This study examines the normative firewall deficit in safety-data protection within Indonesian pilot education and develops the concept of Double Burden Vulnerability (DBV) for pre-licence cadets. A socio-legal design was employed, weighted toward doctrinal analysis of ICAO Annex 19 Third Edition, Law Number 1 of 2009 on Aviation, Law Number 1 of 2023 on the Penal Code, Minister of Transportation Regulation PM 2 of 2026, and the institutional Safety Management System Manual, supported by semi-structured interviews with 14 informants. Thirteen transcripts were coded in NVivo through two cycles, while one legal-expert interview was used for doctrinal validation. The findings show that Article 359 of the Aviation Law provides a firewall only for investigation records concerning accidents and serious incidents, whereas Article 584(1) of the 2023 Penal Code criminalises ordinary negligence without requiring a victim. Cadets’ uncertain legal status recurs across international, national, and institutional rules and manifests socially as fear of reporting, quiescent silence, seniority-based filtering, and conditional anonymity. Reform requires a higher culpability threshold, operational reporter protection, and explicit recognition of cadets as protected reporting subjects.
Abstract:The assessment of student career readiness requires a systematic approach that considers multiple competencies and experiences relevant to workplace demands. This study develops an intelligent decision support system based…
ed on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to evaluate and map student career readiness. The study uses 20 student samples and five assessment criteria: field-specific competence (C1), internship experience (C2), communication skills (C3), digital literacy (C4), and English language proficiency (C5). Each criterion is assigned a weight based on its relative importance. The TOPSIS method involves decision matrix construction, normalization, weighted normalization, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, distance calculation, and preference value calculation. The results show that Y11 achieved the highest preference value of 0.8296, followed by Y6 (0.7951), Y19 (0.7274), Y5 (0.7116), and Y2 (0.6999), while Y9 obtained the lowest preference value of 0.3112. Based on the classification results, 1 student (5%) was categorized as Highly Ready, 5 students (25%) as Ready, 12 students (60%) as Moderately Ready, and 2 students (10%) as Not Ready. These findings demonstrate that TOPSIS can effectively rank and classify student career readiness based on multiple assessment criteria. The proposed system can support higher education institutions in identifying students’ readiness levels and developing more objective, targeted, and data-driven career development strategies.
Abstract:Course timetable preparation in the Information Technology Study Program at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat is still performed in spreadsheets, typically requires three to five days, and can produce instructor, class, or…
room conflicts. This study develops a web-based scheduling information system that centralizes timetable data, detects collisions automatically, and offers alternatives with support from the Google Gemini API. Development followed the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle, comprising requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The application was built with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. A deterministic rule identifies overlapping allocations involving the same instructor, class, or room on the same day. Gemini is used only to rank and explain feasible candidates; the application revalidates each recommendation, and the Study Program Secretary retains final approval. Black-box testing of ten functions achieved a 100% success rate. Beta testing produced an average score of 89.22% from three experts and 89.79% from two users, with both results classified as Very Good. The findings indicate that the system is highly feasible for integrated course timetable preparation and administration.

