contemporary, still-evolving age exist, such as an increase in dishonesty or fraud. Intentional deception has the dual goals of deceiving others and enhancing one's personal benefit. Financial statements that are false, especially those that mention cash flow, are one of the most typical forms of fraud. The information reviewed in this article suggests that PT Waskita Karya Tbk may be using the company's cash flow to conduct fraud or perpetrate it again. Using the company's cash flow ratio and keywords from the available references, this research approach combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. According to reports, the company transferred monies intended for financing activities to operational funds in the first cash flow scam. Reviewing the study's findings revealed that the company had stolen money. The fourth Cash Flow Shenanigan is an increase in operational cash flow caused by unsustainable operations. Finding out if PT Waskita Karya Tbk has ever engaged in fraud is vital since fraud may hurt all parties, especially investors.

Penelitian ini memakai metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangaan dan konseptual. Bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penyalahgunaan data pribadi melalui WhatsApp umumnya dilakukan melalui phishing, pencurian identitas, pengambilalihan kaun, dan pemanfaatan informasi pribadi secara melaawan hukum. Perlindungan hukum sudah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Undaqng-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, serta Kitab Undaqng-Undang Hukum Pidana. Berdqasarkan teori pertanggungjawaban pidana Roeslan Saleh, pelaku bisa dimintai pertanggungjawaban apabila memenuhi unsur tindak pidana, mempunyai kebisaan bertanggung jawab, terdapat kesalahan, serta tidak terdapat alasan ppembenar ataupun pemaaf. Namun, penerapannya masih menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya literasi digital, perkembangan modus kejahatan siber, dan belum optimalnya penegakan hukum. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital dan efektivitas penegakan hukum guna memperkuat pelindungan data pribadi.
Advancements in information and communication technology have increased social media usage but also created risks regarding the misuse of personal data, including via WhatsApp. This study aims to analyze fraud involving the misuse of personal data on WhatsApp within the Indonesian legal system and the criminal liability of perpetrators under prevailing legislation. The research employs a normative legal method utilizing statutory and conceptual approaches, with qualitative analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The findings indicate that the misuse of personal data via WhatsApp typically occurs through phishing, identity theft, account takeovers, and the unlawful use of personal information. Legal protections are established under Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, and the Criminal Code. Based on Roeslan Salehs theory of criminal liability, a perpetrator can be held liable if the elements of the criminal offense are met, the individual possesses the capacity for liability, fault is established, and there are no grounds for justification or excuse. However, implementation faces challenges such as low digital literacy, evolving cybercrime methods, and suboptimal law enforcement. Therefore, enhancing digital literacy and the effectiveness of law enforcement is essential to strengthen personal data protection.

yee engagement. This study aims to explore the role of transformational leadership in enhancing employee engagement within contemporary organizational contexts using a qualitative research design. Guided by a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in depth semi structured interviews with employees who had direct supervisory relationships in digitally mediated or hybrid work settings. Thematic analysis revealed four major themes: visionary inspiration and meaningful work, individualized support and psychological safety, intellectual stimulation and professional growth, and trust based relationships and organizational identification. The findings indicate that transformational leadership strengthens employee engagement by cultivating meaningfulness, empowerment, trust, and intrinsic motivation, which collectively enhance employees’ physical, cognitive, and emotional involvement in their work roles. The study extends existing leadership and engagement theories by providing contextualized insights into how transformational leadership is experienced in modern organizational environments. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of developing transformational competencies among leaders to sustain engagement and performance in increasingly complex and interconnected workplaces

e lack of staff understanding in managing social media, especially Instagram, which impacts weak brand awareness and brand identity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a project-based learning method, in which researchers are actively involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the training program. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation during the training process. The training objectives were formulated specifically, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-limited, in accordance with the SMART principles. The results showed a significant increase in staff understanding of content planning, creating visual materials consistent with brand identity, and using Instagram analytics features. The post-test showed an increase in the average score of participants, and the MSMEs' digital activities became more structured. These findings indicate that internal training designed with the SMART approach is effective in building staff digital competencies and supporting brand image strengthening on social media. Overall, this study shows that improving internal digital literacy is a strategic step that can strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in the ever-evolving digital ecosystem

structural issues in the labor market, including skill mismatches and insufficient job creation. Job preferences, including factors such as salary, work-life balance, and career development, are crucial in determining an individual’s ability to secure desirable employment. This research, based on a sample of 280 graduates from various universities, reveals that well-defined and realistic job preferences positively influence SPE. The analysis shows a significant and strong relationship between job preferences and employability, with a high path coefficient (0.986) and a T-statistics value far exceeding the significance threshold. The results highlight the importance of aligning personal career goals with market demands, enhancing individuals’ self-confidence in their employability. Educational institutions also play a key role in shaping job preferences and employability by providing skills that match labor market needs. The study underscores the need for better integration between education and industry to improve graduates’ market readiness. Universities in Bandung should integrate skill training aligned with labor market demands, career guidance, industry trend seminars, and job search strategies to ensure graduates possess relevant preferences and skills for the workforce. This study employed the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the factors influencing graduate employability preferences. As a recommendation, higher education institutions and policymakers should emphasize industry collaboration and adopt policies that enhance graduates’ readiness for the evolving job market.

The study found that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia can adopt a range of innovative and creative strategies to enhance their competitiveness. These may entail developing novel and distinctive menu offerings, implementing efficient production processes, leveraging digital technologies for marketing and customer engagement, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation. By adopting a customer-centric approach and remaining responsive to evolving market trends, these enterprises can distinguish themselves from competitors and maintain a leading position in the industry. A systematic review of the existing literature also reveals that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including financial constraints, lack of human resources, and limited access to information and technology. rab traders. The Islamization process, guided by a tasawwuf approach, unfolded smoothly, making it easy for the people of Aceh to embrace the Islamic faith. This underscores the significant role played by the tasawwuf approach and tariqa in the Islamization process. Consequently, the prevailing Islamic thought embraced by the community is infused with the practices of tasawwuf. Tariqa, etymologically meaning a method of practice to achieve a goal, has witnessed a notable increase in its development within the Islamic community. In Sufi terminology, “tariqa” is a form of spiritual practice and soul training aimed at attaining haqiqa (the essence) and ma'rifa (gnosis). These practices and exercises are guided by a spiritual teacher known as a “mursyid” (guide) because the journey between Sharia and haqiqa, according to Sufi scholars, must traverse seven great mountains. Islam significantly influences the way of life in Aceh society, with its people adhering firmly and with a commitment to religious teachings. In essence, Islam is a way of life for the people of Aceh. Over time, Acehnese society has changed its outlook on life. Some individuals practice specific tariqa to draw closer to the Creator. Tariqas such as Qadiriyya, Shattariyya, and Naqshbandiyya are among those that have developed in Indonesia. Engaging in the practices of these tariqas will influence the behavioral patterns of society. Moreover, the religious understanding among the community will change. In other words, the evolving tariqa brings a distinctive spiritual enthusiasm to the religious life of Acehnese society.
