ecognition for the efforts they have put into the work they perform. This study focuses on the regulation of rewards for inmates working in correctional facilities, as well as an evaluation of the fairness aspect in their distribution. The study adopts a normative legal analysis approach, utilizing primary legal sources such as laws and government regulations, as well as additional references discussing inmates’ rights in correctional institutions, particularly those related to the payment system for the work they perform. The study finds that the regulations governing inmates’ rights, including those related to wage distribution, are outlined in Article 14 of Law No. 12 of 1995, Government Regulation No. 32 of 1999, and the Minister of Justice Decree No. M.01-PP.02.01 of 1990. From the researcher’s perspective, the distribution of rewards aligns with the principle of fairness because, in addition to receiving rewards, inmates also receive valuable skill training for their future after leaving the correctional institution.

This study analyzes the implementation of the LAPOR TB platform from a juridical perspective, using normative research methods that involve legislative and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that this platform has great potential to improve access to health services for TB survivors, but still faces various legal challenges, including personal data protection, limited access to technology, ineffective complaint mechanisms, and weak law enforcement. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen legal policies, improve technological infrastructure, and eliminate social stigma to ensure that this platform can run effectively. With these steps, LAPOR TB is expected to be able to support TB elimination efforts and fulfill the right to health for all Indonesian people.

t’ah, child custody, and property division, are analyzed in terms of their suitability with the main objectives of Islamic law, namely protection of religion, soul, descendants, mind, and property (Maqashid Syari’ah). This research uses qualitative methods with the normative legal approach. to examine court decisions and how the laws applied reflect the principles of Maqashid Syari’ah. The results of the study indicate that divorce decisions at the Religious Court have considered women’s rights proportionally, although there is still room for further adjustment to be more in line with the essence of Maqashid Syari’ah, especially in terms of economic protection and gender justice. This study recommends the need to strengthen the integration between positive law and sharia principles to better guarantee women’s welfare after divorce.

This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan perbandingan hukum (comparative approach). Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan atas Al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab-kitab fikih muamalah, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta jurnal hukum mutakhir, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep ijarah bi al-’amal menempatkan upah sebagai hak yang harus dipenuhi secara adil, proporsional, dan tepat waktu, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur’an Surah At-Talaq ayat 6, Surah Al-Qashash ayat 26-27, dan hadis riwayat Ibnu Majah. Prinsip tersebut memiliki keselarasan nilai dengan semangat Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan, meskipun keduanya berbeda pada aspek sumber otoritas, mekanisme penetapan upah minimum, dan bentuk sanksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar nilai-nilai ijarah bi al-’amal, khususnya prinsip maqashid syariah, diintegrasikan sebagai basis etik dalam pembaruan kebijakan pengupahan nasional, terutama untuk melindungi pekerja pada sektor informal dan ekonomi gig yang belum sepenuhnya terjangkau oleh regulasi ketenagakerjaan formal.
Wages are a fundamental right of workers that must be protected, both from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This study aims to examine the concept of ijarah bi al-’amal in Islamic law as a philosophical foundation for wage protection, and to compare it with wage regulations under Indonesia’s Manpower Law. The results show that ijarah bi al-’amal positions wages as a right that must be fulfilled fairly, proportionally, and in a timely manner, as affirmed in the Quran Surah At-Talaq verse 6, Surah Al-Qashash verses 26-27, and the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, examining legal materials from the Quran, hadith, classical fiqh literature, statutory regulations, and recent legal journals. The findings reveal that the principles of ijarah bi al-’amal align with the spirit of Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 on Wages, although they differ in terms of the source of authority, minimum wage determination mechanisms, and forms of sanctions. This study recommends integrating the values of ijarah bi al-’amal, particularly maqashid syariah principles, as an ethical basis for reforming national wage policy, especially to protect informal and gig-economy workers not yet fully covered by formal labor regulations.

This method was used to group sales data from February 2024 to January 2025 into three categories: best-selling, least-selling, and non-selling products. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, through sales data collection and direct interviews with store owners. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and designed with tools such as UML, DFD, and ERD. The results of this clustering system are expected to provide strategic information useful for Alya Collection in planning stock, promotions, and product development, thereby increasing sales effectively and efficiently.

