nd Cognitive Appraisal Theory, the research explores both the direct and indirect effects of APA on employee trust, with Perceived Procedural Fairness (PPF) as a mediating variable. The study uses a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, collecting data from 200 employees in technology-based organizations and analyzing the data with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that APA significantly enhances both procedural fairness and employee trust, with PPF playing a partial mediating role in this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of transparency, procedural legitimacy, and avenues for employee voice in cultivating trust in algorithmic systems. The study’s theoretical contribution lies in its integration of multiple perspectives on trust and fairness within algorithmic HR management. The practical implication calls for the careful design and implementation of APA systems that employees perceive as fair and trustworthy. Future research should investigate these relationships in longitudinal and multi-contextual settings to deepen the understanding of trust dynamics in evolving AI-mediated work environments.

a Sharia-based mobile banking application at Bank Muamalat in West Java. Employing a quantitative survey of 100 active M-Din users, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that PEOU significantly affects PU, and both PEOU and PU significantly influence BI; additionally, PU partially mediates the effect of PEOU on BI. This research contributes to the digital banking literature by reaffirming TAM constructs within an Islamic finance context and offers practical recommendations for optimizing Sharia-compliant mobile banking strategies. Implications for enhancing user interface design and promoting key features to boost adoption are discussed.

menggunakan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) dengan menelusuri artikel yang terindeks Scopus sesuai kriteria inklusi. Dari proses identifikasi dan penyaringan diperoleh 79 artikel yang relevan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa anteseden OCB yang paling dominan adalah Corporate Social Responsibility Activities, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, dan Perceived Organizational Support. Konsekuensi OCB paling banyak mengarah pada peningkatan performance baik individu maupun organisasi. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memetakan perkembangan penelitian OCB, sehingga dapat menjadi acuan akademisi dan praktisi dalam mengembangkan strategi organisasi.

The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai perhitungan validitas di nyatakan valid dan perhitungan reliabilitas dinyatakan Reliabel karena semua konstruk memiliki nilai di atas 0.7. Perhitungan R-Square menunjukkan hasil variabel AU 0,488 sehingga disimpulkan lemah dan pada variabel BI bernilai 0,538 sehingga dinyatakan moderat. Perhitungan F-Square menunjukkan hasil 0,952 sehingga BI berpengaruh sangat besar terhadap AU. Hasil perhitungan PEU terhadap BI bernilai 0,068 sehingga PEU memiliki pengaruh yang kecil terhadap BI. Perhitungan PU terhadap BI sebesar 0,340 menunjukkan bahwa PU berpengaruh besar terhadap BI. Hasil nilai pada Q-Square sebesar 0,285 menunjukkan bahwa AU memiliki validitas rediktif yang baik dan hasil yang di temukan pada perhitungan Paired Sample T-test. hasil output bootstrapping menggunakan SmartPLS 3, hasil tersebut menunjukkan hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima atau ditolak.

Analisis pengolahan data yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 1,729 > 1,661 dan sig 0,017 < 0,05, berarti H1 diterima. Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 5,274 > 1,661 dan sig. 0,000 < 0,05 berarti H2 diterima; Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 2,516 > 1,661 dan sig. 0,014 < 0,05 berarti H3 diterima. Hasil uji F diperoleh fhitung > ftabel 32,039 > 2,467 dengan nilai sig 0,00 yang berarti nilai sig. < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, berarti H4 diterima. Learn." A hermeneutic-phenomenological study was conducted with five students in grades 4-5. Data were generated through in-depth conversations and participant observations during a four-week classroom mindfulness program and analyzed through phenomenological reduction and thematic synthesis. The research findings indicate that the unchanging essence, namely "a shift from an anxious mind to a calm mind that opens up space for learning," is expressed through four interrelated themes: perceived emotional calm, sustained attention, easier recall, and positive appreciation of quiet moments. The study concludes that mindfulness is not simply a technique, but a pedagogical way of life that begins with learning; integrating brief, mindful pauses can foster reflective, calm, and independent learners aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile.
