an adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis-empiris melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelanggaran yang paling sering terjadi meliputi keterlambatan, ketidakhadiran tanpa keterangan, ketidakpatuhan terhadap SOP dan penggunaan APD, serta pelanggaran ringan lain yang bersifat berulang. Penyebabnya antara lain jarak tempat tinggal, kurangnya pemahaman aturan, rendahnya kesadaran disiplin, dan pengawasan yang belum merata. Perusahaan menerapkan sanksi secara bertahap, mulai teguran lisan, Surat Peringatan I, II, III, hingga Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja sebagai langkah terakhir, yang selalu didahului pencatatan, klarifikasi, dan kesempatan membela diri. Penerapan sanksi tersebut telah sesuai dengan Pasal 108, Pasal 111, Pasal 151 ayat (1), dan Pasal 161 UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2003, sehingga tidak ditemukan pemotongan upah tanpa dasar maupun sanksi sewenang-wenang. Dengan demikian, sistem sanksi disiplin di PT. Pouchen Indonesia telah mencerminkan asas kepastian hukum, keadilan, dan perlindungan hak pekerja.
This study analyzes the application of work discipline sanctions for employee violations at PT. Pouchen Indonesia and their conformity with Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. It employs empirical legal research with a juridical-empirical approach through observation, interviews, and library research. The findings show that the most frequent violations include tardiness, unexcused absence, non-compliance with SOP and PPE use, and other minor repeated violations. The causes include distance from residence, lack of understanding of regulations, low disciplinary awareness, and uneven supervision. The company applies sanctions progressively, from verbal warning, Warning Letters I, II, III, to Termination of Employment as the final step, always preceded by recording, clarification, and the right of defense. The application conforms to Articles 108, 111, 151 paragraph (1), and 161 of Law No. 13 of 2003, with no unlawful wage deductions or arbitrary sanctions found. Thus, the disciplinary sanction system at PT. Pouchen Indonesia reflects the principles of legal certainty, justice, and protection of workers' rights.

This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative-empirical case study approach. Primary data were collected directly from the field through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, while secondary data were obtaied through participatory observastion and-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, national regulitions. The result of the study indicate thet transaction practices at Garage Scooter Kangkeng are carried out through a direct sale and purchase scheme (bal’ musawamah) and an indent system for ordering modification restorations. Business actors have implemened basic islamic business ethics values such as honesty (shiddiq0, trustworthiness, transparancy, and reponsibility for product qualit. that all processes, policies, and operational activities of takaful companies are implemented in accordance with sharia regulations, while supporting the principles of transparency, accountability, fairness, and protection of participants' rights. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by adopting the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines. The databases used are Scopus and Google Scholar with the keywords "Shariah Governance", "Islamic Governance", "Takaful Industry", "Takaful Governance", and "Shariah Governance in Takaful". Through the process of identification, screening, and feasibility assessment, 7 articles that meet the inclusion criteria were obtained for thematic analysis. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of sharia governance in the takaful industry is determined by five main elements: the role and competence of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), the sharia compliance and audit system, the corporate governance mechanism, the transparency of information disclosure based on AAOIFI standards, and the support of the regulatory framework. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of the concept of sharia governance in the Islamic insurance industry as well as practical recommendations for regulators, takaful operators, and Sharia Supervisory Boards.

Therefore, a production optimization strategy is needed to improve product capacity, efficiency, and quality. This study aims to analyze the production optimization strategy implemented by UD. Sona, formulate a capacity building strategy, as well as identify obstacles and solutions that can be done. The results of the research are expected to be practically useful for business actors in production management, as well as make a theoretical contribution to the development of production management science in MSMEs. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with owners, employees, and customers, supplemented by observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through reduction, presentation, and inductive conclusions, so as to be able to describe the real conditions of the business and develop the right optimization strategy. The results of the study show that UD. Sona has made efforts such as setting up production flows and scheduling planning. However, limited machinery, unstable supply of raw materials, and marketing that has not been maximized are still obstacles. The paper examines 15 large-scale implementations, including Kenyan coffee cooperatives and Indian dairy collectives, using a rigorous mixed-methods methodology. Technical scalability in resource-limited situations, governance structures that promote meaningful multi-stakeholder engagement, and quantifiable inclusion results for small-scale farmers are thoroughly examined. Comparative case study, agent-based adoption modeling, and quasi-experimental effect evaluation by Propensity Score matching reveal that blockchain's potential is not automatic nor inherent in eight nations. Techno-institutional synergy, not technological complexity, improves democracy, the research shows. Hybrid governance systems with farmer-controlled validator nodes and tokenized decision-making rights enhanced smallholder involvement by 58% and premium retention by 78% over corporate-controlled systems. However, technologically sophisticated deployments without institutional expertise frequently increase power concentration and exclusion. The blockchain viability index helps identify optimal deployment conditions for different commodities, empirical evidence challenges the idea that decentralization automatically promotes inclusion, and the inclusion-by-design framework helps policymakers embed equitable principles into decentralized agri-tech from the start. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, internal company reports, literature reviews, and industry publications. The analysis was conducted through an external approach using PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces, as well as internal analysis through VRIO and Value Chain Analysis. The results of the analysis are summarized in a SWOT Analysis and continued with the formulation of a business strategy using Porter's Generic Strategies and TOWS Matrix. The proposed strategy is Cost Leadership with a focus on operational efficiency, investment in cold chain technology, and employee training to increase productivity.
