The obstacles that exist at the time of learning are many such as, the lack of learning hours for Islamic religious education in schools, the lack of discipline from students, environmental factors that cause them to be lazy to learn to read the Qur'an at an early age, and family factors that do not encourage their children to learn to read and write the Qur'an. The efforts of teachers are expected to be able to help overcome the problem of difficulty reading the Qur'an and make it their special purpose to overcome the difficulty of reading the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng. The teacher is an educator after the parents so the teacher has an important role in shaping the character. To find out the efforts of teachers to teach qur'an literacy, difficulty learning to read and write the qur'an, factors of difficulty reading and writing the qur'an, obstacles to the difficulty of reading and writing the Qur'an and the efforts of teachers in overcoming the difficulties of learning to read and write the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng, to find out the problems that exist in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods by making observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research, the teacher's efforts in terms of educating and teaching about the literacy of the Qur'an to students when teaching are: The teacher conveys almost the same group of letters as Ta with Tsa, Sin with Syin, Dzal with Za. Then next is the grouping of children who have not been biased to read with those who are already fluent with the aim that those who are already fluent can guide those who are not yet fluent.

A Green Organizational Culture is defined as a shared set of values, beliefs, and practices that prioritize environmental stewardship, sustainability, and ecological responsibility as integral to the school's identity and daily operations. Employing an ethnographic case study approach, this research was conducted at two Islamic secondary schools recognized for their proactive environmental programs. Data were gathered through prolonged observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of school artifacts. Findings reveal that teacher akhlak—manifested as personal environmental mindfulness, consistency between words and actions, and moral motivation rooted in Islamic teachings—is the cornerstone for authentic cultural change. Teachers who embody green values act as transformative agents, legitimizing environmental norms, inspiring student imitation, and embedding sustainability into the hidden curriculum. The study concludes that institutional green policies are insufficient without the cultivation of akhlak-based environmental ethics among educators. It proposes a model of "Akhlak-Based Eco-Pedagogy" for teacher development.

Employing a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design, the research first surveyed a broad sample of institutions to map adoption levels, followed by in-depth case studies of early adopters. Findings indicate significant potential for reducing carbon footprint and operational costs through virtualization of services, e-learning integration, and smart facility management. However, major challenges persist, including high initial investment, digital literacy gaps among educators, concerns over technology's influence on traditional Islamic pedagogy (talaqqi), and inadequate technological infrastructure. The study concludes that a strategic, values-driven approach aligning Greentech adoption with maqashid sharia (particularly hifdz al-mal/resource preservation) is crucial. is study aims to describe the role of the Teaching Assistance program in improving the teaching competence of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Teaching Assistance program significantly supported the improvement of four dimensions of student teaching competence, namely pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competence. Students gain direct experience in the world of education, practice teaching skills, prepare learning tools, and build positive communication and interaction with school residents. In addition, students also develop character and personality as prospective professional educators. Thus, the Teaching Assistance program has proven to be an effective strategy in preparing competent PGSD graduates who are ready to face the real world of education work.

Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test serta observasi partisipasi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa, perubahan sikap ke arah positif, serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya perilaku reproduksi sehat. Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.

The Data was collected from 20 participants. The researchers, analyzed the data using pearson's correlation coefficient JASP to examine the relationship between excessive assignment and mental health condition. Based on the findings, the result showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.900, p <.001) between excessive assignment and mental health condition, indicating that 81.0% of the variance in students' mental health could be attributed to their perceived workload. Educational institutions should take proactive steps to manage student workloads and provide mental health support services, such as counseling, time management training, and flexible deadlines. Promoting a balanced approach to academic assessment that prioritizes both academic excellence and student well-being is crucial for fostering the success and well-being of English language students. This research limited due to the small sample size and focus on a specific student population. Future research with larger and more diverse samples is needed to further explore the complex relationship between academic demands and student mental health. The findings highlight the urgent need for universities and educators to prioritize student mental health alongside academic achievement. Implementing practical strategies to manage workloads and provide mental health support can promote a more holistic and student-centered educational environment.
