Despite challenges related to the need for ongoing mentoring, this activity has had a tangible positive impact on the development of local hydroponic businesses. the correlation between the intensity of the quarter-life crisis (Variable X) and self-esteem (Variable Y) among active students at the State Christian Institute of Kupang (IAKN Kupang). Employing a sample of 30 participants gathered via probability sampling techniques, data collection was conducted utilizing Likert-scale questionnaires and statistically processed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The empirical analysis demonstrates a significant and highly robust positive correlation between the investigated constructs ($r = 0.769$; $p = 0.000$). This outcome highlights a noteworthy theoretical anomaly, wherein heightened levels of crisis are unexpectedly linked with enhanced self-esteem. This distinct psychological pattern is driven by active internal introspection, a purposeful pursuit of life meaning, and personal identity consolidation amid adversity. Furthermore, the campus culture at IAKN Kupang—characterized by comprehensive spiritual mentoring, robust peer networks, and a nurturing social atmosphere—serves as a constructive emotional buffer. These external dynamics empower students to navigate developmental stress adaptively, demonstrating that rather than diminishing their self-worth, the identity crisis ultimately bolsters their personal resilience.

Field findings reveal that residents engage in various forms of micro-resistance—such as adjusting selling hours, utilizing interstitial moments in urban space, and cultivating social rhythms that diverge from technocratic logics. Within temporalities not governed by state or capital, urban spaces are collectively reproduced from below, positioning spatial production as a bottom-up process rather than a top-down imposition.
The study contributes theoretically by advancing Lefebvre’s rhythmanalysis, Urry’s notion of differential mobility, and Gandy’s political ecology of infrastructure within the context of Global South cities. By foregrounding time as a critical analytical lens, the research expands our understanding of how power operates temporally in urban life, and how residents negotiate this power through their everyday rhythms.

The study highlights how traditional theories such as Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and Image Repair Theory (IRT) must be adapted to meet the demands of real-time, interactive, and ethically sensitive digital spaces. Through comparative analysis of successful and failed crisis responses—including global cases such as United Airlines and local cases such as Tokopedia—the research reveals that timely, transparent, and empathetic communication on social media significantly influences public perception and corporate reputation recovery. The findings emphasize that a well-designed digital crisis strategy must integrate technical responsiveness with human-centric values to restore trust and sustain long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Using qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches, this study collected data through in-depth interviews and descriptive surveys during the period January 2021 to December 2022. Thematic analysis and descriptive statistics reveal the dynamics of power structures and their impact on gender relations in the workplace. The results of the study show that the role of Alpha Women not only brings leadership innovation but also creates tension in established gender relations. this study evaluates the dynamics of interfaith marriage criticism and its impact on religious moderation practices in society. Data was collected from journals and books published between 2018 and 2023 that discussed the theory of religious moderation and the dynamics of interfaith marriage. The results of the analysis show that criticism of interfaith marriage, while potentially hindering tolerance, also triggers negotiations of religious identity and renewal of the value of moderation. These findings reveal a new understanding that criticism, when articulated in a balanced and objective manner, can encourage the enhancement of intercommunal dialogue and the affirmation of the values of religious moderation. The implications of this research are important in the development of inclusive public policy and religious practices, and are expected to serve as a basis for further research and decision-making in the fields of religious moderation and socio-religious studies.

This study aims to analyze and describe teachers' strategies in managing students' digital preferences to strengthen Quranic literacy at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Majalaya - Karawang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that teachers' strategies are implemented through three main approaches: digital media integration in Quranic learning, literacy habits based on school culture, and collaboration with parents in supervising gadget use. Teachers direct the use of Quranic applications and audio-visual media in a controlled manner so that students' digital preferences are shifted to educational activities. The culture of morning literacy and intensive communication with parents strengthens the continuity of strategies at school and at home. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of redefining the role of teachers as adaptive and contextual managers of digital preferences in Islamic education. These findings contribute to the development of Qur'anic pedagogical practices that are responsive to the dynamics of the digital era.

This study aims to theoretically examine the concept of spiritual dynamics and its implications for enhancing the moral intelligence and spirituality of elementary school (SD/MI) students. Spiritual dynamics are understood as the developmental process of the soul influenced by both internal and external factors in a child's life. Using the library research method, this study analyzes various theories from Islamic education, child development psychology, and spirituality in education. The findings reveal that fostering spiritual dynamics through religious value habituation, teacher role modeling, and a supportive educational environment significantly contributes to the formation of students' moral and spiritual intelligence. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating spiritual development programs into the curriculum and daily activities in SD/MI to create a generation with noble character and high spiritual intelligence.

Through a historical approach and analysis of manuscripts, colonial archives, and customary manuscripts, this research explains that the Sultanate of Jambi developed as a Malay-Muslim kingdom that made the principle of Adat Bersendi Syarak, Syarak Bersendi Kitabullah (ABS-SBK) as the basis of political and social legitimacy. The results of the research show that the relationship between customs and Islam in the Sultanate of Jambi is integrative and dynamic, especially in the field of siyasah and jinayat. Islam not only functioned as a religious identity, but also as a source of legitimacy for power and a socio-political instrument in the face of Dutch colonialism. The Sultanate of Jambi also played an important role in defending the Malay-Islamic identity and forming a customary government system that influenced the development of the Jambi society until the contemporary period.

This literature review aims to synthesize current knowledge regarding the effects of karst on water circulation and permeability in carbonate aquifers based on hydrogeological, hydrochemical, geophysical, and numerical modeling studies from various regions worldwide. The review shows that karstification substantially enhances hydraulic conductivity and produces complex flow regimes ranging from diffuse fracture flow to turbulent conduit flow. The epikarst zone plays an important role in regulating infiltration and recharge distribution, while tectonic structures such as faults and fractures strongly control groundwater pathways and aquifer compartmentalization. Karst aquifers also exhibit strong spatial variability in permeability, making groundwater flow and contaminant transport difficult to predict using conventional hydrogeological approaches. In addition, the integration of equivalent porous medium (EPM), discrete fracture network (DFN), and conduit network (CN) models is essential for accurately representing karst aquifer behavior. Understanding the influence of karstification on groundwater circulation is therefore crucial for sustainable groundwater management and aquifer vulnerability assessment, particularly in regions facing increasing water demand and climate change pressures.
