This study focuses on the regulation of rewards for inmates working in correctional facilities, as well as an evaluation of the fairness aspect in their distribution. The study adopts a normative legal analysis approach, utilizing primary legal sources such as laws and government regulations, as well as additional references discussing inmates’ rights in correctional institutions, particularly those related to the payment system for the work they perform. The study finds that the regulations governing inmates’ rights, including those related to wage distribution, are outlined in Article 14 of Law No. 12 of 1995, Government Regulation No. 32 of 1999, and the Minister of Justice Decree No. M.01-PP.02.01 of 1990. From the researcher’s perspective, the distribution of rewards aligns with the principle of fairness because, in addition to receiving rewards, inmates also receive valuable skill training for their future after leaving the correctional institution.

Utilizing a quantitative approach, this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of PLS and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 programs for data analysis. The research sample consists of 108 respondents who are employees meeting specific criteria within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to these respondents. The analysis results indicate that regional financial management accountability plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between the accessibility of regional financial reports and regional financial accounting systems towards good governance. These findings suggest that improving the accessibility of financial reports and enhancing regional financial accounting systems can promote the establishment of good governance through increased accountability in financial management. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the factors influencing the realization of good governance at the regional government level and can serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of governance, particularly in aspects of regional financial management in Bogor City and other regions in Indonesia.

Data collection was conducted through online questionnaire distribution, ensuring wide and efficient coverage.The analysis results demonstrate that work motivation plays a significant role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. This finding underscores the importance of work motivation as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.The Direct Effect Analysis yielded several important findings. First, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Work Motivation (WM) shows positive and significant results, with an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.693, t-Statistics of 10.788, and P-Values of 0.000. This indicates that organizational culture has a strong and direct influence on employee work motivation.Second, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Performance (EP) also shows positive results, albeit with a lower level of significance. The Original Sample (Path) value of 0.068, t-Statistics of 1.949, and P-Values of 0.052 indicate a positive influence, though at the threshold of statistical significance.Lastly, the relationship between Work Motivation (WM) and Employee Performance (EP) demonstrates highly positive and significant results. With an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.760, t-Statistics of 13.294, and P-Values of 0.000, this finding affirms the crucial role of work motivation in enhancing employee performance.In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of organizational culture and work motivation in the context of employee performance at PT. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang dapat memetakan lokasi gudang gambir di Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang mampu memberikan data spasial dan informasi yang akurat mengenai letak gudang gambir, sehingga menyulitkan petani, konsumen, maupun pihak pemerintah dalam mengakses dan mengelola informasi tersebut. Dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi ini digunakan teknologi ArcGIS, bahasa pemrograman Java, dan Android Studio. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pemilik gudang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang mampu menampilkan peta interaktif lokasi gudang gambir, mempermudah pengguna dalam pencarian informasi lokasi, dan memberikan data visual yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi gambir serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.

This study aims to develop an information system based on a Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) to monitor the geographic distribution of stunting cases and assist the Asahan Regency Health Office in making data-driven policy decisions. The method applied in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach, encompassing the stages of problem identification, data collection, system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system evaluation. The research findings show that the developed Web GIS platform successfully displays stunting data by district through interactive digital map representation, facilitates data input and updates by healthcare workers, and provides information accessible to the general public. The system is considered capable of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of stunting case monitoring, while also supporting information transparency and the planning of more targeted intervention programs. With the implementation of this Web GIS, stunting prevention efforts in Asahan Regency can be carried out in a more structured manner and based on accurate spatial data.

