahan Korumba. Produk dibuat dari bahan utama ubi jalar ungu, tahu, wortel, dan telur yang kaya akan gizi. Metode kegiatan meliputi pembuatan produk, pengenalan bahan, proses pembuatan, dan kandungan gizi kepada masyarakat, serta uji organoleptik terhadap warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur oleh ibu balita di Posyandu Mustika. Hasil uji menunjukkan nilai rata-rata warna 3,93; aroma 4,07; rasa 4,13; dan tekstur 3,87, dengan seluruh parameter >3,5 yang menandakan produk disukai panelis. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan wawasan baru kepada masyarakat tentang potensi pengembangan ubi sebagai bahan pangan alternatif yang bergizi dan bernilai ekonomi. Dengan demikian, bola-bola ubi ungu berpotensi menjadi inovasi MP-ASI lokal yang dapat diterima masyarakat dan berkontribusi dalam upaya pencegahan stunting melalui peningkatan konsumsi pangan bergizi pada anak balita.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan software Accurate serta menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan alur dokumen operasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan diskusi lintas divisi yang melibatkan bagian keuangan, workshop, dan warehouse. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan penyerahan dokumen Work Order (WO) dan Delivery Order (DO) berdampak pada keterlambatan pencatatan transaksi dan pemantauan piutang. Implementasi awal rekomendasi perbaikan alur dokumen mampu meningkatkan ketepatan pencatatan dan mendukung efektivitas penagihan piutang pelanggan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi mitra sebagai dasar perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan administrasi penagihan.
