is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations. vities to enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang. The population was seventh-grade students with 2 classes as a sample. In this study, 37 students in the experiment class and 37 students in the control class made up the sample. The data were collected using listening pre-test and listening post-test as instruments. SPSS 22.0 were used to analysed the data. The result of the research was there was significant difference between experimental class and control class where experimental class score increased to 84.41, while the control class only increased to 74.05. The analysis showed that the mean score of post-test in the experimental class was higher than control class. The result of Independent Sample Test table in this study was 0.000 < 0.05. This value means that the alternative was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. It can conclude that there is significant effect of Simon Says activities in enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of preparing financial and tax reports in accounting services offices. This includes analysis of existing processes, use of technology in preparing reports, and understanding taxes. In this way, it is hoped that areas where improvements are needed to improve service quality and compliance with applicable regulations can be identified. This data was collected through literature reviews and interviews with accounting practitioners and analysis of related documents. Apart from that, direct observation of the report preparation process was also carried out to gain a more in-depth understanding. The research results show that although many accounting firms have implemented best practices in preparing financial and tax reports, there are still several areas where improvements can be made. This includes increased use of technology to increase efficiency and increased collaboration between accounting teams and clients to ensure better compliance. Students reported improved reading skills, increased vocabulary, better text comprehension, and increased interest in reading. Meanwhile, teachers reported that extensive reading practice increased students' motivation to learn and active participation in language learning. The role of the school in providing adequate resources for extensive reading practice is also very important. This includes a well-stocked library and a variety of reading materials to support different reading activities. Overall, this study shows that extensive reading practice has significant benefits for students and teachers in improving language proficiency and motivation to learn.

Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan validitas data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales berperan strategis dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan melalui komunikasi adaptif, pelayanan responsif, komitmen, serta keterlibatan dalam membantu kebutuhan pelanggan. Loyalitas tercermin pada pembelian ulang, rekomendasi, dan keberlanjutan kerja sama. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas peran sales meliputi kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Increasingly competitive competition in the building materials distribution industry requires companies not only to maintain smooth distribution, but also to build long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the role of sales in increasing customer loyalty and identify factors that influence this role at PT Mitra Maju Mapan Bondowoso Branch. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation using purposive informant selection techniques involving Branch Sales Managers, sales personnel and regular customers. Data analysis is carried out through data condensation, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification, with data validity maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The research results show that sales plays a strategic role in building customer loyalty through adaptive communication, responsive service, commitment, and involvement in helping customer needs. Loyalty is reflected in repeat purchases, recommendations and continued cooperation. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of the sales role include service quality, company image, trust and customer satisfaction. This research implies the importance of strengthening interpersonal sales competence and service consistency as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty on an ongoing basis.

This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods which use secondary data sources. The secondary data used in this study is in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) via the internet. Based on the results of data analysis of the financial statements of PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk Q2 of 2022, in the independent auditor's report, the main audit item disclosed is the allowance for impairment losses on loans. Based on data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the share price per share at the end of the fourth quarter of 2021 and the share price on June 30, 2022, has fluctuated. It was concluded that in the period following the issuance of the Q2 2022 financial statements with the existence of an independent auditor's report disclosing key audit matters facilitated the flow of company-specific information to the market.
