The Influence of Cash Conversion Cycle, Company Size, and Leverage on Company Profitability

Abstract: This study discusses the optimization of a company's financial performance through working capital management and capital structure policies. To increase profitability (ROA), companies require efficient cash conversion cycle… ycle management and optimal funding supported by internal company characteristics. The research problem proposed is to determine how to achieve increased profitability in an automotive distributor company through the efficiency factors of Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), Firm Size (Firm Size), Leverage (DER), and historical profitability factors (ROA_Lag). The sample of this study is the financial statements of PT New Ratna Motor (Nasmoco Group) in Semarang City for the 2021-2024 period, which were transformed into quarterly data (N=16). The results of data analysis indicate that this research model has a good level of feasibility (goodness of fit) with the ability to explain variations in profitability (Adjusted R Square) of 78.1% and successfully overcome autocorrelation interference. Simultaneously, there is a strong relationship between the independent variables and the company's profit movements. Partially, the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) variable is proven to have a negative and significant effect on profitability, while the Firm Size and Leverage variables have not shown a significant effect at the 95% confidence level.  

Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Based on Creative Industry in Ulunoyo District, South Nias Regency

Abstract: This study examines the development of creative industry-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ulunoyo District, South Nias Regency, with a focus on four main sectors: culinary, crafts, fashion, and music.… . The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of creative MSMEs in Ulunoyo, identify the obstacles faced, and analyze the development strategies implemented by business actors to increase competitiveness. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, field observations, and documentation of 21 MSME actors in five villages. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, presentation, and verification of findings. The results show that the development of creative MSMEs in Ulunoyo is supported by the potential of community creativity, strategic location, and the existence of traditional markets as distribution centers. Development strategies include improving product quality, business diversification, design innovation, and the use of digital technology for promotion and marketing. However, a number of major obstacles are still encountered, including limited business capital, rising raw material prices, low managerial skills, lack of product innovation, limited market access, and high levels of competition. To overcome these obstacles, business actors carry out creative promotions, expand their collaboration networks, and utilize social media to reach a wider consumer base.

School Management Digitalization Strategy To Improve Education Quality at State Vocational School 2 Gunungsitoli

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the digitalization strategy of school management in improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli. This research is motivated by the importance of digital transformation in the… e world of education, particularly in efficient, adaptive, and technology-based school management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal, vice principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The results of the study indicate that the digitalization strategy has begun to be implemented through the use of technology in the learning process, the development of teachers' digital skills, and the integration of technology-based educational platforms. However, in its implementation, the school faces various obstacles, such as limited school internet (Wi-Fi) quota and low digital competence of some teachers. To overcome these obstacles, the school conducts internal training, utilizes offline learning media, and improves digital infrastructure. The conclusion of this study shows that the digitalization of school management contributes significantly to improving the quality of education, especially in terms of learning effectiveness, administrative efficiency, and strengthening teacher and student competence in the digital era

Strategy for Human Capital Development in The Entrepreneurial Environment in The Digital Era

Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and document analysis. The findings indicate that entrepreneurs who adopt digital-based human capital development strategies experience improvements in workforce skills, innovation, and business productivity. However, challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change, and digital literacy gaps remain significant barriers, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study highlights the role of leadership and digital platforms as solutions to overcome these obstacles. The findings provide valuable insights for business practitioners and policymakers in designing more effective and sustainable human capital development strategies in the digital age.

Proposed Business Strategy to Overcome Operational Challenges in Frozen Food Company: Case Study on CV XYZ

Abstract: This study aims to formulate the right business strategy for CV XYZ, an MSME in the frozen food industry, in facing operational challenges such as high employee turnover, dependence on out-of-town suppliers, and logistics… s inefficiencies due to limited cold chain technology. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, internal company reports, literature reviews, and industry publications. The analysis was conducted through an external approach using PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces, as well as internal analysis through VRIO and Value Chain Analysis. The results of the analysis are summarized in a SWOT Analysis and continued with the formulation of a business strategy using Porter's Generic Strategies and TOWS Matrix. The proposed strategy is Cost Leadership with a focus on operational efficiency, investment in cold chain technology, and employee training to increase productivity. This strategy is expected to help CV XYZ increase competitiveness, expand the market, and support sustainable business growth in the frozen food industry.

Education In Poverty Reduction: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract: Human resource development through education is frequently linked to the worldwide problem of poverty reduction. Education is essential in building human resources to improve skills and knowledge to get good job opportunities.… ities. This article analyses the existing literature on how education can reduce poverty. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement was used as the review methodology, and a systematic review of the Google Scholar database was carried out using Publish or Perish, which identified 99 relevant studies. In this review, education is usually evaluated from two aspects: the quality and the education level. The results of this review confirm the general conclusion that education is an essential tool for poverty reduction. Through education, people acquire knowledge and skills that can be used to get better jobs and ultimately reduce poverty. Some of the recommendations are more development research to improve the quality of education, and education policies must focus on long-term investments to overcome poverty.

By increasing the effectiveness of the company to achieve its goals, the company requires a management audit. This is in accordance with the results of a review which concluded that management audit plays an important role in human resources.

PT. Gudang Garam Profitability Analysis on The Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract: This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk in terms of profitability ratio analysis for 2019-2022. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique… in this study uses documentation techniques in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2018-2022. The profitability ratios used in this study include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the last four years has tended to be unfavorable, because the average value of the profitability ratio is below the expected standard of measurement. To overcome the problem of declining financial performance, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk must identify and control production and distribution costs more efficiently, develop appropriate pricing and sales strategies, manage accounts receivable properly, and be prudent in using loans with favorable interest rates to increase the company's net profit.

Abstract: This study investigates the difficulties faced by fourth-grade students at SDN 060878 Krakatau Medan Timur in understanding English classroom instructions. The research identifies four main obstacles: limited vocabulary… mastery, low confidence and motivation, less varied teaching strategies, and minimal English exposure outside school. The study also highlights effective teacher efforts such as repeating instructions, providing bilingual explanations, using demonstrations, and implementing interactive activities. These findings are expected to guide teachers in creating more adaptive and supportive instructional practices in elementary English learning.

This community service activity aims… to improve the understanding and skills of cooperative administrators in financial administration through a hybrid Pelatihan (online and offline). This program aligns with the government's "Red and White Cooperative" initiative, which promotes digitalization and professional cooperative governance. The Pelatihan was conducted using a participatory approach involving lecturers, students, and cooperative actors. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of transaction recording, the preparation of simple financial reports, and the importance of transparency in cooperative fund management. Technical challenges in the hybrid implementation can be overcome with active mentoring and the use of appropriate digital platforms. This activity demonstrates that the hybrid approach can reach a wider audience and is effective in transferring knowledge