Abstrak: Permasalahan stunting merupakan hambatan signifikan dalam upaya pengembangan kesehatan publik, terutama di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Stunting tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek pertumbuhan jasmani anak, namun juga berimplikasi pada kemampuan intelektual dan daya produktif di masa mendatang. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi yang berbasiskan Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) dengan maksud memantau distribusi kasus stunting secara geografis dan memfasilitasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan yang berdasarkan data. Metode yang diterapkan dalam riset ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, meliputi fase identifikasi permasalahan, koleksi data, kajian kebutuhan sistem, perancangan, penerapan, dan penilaian sistem. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform Web GIS yang dikembangkan berhasil menampilkan data stunting per kecamatan melalui representasi peta digital yang interaktif, memfasilitasi proses input dan pemutakhiran data oleh tenaga kesehatan, serta menyediakan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh khalayak umum. Sistem tersebut dianggap mampu meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan dalam monitoring kasus stunting, sekaligus mendukung keterbukaan informasi dan perencanaan program intervensi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Dengan adanya implementasi Web GIS ini, langkah-langkah penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Asahan dapat dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang lebih terstruktur dan berdasarkan data spasial yang tepat.

This study aims to design a web-based decision support system using the MOORA method to produce objective, fast, and accurate assessments. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL, with evaluation criteria including discipline, teamwork, sales volume, and length of service. The implementation results show that the system is capable of performing calculations and ranking sales performance in a measurable manner. This application assists supervisors and managers in conducting evaluations and accelerates decision-making processes. The final results indicate that Afril Handoko achieved the highest score of 0.3802. This system is effective in improving efficiency and reducing subjectivity in sales performance evaluation.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak besar pada dunia bisnis, termasuk dalam pengukuran kinerja sales. PT Panca Niaga Jaya Lestari sebagai perusahaan distributor pangan masih melakukan penilaian secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan subjektivitas dan keterlambatan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode MOORA untuk menghasilkan penilaian yang objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Sistem dikembangkan dengan PHP dan MySQL, dengan kriteria penilaian meliputi kedisiplinan, kerja sama tim, jumlah penjualan, dan masa kerja. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem mampu melakukan perhitungan dan perangkingan kinerja sales secara terukur. Aplikasi ini memudahkan supervisor dan manajer dalam evaluasi serta mempercepat pengambilan keputusan. Hasil akhir menunjukkan Afril Handoko memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,3802. Sistem ini efektif meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi subjektivitas dalam penilaian kinerja sales.

This study evaluates student satisfaction with teacher performance at MAS Alwashliyah Petatal using the COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) method, which effectively handles multi-criteria comparisons objectively. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 66 out of 209 students (31.58% response rate), assessing 16 teachers based on four competency aspects: pedagogical, personality, social, and professional, with 12 sub-criteria. Despite the low participation rate, the data remained representative based on response distribution analysis. The results indicate that the COPRAS method accurately ranks teacher performance, with teacher Lia Novia, S.Pd achieving the highest satisfaction score (100%). These findings can be integrated into school policies, such as annual teacher evaluations and teacher development programs. The implementation of this evaluation system can also serve as a basis for designing teacher training that better aligns with student needs. Thus, the COPRAS method not only helps schools assess teacher performance more objectively but also supports more effective decision-making to enhance teaching quality and overall student satisfaction.

Abstrak: Kepuasan siswa terhadap kinerja guru berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Evaluasi kinerja guru diperlukan untuk memahami sejauh mana pengajaran memenuhi harapan siswa. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap kinerja guru di MAS Alwashliyah Petatal menggunakan metode COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS), yang mampu menangani perbandingan multi-kriteria secara objektif. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 66 dari 209 siswa (tingkat respons 31,58%), menilai 16 guru berdasarkan empat aspek kompetensi, yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, dengan 12 sub-kriteria. Meskipun partisipasi rendah, data tetap representatif berdasarkan analisis distribusi jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode COPRAS memberikan pemeringkatan kinerja guru secara akurat, di mana guru Lia Novia, S.Pd memperoleh nilai kepuasan tertinggi (100%). Hasil ini dapat diintegrasikan dalam kebijakan sekolah, seperti evaluasi tahunan guru dan program pengembangan tenaga pendidik. Implementasi sistem evaluasi ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan pelatihan guru yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Dengan demikian, metode COPRAS tidak hanya membantu sekolah dalam menilai kinerja guru secara lebih objektif tetapi juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat untuk meningkatkan mutu pengajaran dan kepuasan siswa.
