Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. Intellectual capital is measured using…
using the Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) model, which consists of Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA), while financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual reports and financial statements of 40 banking companies, resulting in 120 observations. Panel data regression analysis is used, with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) selected based on the results of the Chow test and Hausman test. The results indicate that VACA has no significant effect on ROA, whereas VAHU and STVA have a positive and significant effect on ROA. In addition, VACA, VAHU, and STVA simultaneously affect financial performance. These findings suggest that human capital and structural capital efficiency are more closely associated with financial performance than capital employed efficiency. The study provides empirical evidence regarding the role of intellectual capital in supporting the financial performance of banking companies
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of work skills, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance with a reward scheme as a moderation variable in BU17 employees of PT. Tjiwi Chemical Paper Factory, Tbk.…
bk. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The research population amounted to 379 employees with a sample of 192 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire based on the Likert scale and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that work skills, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, reward schemes have been shown to be able to moderate the relationship between job skills, work discipline, and work motivation to employee performance significantly. These findings suggest that rewards not only serve as a form of organizational reward, but also as a work behavior reinforcer that is able to increase the effectiveness of individual contributions to performance achievement. This research provides theoretical implications in the development of the human resource management literature based on reinforcement theory and human capital theory, as well as practical implications for companies in designing a fair, transparent, and performance-based reward system to increase organizational productivity and effectiveness.

mer loyalty through customer satisfaction at See You Cafe in Pinrang City. The study employed a quantitative associative-causal design involving 160 customers selected through purposive sampling, with criteria including customers aged at least 17 years and having visited See You Cafe at least twice. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured on a four-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Store atmosphere also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that physical and sensory elements of the cafe contribute to customers’ positive evaluations. However, store atmosphere does not significantly affect customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also does not significantly affect loyalty and does not mediate the relationship between service quality and loyalty or between store atmosphere and loyalty. These findings suggest that customer loyalty at See You Cafe is shaped more directly by service quality than by satisfaction or store atmosphere. The study implies that cafe management should prioritize improving service reliability, particularly order-serving timeliness, while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. In addition, loyalty-building strategies should go beyond customer satisfaction by strengthening service consistency, personalization, and long-term customer engagement

tajo Raya protected forest. Furthermore, the village has an underutilized female labor potential, organized within the Family Welfare Movement (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga / PKK) as the foundational collective for rural women in Muaro Sentajo. This initiative aims to provide knowledge on native orchid species, cultivation techniques, integrated systems with stingless bees (kelulut), and digital marketing. The program implemented a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of asset mapping, practical cultivation workshops, e-commerce platform development, and four months of intensive mentoring. This empowerment program successfully established an active orchid breeding group managing more than 15 native orchid species. Additionally, 83.66% of the participants demonstrated proficiency in operating digital marketing channels (Instagram and Shopee), resulting in the first independent commercial sales of local orchid products. The integration of local ecological assets with modern digital marketing proved effective in enhancing the economic independence of rural women and promoting sustainable community development.

for the 2020–2025 period. The study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of panel data which is analyzed using panel data regression through Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, and Random Effect Model. The selection of the best model was carried out using the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test, while hypothesis testing was carried out through t-test, F test, determination coefficient, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that the Fixed Effect Model is the best model. Regional Economic Innovation, Green Economy, and Digital Governance have a positive and significant effect on Regional Economic Resilience. In addition, Digital Governance has been proven to strengthen the influence of Regional Economic Innovation and Green Economy on Regional Economic Resilience. The Adjusted R² value of 81.8% indicates that the model has an excellent ability to explain variations in regional economic resilience. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening regional innovation, implementing a green economy, and accelerating the transformation of digital government as a sustainable, adaptive, inclusive, and competitive regional economic development strategy in North Sumatra Province.

nment. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 360 ASN consisting of Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, while data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4. The results showed that Career Development, Culture Value, and Emotional Intelligence had a positive and significant effect on Self-Efficacy. In addition, these three variables also have a positive and significant effect on Personal Branding. Self-Efficacy was proven to have a positive and significant effect on Personal Branding and was able to significantly mediate the influence of Career Development, Culture Value, and Emotional Intelligence on Personal Branding. The coefficient of determination value shows that the model is able to explain 70.1% of the variation in Self-Efficacy and 76.8% of the variation in Personal Branding. The findings of this study indicate that strengthening the career development system, internalizing organizational cultural values, and increasing emotional intelligence can increase the self-confidence of ASN which ultimately strengthens Personal Branding in carrying out tasks and public services. This study provides an empirical contribution to the development of public sector human resource management, particularly in efforts to improve the professionalism and image of the apparatus through strengthening internal organizational factors.

us challenges that arise from their illness. This article aims to describe the implementation of Islamic Guidance and Counseling services to strengthen the mental and spiritual health of patients at Padangsidimpuan Indonesian National Armed Forces Hospital. Services provided include spiritual guidance, religious motivation, prayer guidance, individual counseling, and emotional support for patients and their families. Through an Islamic approach, counselors strive to help patients increase their patience, sincerity, optimism, and inner peace in facing their illness and treatment. The results of the service implementation indicate that Islamic Guidance and Counseling contribute positively to patients' psychological and spiritual well-being. Patients who receive support tend to have a better zest for life, lower anxiety levels, and a stronger ability to accept and cope with their health conditions. Furthermore, spiritual guidance activities also help patients maintain their religious practices during treatment, providing a sense of comfort and increasing hope for recovery. The presence of Islamic Guidance and Counseling services in hospitals not only complements existing healthcare services but also plays a crucial role in achieving holistic and humane care. Therefore, strengthening these services requires continued development to optimally support patients' mental and spiritual well-being and improve the overall quality of healthcare.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) by considering Firm Size, Liquidity, Leverage, and Tangibility in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The…
he study adopts a quantitative explanatory research design using secondary data obtained from audited annual financial statements of companies that conducted IPOs during the observation period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, while panel data were analyzed using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) to examine the relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that IPO has a positive but insignificant effect on ROA, suggesting that additional capital raised through public offerings does not immediately improve corporate profitability. Firm Size and Leverage exhibit significant negative effects on ROA, indicating that larger firms may experience operational inefficiencies, while excessive debt increases financial burdens and reduces profitability. Conversely, Liquidity and Tangibility show positive but insignificant effects on ROA. Simultaneously, IPO, Firm Size, Liquidity, Leverage, and Tangibility significantly influence ROA, with the model explaining 59.11% of the variation in profitability. These findings imply that post-IPO financial performance depends not only on capital acquisition but also on effective asset utilization, prudent debt management, and efficient operational strategies. The study contributes to the literature on post-IPO corporate performance and provides practical insights for managers and investors in evaluating financial performance after public offerings