The Web-GIS is expected to support the government in managing road infrastructure data and facilitate public access to road condition information effectively and efficiently.
Abstract:The implementation of examinations at SMA Negeri 7 Sarolangun previously encountered operational challenges due to an unintegrated workflow, where exam authoring was conducted via Google Forms and exam delivery relied on…
an Android-based third-party application paired with a custom keyboard. This workflow caused severe device incompatibility, system crashes, and manual score recapitulation delays lasting up to one week. This research aims to design and develop an integrated web-based examination application utilizing the Django framework under the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model to support Midterm (PTS) and Final (PAS) semester exams. The application features master data management, manual question authoring and bulk imports via Excel, token-protected scheduling, asynchronous AJAX auto-saving on computer-based test (CBT) sheets, live proctoring controls, auto-grading, score visibility authorization (Hide Score), and dynamic class-filtered report exports in Excel and PDF formats. System evaluation was conducted through Alpha testing (White Box and Black Box testing) and Beta testing (ISO/IEC 25010:2011 quality evaluation by system experts and End-User Computing Satisfaction/EUCS by end-users). Alpha testing verified that all 29 independent logic paths in White Box testing executed without branching errors and Black Box testing achieved 100% validity across 13 functional modules. Beta testing with 2 system experts yielded an average score of 98.25% (Very Good), and end-user testing involving 27 respondents achieved an average satisfaction score of 84.75% (Very Good). Thus, the developed system is highly feasible, reliable, and effective for school examination operations.
Abstract:Advances in information technology have driven digital transformation across many sectors, including education. One administrative service that is still largely handled conventionally is the announcement of student graduation…
ation results and the distribution of Graduation Certificates (Surat Keterangan Lulus/SKL), which makes the delivery of information relatively inefficient. This study aims to build a web-based Student Graduation Information System for vocational high schools (SMK) that simplifies graduation-data management for school administrators and gives students online access to their graduation information. The system was built using the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, and was implemented with the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, a MySQL database, and a Bootstrap interface. It serves two types of users: administrators, who manage graduation data, and students, who can check their graduation status without logging in by entering their National Student Identification Number (NISN). Students who pass can download their SKL directly in PDF format. The system was evaluated through Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Testing showed that every system function operated as intended, while the usability evaluation returned an average SUS score of 84.5, placing it in the Excellent (Grade A) category. Overall, the system improves the efficiency of school administration, speeds up the delivery of graduation information, and supports the broader digitalization of educational services.

This study aims to analyze the market development strategy implemented to overcome the stagnation of tourist visits (under 50,000 visitors per year) caused by market saturation at the religious tourism object of the Jesus Statue Buntu Burake in Tana Toraja. The religious tourism industry in Indonesia has great potential, yet many destinations face challenges in maintaining and increasing visitor numbers due to increasingly intense competition and changing consumer behavior. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Research informants consisted of tourism site managers (Tourism Office) and tourists selected purposively. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the current market development strategy is still in a transitional phase and has not operated optimally. Destination promotion is still heavily dominated by organic content (digital word-of-mouth) voluntarily uploaded by visitors on visual social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, while official paid advertisements and strategic partnerships with large-scale travel agencies remain highly limited. Furthermore, the study identifies a gap between the core attraction, which is rated highly satisfying, and the quality of supporting service infrastructure that still requires standardization, including road accessibility, toilet cleanliness, availability of trash bins, and the lack of Muslim-friendly facilities, particularly the certainty of halal culinary options. This study concludes that the market development strategy requires shifting from a passive promotion approach to a structured paid digital marketing campaign, expanding geographical and demographic market segments, and upgrading operational facilities to create sustainable visitor satisfaction.

Abstract:Romantic relationships are one form of interpersonal relationship that can influence the emotional and psychological conditions of university students. Romantic relationships can provide emotional support, comfort, attention,…
tion, a place to share problems, and motivation. However, problems within romantic relationships, such as lack of communication, dishonesty, betrayal, and lack of family approval, can also become sources of emotional and psychological pressure. This study aims to describe the dynamics of romantic relationships and their impact on the mental health of UIN Palopo students. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of four UIN Palopo students selected using purposive sampling. The informants consisted of one male student and three female students from the Islamic Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Religious Education, and Islamic Education Management study programs, all of whom were eighth-semester students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the dynamics of romantic relationships experienced by students developed through several stages, namely introduction, emotional closeness, commitment, conflict, and the end of the relationship. Communication, attention, trust, openness, and emotional attachment were important elements in the development and maintenance of relationships. Romantic relationships had positive impacts in the form of emotional support, comfort, attention, a place to share stories and problems, and increased motivation. Meanwhile, negative impacts included sadness, disappointment, feelings of loss, stress, anxiety, frustration, mood changes, difficulty regulating emotions, decreased appetite, loss of motivation, and reduced social interaction. Thus, romantic relationships can have both positive and negative impacts on students' mental health depending on the dynamics and experiences that occur within the relationship.
