Abstract:The general aim of this research is the Development of BIPA Teaching Materials Based on Cross-Cultural Business Communication Using a Contextual Approach. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive research…
ch is research that describes the situations and events that occur. The research method uses literature study. Literature study is a research method in the form of searching for books, journal articles, literature, notes, reports and literary works related to the problem topic. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis. The research results of the communicative-contextual approach can be applied in BIPA learning. This can be realized in BIPA learning by paying attention to the five principles of the communicative-contextual approach, namely [1] communicative interaction, [2] authentic texts, [3] language learning and learning management, [4] personal experience, and [5] language relationships in the classroom and outside the classroom. The problem of the availability of teaching materials is an issue that continues to grow from year to year. This stems from the fact that existing teaching materials cannot be accessed easily and that existing teaching materials do not meet the needs of teachers and learners, especially in terms of intercultural competence. Therefore, this research develops culture-based teaching materials using a contextual-communicative approach.
Abstract:The criminal act of gambling in Indonesia is regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) Article 303 and the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE) Article 27 paragraph (2) which can generally be applied to online…
e gambling players even if the person concerned does not gambling as a livelihood, but in practice law enforcement is more targeted at online gambling organizers and is not yet optimal for ensnaring online gambling players at the individual level so that weak law enforcement against online gambling players has the potential to give rise to legal uncertainty, so this research is a type of normative legal research or literature research that carried out by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and statutory regulations related to the urgency of criminal regulation of online gambling players in fulfilling the principle of legal certainty through a statutory approach and a conceptual approach with primary legal material sources, the Criminal Code and the Law. ITE as well as secondary legal materials in the form of books, scientific journals, articles, literature related to this topic which are collected through literature studies and analyzed deductively so that they can provide prescriptions for criminal regulations for online gambling players who must guarantee the law. certainty in order to protect the public from the increasing dangers of widespread online gambling.
Abstract:This study aims to describe the effect of a cybergogy-based approach supported by an e-module in fostering students’ digital literacy on the topic of mixture separation. Motivated by the demands of Industry 4.0/Society 5.0…
5.0 and low literacy outcomes (e.g., PISA 2022) as well as preliminary findings at SMP Negeri 1 Bagor—where only 50% of students surpassed the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 70 in science—the research employed a pre-experimental one-shot case study design with 32 Grade VIII-D students. Digital-literacy performance was measured through a verified posttest and analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Shapiro–Wilk testing indicated non-normality, so a Wilcoxon test was conducted against the KKM benchmark. The mean posttest score was 82.28 (min 75.00; max 91.66), with average achievement across components of 79% (high category); hypertext navigation was the strongest component (94%, very high), while content evaluation was the weakest (64%, high). The Wilcoxon test yielded Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0.001, indicating a significant improvement relative to the benchmark. These findings suggest that the cybergogy-assisted e-module is effective for cultivating students’ digital literacy in mixture separation, with device-access constraints noted as a practical limitation for future implementations.
Abstract:Neurodiversity conceptualizes autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and related cognitive differences as natural variations in human cognition rather than individual deficits. Although this perspective…
erspective has gained increasing attention in human resource management (HRM), the intellectual structure and relevance of the existing literature to the Indonesian context remain insufficiently understood. This study maps the development of global research on neurodiversity and HRM and identifies research priorities for Indonesia. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using 993 records retrieved through a Boolean search combining neurodiversity- and HRM-related terms. Following a PRISMA-guided screening process, keyword co-occurrence, density, overlay, and total link-strength analyses were performed using VOSviewer. The analysis identified 43 dominant terms grouped into four thematic clusters: (1) inclusive HRM and diversity management, (2) workplace accommodation and disclosure, (3) intervention and school-to-work transition, and (4) ADHD and occupational mental health. The findings indicate that autism spectrum disorder and ADHD remain the most prominent topics in the literature. The field has gradually shifted from predominantly clinical and educational perspectives in 2020–2021 toward workplace accommodation in 2022 and more strategic HRM-oriented discussions during 2023–2024. However, link-strength analysis reveals that relationships between core HRM concepts and issues of accommodation, disclosure, and occupational mental health remain relatively fragmented. Moreover, Indonesia-specific and developing-country perspectives are absent from the dominant keyword structure. These findings demonstrate a substantial geographical and conceptual research gap. Accordingly, the study proposes five priority research themes to advance neurodiversity-inclusive HRM in Indonesia and provides a foundation for future empirical, policy-oriented, and organizational research.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of packing machine automation on operator productivity in the facial tissue industry by considering the role of moderation, technical competence and operator workload perception.…
The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing scientific articles published in the 2020–2026 range from reputable databases such as Scopus. The selection process was carried out using the PRISMA approach through the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, resulting in a number of articles relevant to the topics of industrial automation, labor productivity, technical competence, and workload. The results of the study show that the implementation of packing machine automation in general has a positive impact on increasing operator productivity through time efficiency, quality consistency, and reduction of manual errors. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of automation is highly dependent on the level of technical competence of the operator, especially in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine. In addition, workload perception has also been shown to moderate the relationship, where automation can lower physical workloads but potentially increase mental workloads due to the demands of automated system supervision. Other findings suggest that an imbalance between automation levels and human resource readiness can hinder productivity optimization. Conceptually, this study confirms that the relationship between packing machine automation and operator productivity is not linear, but is influenced by individual and psychological factors. The practical implications of this study are the importance of technical competency-based training as well as adaptive workload management in supporting the successful implementation of automation in the manufacturing industry. This research contributes to the development of an integrative model that connects technology, people, and operational performance in the context of the tissue processing industry.

Abstract:This study aims to systematically analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on employee productivity through organizational commitment and company culture using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach.…
pproach. K3 has a strategic role in creating a safe and healthy work environment, which not only contributes to reducing the number of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, but also has implications for improving employee performance and productivity. However, the relationship between K3 and productivity is not always direct, but rather influenced by psychological and organizational factors, especially organizational commitment and company culture. This study uses the SLR method with PRISMA steps. Articles filtered from the Scopus journal database with the topic The study process is carried out systematically through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set. The results of the study show that the effective implementation of K3 has a positive effect on employee productivity both directly and indirectly. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator that strengthens these relationships through increased employee loyalty, attachment, and responsibility, while a company culture that supports safety values strengthens collective norms and performance orientation in Indonesia published between 2021 and 2026 in a total of 5,863 articles. After elimination according to the criteria, only 41 articles were considered and extracted. These findings confirm that K3 is not only seen as a regulatory obligation, but as a strategic instrument in human resource management to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of the organization. Theoretically, this study integrates the concepts of K3, organizational commitment, company culture, and productivity in a comprehensive conceptual framework, and practically provides managerial implications in strengthening performance based on work safety.
