erefore, a web-based information system is needed to facilitate the submission of aid proposals quickly, easily, and accountably. Other issues include the disorganized documentation of incoming proposals and the slow verification process by relevant parties. Its function is to assist business actors in submitting aid proposals using a web-based information system, facilitating the development of MSMEs in Southwest Sumba Regency and expanding their business networks. The resulting website will be highly interactive, as it facilitates smooth communication between the aid proposal applicant and the MSME, thus building a community within the MSME. The resulting MSME proposal submission application can assist staff, customers, and potential customers in processing MSME proposals more quickly and efficiently
Abstract:The Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) is a strategic institution in the implementation of infrastructure development, spatial planning, and basic public services such as the provision of drinking water, sanitation,…
itation, and other regional infrastructure. One of the implementing technical units under the coordination of the PUPR Agency is the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Drinking Water Supply Systems (UPTD SPAM), which plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of adequate and sustainable clean water services for the community. In carrying out its duties, the UPTD SPAM produces and handles various administrative and technical documents, ranging from project planning, financial reports, cooperation contracts, operational data, to documentation of activity results. To date, the process of managing these documents has been carried out manually using conventional archiving systems, such as physical recording, storage on shelves or filing cabinets, and distribution of documents through print media. This method is not only time-consuming and costly, but also increases the risk of data loss, damage, and duplication. Based on the research that has been conducted, the researcher draws the following conclusions: A web-based archive management information system that is integrated with a database can help avoid typing errors in the data management process. The storage procedures for incoming and outgoing mail are the same, namely checking, indexing, coding, sorting and placing
is integrasi ketahanan gizi berbasis Precision Public Health dalam memperkuat resiliensi sistem kesehatan.
The transformation of the health system requires an approach that focuses not only on curative care, but also on prevention, nutritional resilience, and the precise use of data. This study aims to analyse the integration of nutritional resilience based on Precision Public Health in strengthening the resilience of the health system. Using a sequential explanatory mixed-methods approach, the study combines quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess the relationship between the integration of nutritional data, risk stratification, health governance, and the system’s adaptive capacity. The study’s findings indicate that nutritional resilience must be positioned as a strategic determinant in health system transformation, rather than merely an outcome of food policy. The integration of nutritional data with social, environmental, epidemiological, and spatial data enables more targeted interventions, the development of early warning systems, and an enhancement of the system’s capacity to cope with global crises. These findings expand the frameworks of Precision Public Health and Health System Resilience by positioning nutritional resilience as a link between food systems, data, disease prevention, and health governance. The implications are the need for cross-sectoral data interoperability and health policies that are more predictive, adaptive, equitable, and sustainable.
Abstract:This article examines the role of Jalāl al-Dīn ‘Abd al-Raḥmān al-Suyūṭī (d. 911 AH/1505 CE) in reformulating the rules of Arabic grammar (naḥw) within Egypt's Mamluk-era madrasah tradition. Naḥw historiography has largely…
aphy has largely centred on early figures such as Sībawayh and al-Mubarrad, positioning post-classical scholars like al-Suyūṭī merely as compilers lacking methodological originality. Using library research with a historical-philological approach to al-Suyūṭī's grammatical works, particularly Ham‘ al-Hawāmi‘, al-Iqtirāḥ fī ‘Ilm Uṣūl al-Naḥw, and al-Muzhir, this study finds that al-Suyūṭī undertook three key methodological steps: codifying and systematizing rules across the Baṣrah, Kūfah, and Baghdad schools; strengthening naḥw's epistemological foundation through uṣūl al-naḥw; and popularizing grammatical rules for madrasah pedagogy through concise, graded writing. These steps established al-Suyūṭī's works as standard references in Egypt's naḥw curriculum and beyond. The article concludes that al-Suyūṭī's endeavor was a form of methodological ijtihād bridging classical grammatical tradition with post-classical pedagogical needs, showing that post-classical scholarship reflected consolidation and pedagogical innovation rather than stagnation.
Abstract:Community service initiatives grounded in coastal ecosystems represent a tangible manifestation of the non-military defense paradigm, which is increasingly relevant in addressing multidimensional threats. The activity, conducted…
onducted by the Faculty of Defense Strategy at the Republic of Indonesia Defense University (Unhan RI) in Kampung Bahari Nusantara, Sidodadi Village, Teluk Pandan Subdistrict, Pesawaran Regency, South Lampung, on May 22, 2026, involved the planting of 5,000 mangrove seedlings, environmental education, and the distribution of basic food aid to 300 fishers. This article analyzes these activities within the conceptual frameworks of coastal area resilience, sustainable ecosystem management, and the synergy between defense institutions, academia, and local communities. Employing a descriptive-qualitative approach through participatory observation and literature review, the findings indicate that mangrove rehabilitation not only contributes to mitigating coastal abrasion and climate change impacts but also strengthens the socio-economic resilience of coastal communities and serves as a vehicle for instilling the values of national defense among students. This activity recommends the reinforcement of the Kampung Bahari Nusantara program as a model for inclusive and sustainable coastal empowerment and proposes the integration of the silvofishery concept to enhance the economic value of mangrove conservation.

Abstract:The rapid integration of financial technology (FinTech), artificial intelligence (AI), and social media has transformed global investment behavior, reshaping the psychological dynamics of modern investors. This paper examines…
mines how digital technologies amplify behavioral biases such as overconfidence, herding, and recency bias within contemporary financial markets. Using a descriptive qualitative approach supported by literature synthesis and case studies, it explores the interplay between investor psychology and technological systems. Findings indicate that while FinTech platforms democratize access to financial markets, their gamified features and algorithmic personalization reinforce impulsive and emotionally driven trading. AI-based advisory systems, though designed to enhance decision accuracy, often introduce automation bias and confirmation loops that distort rational judgment. Social media ecosystems further accelerate herding and emotional contagion by promoting conformity through peer validation and viral sentiment. The study highlights ethical and regulatory challenges associated with behavioral exploitation and algorithmic transparency, emphasizing the need for robust investor protection frameworks and behavioral literacy programs. Ultimately, it concludes that technology in finance must balance innovation with responsibility, ensuring that digital tools empower investors without amplifying cognitive biases or undermining market integrity.