Abstrak: Dalam era digital yang kompetitif, pemilik usaha seperti Alya Collection menghadapi tantangan dalam menentukan produk fashion yang tepat untuk ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Ketergantungan pada intuisi tanpa dukungan data seringkali mengakibatkan keputusan yang kurang akurat dan berisiko merugikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan penjualan dengan menerapkan metode data mining menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data penjualan dari Februari 2024 hingga Januari 2025 ke dalam tiga kategori: produk terlaris, kurang laris, dan tidak laris. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data penjualan serta wawancara langsung dengan pemilik toko. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta dirancang dengan alat bantu seperti UML, DFD, dan ERD. Hasil dari sistem klasterisasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi strategis yang berguna bagi Alya Collection dalam merencanakan stok, promosi, serta pengembangan produk, sehingga mampu meningkatkan penjualan secara efektif dan efisien.

Therefore, this study aims to design an expert system application using Certainty Factor which is intended to provide convenience for students in choosing the right extracurricular according to the interests and talents that exist in the student. This application is designed using the PHP programming language model and the system database uses MySQL. Methods The research uses descriptive qualitative methods and tends to use analysis. The final results obtained in the existing data sample show that student interest in Mading Extracurricular has a percentage of 86.9% and Paskibraka Extracurricular has a percentage of 80.8%, so that the data will be used as a student's choice in determining extracurricular activities at school.

Abstrak: SMKN 1 Setia janji ini merrupakan slah satu SMKN yang ada di Urung Pane, Kec. Setia Janji, Kab. Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Penetapan lokasi penelitian di SMKN 1 Setia janji ini dikarenakan masih minimnya fasilitas untuk mendukung para siswa dalam menentukan minat dan bakat yang ada pada diri siswa itu sendri terutama dalam fasilitas pendukung ekstrakulikuler sehingga membuat kurangnya siswa dalam menemukan minat dan bakat didalam diri siswa. Maka dari itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi Sistem Pakar dengan menggunakan Certainty Factor yang ditujukan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dalam memilih ekstrakurikuler yang tepat sesuai minat dan bakat yang ada pada diri siswa tersebut. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan Model bahasa pemograman PHP dan database sistem menggunakan MySQL. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Hasil akhir yang di dapat dalam sample data yang ada menunjukan bahwa minat siswa tentang Ekstrakurikuler Mading memiliki persentasi sebesar 86.9 % dan Ekstrakulikuler Paskibraka memiliki persentasi sebesar 80.8 %, sehingga data tersebut akan bisa di gunakan sebagai pilihan siswa dalam menentukan Ekstrakurikuler di sekolah.

RAPP) is a company engaged in the supply of pulp raw materials on an international scale and marketing at a global level but currently still uses the manual method to determine employee performance where the assessment is carried out indirectly, namely through the supervisor concerned. with each of his subordinates so that there is the possibility of inaccurate results due to doubts in providing non-objective judgments. From the results of the assessment to get the best employees, it becomes less targeted, a decision support system is needed with several methods, including the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in order to get more precise results so that the assessment can be right on target and not detrimental to the employees being assessed.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi semakin berkembang dalam segala aspek kehidupan yang pada penerapannya dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sering menemui masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Masalah yang muncul dapat berskala besar atau kecil yang sangat berpengaruh dalam hasil keputusan. Sekarang ini manusia mulai mengembangkan sistem yang dapat membantu menentukan alternatif terbaik dalam suatu permasalahan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (PT. RAPP) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri penyediaan bahan baku pulp berskala internasional dan pemasaran di tingkat global namun saat ini masih menggunakan dengan metode manual untuk menentukan kinerja karyawan dimana penilaian dilakukan secara tidak langsung yakni melalui atasan yang bersangkutan dengan masing-masing bawahannya sehingga adanya kemungkinan hasil yang tidak akurat akibat keraguan dalam memberikan penilaian yang tidak objektif. Dari hasil penilaian tersebut untuk mendapatkan karyawan terbaik pun menjadi kurang tepat sasaran maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan beberapa metode, diantaranya metode Simple Multi – Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) supaya mendapatkan hasil yang lebih tepat sehingga penilaian dapat tepat sasaran dan tidak merugikan terhadap karyawan yang dinilai.
