ct Govermental (Satpol PP). The object of research in this study is the role of the Govermental in enforcing regional regulations regarding the prevention of prostitution and immoral acts. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

Among the 570 unique authors, 87 were sole authors, while 99 documents were single-authored, and the average co-authorship was 2.47. Notably, there was no international co-authorship in the dataset. Document types encompassed articles, books, book chapters, conference papers, and more, with peak scientific production observed in 2020. a marriage need to be studied further. The importance of knowing the most important elements in marriage will minimize conflict and even divorce. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques based on literature studies. The study of marriage and all components of marriage is the object of this research. The main research data comes from the book "A Triangular Theory of Love" by Robert J. Sternberg and "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" by John Gottman. Apart from that, supporting data such as books and articles related to marriage and studies of love in married life are also used as supporting references. The research results show the dynamics of changes in the type of love during marriage. There are three components to love including: (1) the intimacy component; (2) passion component; and (3) commitment component. These three components can form different types of love. The love component can increase and decrease and even disappear. However, the component of love that is a factor in a marriage lasting a long time is the component of commitment. This is because even if the passion and intimacy of a husband and wife change, if the marriage commitment is maintained firmly, the marriage will still be able to survive. The commitment component in love is the most important element in marriage which is the reason for the formation and survival of a marriage.

Advances in digital technology have increased the distribution of information related to work and creativity so that the risk of work theft and copyright infringement is very vulnerable to occurring and this can be detrimental to creative industry players. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Indonesian Human Rights so that creative works receive legal protection.

This research is also normative legal research, where the object can be public law, criminal law, civil law, family law, marriage law and so on. This research was conducted at the KUA in Jambi Province. The data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that marriage registration for the people of Jambi Province is very important. Based on the Maqāṣid al-Syarīah perspective, there is maṣlahah in registering marriages, namely to provide protection for the husband, wife and children in the family. If we pay attention to the legality of marriages in Indonesia, the state only recognizes registered marriages, on the basis of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify patterns and themes in understanding the concept of "holy." The results of this research reveal the complexity of the meaning of the word "holy" in the context of 1 Peter 1:15-16. There are various understandings of this concept, including an understanding of holiness as a call to a different life and an understanding of holiness as a reflection of God's holy nature. The conclusions of this research provide deep insight into how the concept of "holy" can be translated and applied in contemporary Christian life. The implications of this research have strong relevance in the development of Christian spirituality and a deeper understanding of the call to be "holy," as stated in Scripture.
