The Correlation Of Excessive Assignment Between Student’s Mental Health

Abstract: This research investigated the correlation of excessive assignments on the mental health of fifth-year English language students at State Islamic Religious Institution in Central Kalimantan. The research hypothesized a strong&#8230; trong positive correlation between perceived assignment load and mental health problems. The method of this research used quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The Data was collected from 20 participants. The researchers, analyzed the data using pearson's correlation coefficient JASP to examine the relationship between excessive assignment and mental health condition. Based on the findings, the result showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.900, p <.001) between excessive assignment and mental health condition, indicating that 81.0% of the variance in students' mental health could be attributed to their perceived workload. Educational institutions should take proactive steps to manage student workloads and provide mental health support services, such as counseling, time management training, and flexible deadlines. Promoting a balanced approach to academic assessment that prioritizes both academic excellence and student well-being is crucial for fostering the success and well-being of English language students. This research limited due to the small sample size and focus on a specific student population. Future research with larger and more diverse samples is needed to further explore the complex relationship between academic demands and student mental health. The findings highlight the urgent need for universities and educators to prioritize student mental health alongside academic achievement. Implementing practical strategies to manage workloads and provide mental health support can promote a more holistic and student-centered educational environment.

Menggali Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak: Peran Persepsi Kemudahan dan Sanksi dalam Implementasi Coretax

Abstract: Perkembangan digitalisasi perpajakan di Indonesia mendorong hadirnya sistem administrasi Coretax sebagai upaya pembaharuan layanan perpajakan yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali ketaatan wajib pajak&#8230; k dalam implementasi Coretax dengan menekankan pada peran persepsi kemudahan penggunaan sistem dan pengaruh sanksi perpajakan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada wajib pajak orang pribadi karyawan yang memanfaatkan sistem Coretax dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan. Temuan pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa mayoritas wajib pajak masih menghadapi kendala pada tahap awal penggunaan sistem, khususnya dalam memahami fitur-fitur yang tersedia serta alur pelaporan pajak. Namun, setelah memperoleh pendampingan dan pengalaman penggunaan, wajib pajak mulai merasakan kemudahan dari layanan yang terintegrasi dalam satu platform. Selain itu, sanksi perpajakan dan tuntutan administratif dari lingkungan kerja juga menjadi faktor yang mendorong kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaporan pajak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam implementasi Coretax dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara penerimaan teknologi dan faktor perilaku. The development of tax digitalization in Indonesia has encouraged the implementation of the Coretax administrative system as an effort to modernize and integrate tax services. This study aims to examine taxpayer compliance in the implementation of Coretax by emphasizing the role of perceived ease of use of the system and the influence of tax sanctions. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with individual employee taxpayers who utilized the Coretax system to file their Annual Tax Returns. The findings reveal that the majority of taxpayers still encountered difficulties during the initial stage of system usage, particularly in understanding the available features and the tax reporting procedures. However, after receiving assistance and gaining experience in using the system, taxpayers began to perceive the convenience offered by the integrated services within a single platform. In addition, tax sanctions and administrative demands from the workplace environment were also identified as factors encouraging taxpayer compliance in tax reporting. This study indicates that taxpayer compliance in the implementation of Coretax is influenced by the interaction between technology acceptance and behavioral factors..

Health Belief Model as Students' Perspective Framework Regarding Covid-19 Prevention

Abstract: The Covid-19 epidemic have a significant risk to the public's health. The Covid-19 infection spreads swiftly and affects people of all ages. The implementation of health guidelines among students and how students feel they&#8230; ey can complete the Covid-19 procedure cannot be separated. The goals of this study is to ascertain how students view Covid-19 prevention from the viewpoint of the Health Belief Model. This research used a descriptive survey with a sample size of 170 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis of the components of HBM perceived severity category is quite good (90.0%), perceived barriers is a quite good category (68.2%), perceived benefits is found to be in a quite good category (77.6%), health motivation is in quite a good category (81.2%) and it can be seen that the perception of vulnerability (55.9%) and perception of cues to act (56.5%) was quite good. Positive perceptions include student perceptions of the Health Belief Model's effectiveness in preventing COVID-19, which are rated as being quite good. Therefore, it is envisaged that linked parties would be able to enhance health promotion initiatives for the Covid-19 prevention procedure, both directly and through media like posters put up around campuses

The Relationship Between Health Belief Model on Covid-19 Preventive Behavior in The Elderly

Abstract: Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The elderly are the group most at risk for morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19. West Aceh Regency is one of the areas with confirmed cases of COVID-19.&#8230; -19. This study aims to analyze the behavior of preventing COVID-19 in the elderly group. This type of research is descriptive analytic, with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this study used three analyzes, namely univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The results showed that 69.8% of the elderly with less Perceived Susceptibility but had good COVID-19 prevention. 64.7% of the elderly with good Perceived Severity but have less prevention. 63.6% of respondents have good Perceived Benefits as well as COVID-19 prevention. 69.1% of respondents have less Perceived Barriers but have good COVID-19 prevention and 69.1% have good Cues to action plus good COVID-19 Prevention. The most dominant factors that can be used in COVID-19 prevention are Perceived Severity with an OR value of 2.77 and Perceived Barriers with an OR value of 2.76. The Health Belief Model has a relationship and can cause behavioral changes in preventing the potential for COVID-19 in the elderly.

The Roles of Central Bank Digital Currency over Physical Currency

Abstract: The technology and innovation are the keys used to unlocked impossible imaginations to become possible towards achieving unexpected individual and organizational desired objectives. This study focused on the roles of unprecedented&#8230; recedented phenomenon called central bank digital currency (CBDC) over physical currency. Initially, the total of 146 articles from various research databases ranging from the year 2018 to 2021 were downloaded. However, 35 articles were reviewed from the total articles downloaded and selected as the study sample size by meeting the title, abstract and contents criteria. Furthermore, the results of this study employed systematic literature review (SLR) to explain in details why CBDC should be chosen and how it supersede the traditional physical currency based on individual and organizational perspectives. The study assesses the roles of CBDC based on three parameters such as features, perceived benefits and challenges of both CBDC and Physical Currency. It also revealed that CBDC can replaces the use of physical currency depends only on how people, businesses perceive the features, benefits (better allocation, accessibility, interest bearing, convertibility and cost reduction) and possible challenges (reverse of the benefits) associated with CBDC compare to it counterpart.

Public Preferences In Choosing Fracture Treatment In Laucimba Village, Kabanjahe District

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perceptions and reasons or factors underlying community preferences in choosing fracture treatment in Laucimba Village, Kabanjahe District. The study was conducted in Laucimba Village using&#8230; ng a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that traditional medicine has a more dominant positive perception compared to modern medicine, traditional medicine is considered more affordable in terms of cost, comfort, and a relatively faster healing process. Meanwhile, modern medicine is perceived as a more certain and safe treatment because it is supported by medical examinations and professional health workers, but some people consider this treatment expensive and high risk because it requires surgery. Community preferences are generally influenced by factors such as cost, distance and accessibility, personal experience, and the influence of family and social environment. Community decision-making in choosing fracture treatment is a rational action that is adjusted to conditions, needs, and beliefs
