an moralitas dalam hadits-hadits Rasulullah, menjadi fokus utama dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini. Pendidikan di TA/TK Miftahussalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kebersihan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari seperti menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, menggosok gigi, dan membersihkan tempat ibadah. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan data primer dari observasi dan data sekunder dari studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter kebersihan tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran anak terhadap pentingnya kebersihan, tetapi juga membangun karakter islami yang sensitif terhadap lingkungannya. Penanaman kebiasaan baik sejak dini memberikan bekal yang cukup bagi anak dalam hubungan mereka dengan Allah dan masyarakat, sesuai dengan ajaran Islam yang menekankan kebersihan fisik dan spiritual.

The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. Although this study provides a deeper understanding, recognition of the critiques and limitations of previous studies provides a foothold for further research in exploring the complexities of transformational leadership in educational organizations.

tu dua kali sehari pagi sesudah makan dan malam sebelum tidur. Tusuk gigi merupakan alat bantu untuk membersihkan gigi sebelum ditemukannya sikat gigi. Bentuk tusuk gigi yang tidak sesuai dengan anatomis gusi dan gigi, justru akan menyebakan luka dan pendarahan bagi gusi. Tusuk gigi yang tidak steril juga dapat menimbulkan infeksi pada rongga mulut. Kebiasaan menusuk gigi yang digunakan untuk membersihkan gigi dapat menyebabkan radang gusi (gingivitis) dan pendalaman sulkus gingival. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui tingkat usia penggunaan tusuk gigi, tingkat pengetahuan penggunaan tusuk gigi dan mengidentifikasi gambaran dampak penggunaan tusuk gigi terhadap kondisi jaringan periodontal pada masyarakat Rt 026 Kelurahan Liliba. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian desktiptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan melakukan pemeriksaan langsung menggunakan format CPITN. Dalam penelitian ini yang di teliti adalah tingkat usia, pengetahuan penggunaan tusuk gigi, dampak penggunaan tusuk gigi pada masyarakat. Kesimpulan: Responden yang paling banyak menggunakan tusuk gigi berusia 36-45 tahun dan tingkat penahuan masyarakat tentang dampak penggunaan tusuk gigi sebagian besar dalam kriteria buruk 86%, dan kondisi jaringan periodontal dampak penggunaan tusuk gigi berupa poket dangal sebanyak 35%.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkenalkan revitalisasi infrastruktur hijau sebagai solusi inovatif untuk memperkuat ketahanan lingkungan di tingkat lingkungan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, koordinasi dengan aparat desa, sosialisasi partisipatif, demonstrasi praktis pembuatan lubang resapan biopori, sumur resapan, dan taman hujan, serta evaluasi melalui instrumen pretest-posttest. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 42 peserta yang terdiri dari perangkat desa, anggota karang taruna, dan ibu rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan skor pemahaman rata-rata peserta secara signifikan, dari 40% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 84% setelah kegiatan, serta peserta menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk menerapkan teknik tersebut secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi infrastruktur hijau yang murah dan partisipatif dapat ditransfer secara efektif kepada masyarakat serta berkontribusi menurunkan risiko banjir sekaligus memulihkan fungsi ekologis di skala lingkungan permukiman.
Pematang Johar, a rapidly developing village in Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, faces increasing environmental pressure from land-use conversion, reduced green open space, and recurrent waterlogging during the rainy season. This community service activity aimed to introduce green infrastructure revitalization as an innovative approach to strengthen local environmental resilience. The method consisted of preparation, coordination with village authorities, participatory outreach (sosialisasi), practical demonstration of biopore infiltration holes, recharge wells, and rain gardens, and evaluation through pretest-posttest instruments. The activity involved 42 participants consisting of village officials, youth organization members, and housewives. Results showed a substantial increase in participants' average understanding score, from 40% before the activity to 84% afterward, and participants expressed strong interest in applying the techniques independently. The activity concludes that low-cost, participatory green infrastructure interventions can be effectively transferred to communities and contribute to reducing flood risk while restoring ecological function at the neighborhood scale.

The 107 educational staff members of Bosowa University in 2026 make up the study population, and a complete sampling technique is used. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and personnel data recording were used to gather data. Descriptive statistics, basic linear regression, and various tests were employed in data analysis. Kinship-based recruitment procedures fall into the top category, according to the study's results (score 4.17). An estimated 52% of the 42 educational employees hired between 2023 and 2025 did so through non-competitive means that included nepotism. The performance of education staff hired prior to 2023 (score 3.70) and those hired between 2023 and 2025 (score 2.31) differs significantly, by 37.6%. 48.3% of the reduction in performance is positively and significantly impacted by family-based recruitment techniques. For education staff hired through non-merit methods, this report suggests implementing a meritocracy system, thorough HR audits, and competency improvement initiatives.

This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants consisting of the General Manager, Head of the Research and Development Division (Litbang), Head of the Member Resource Development Subdivision (PSDA), and members of LPM DINAMIKA UIN SU. The results of the study indicate that HRM plays a role in improving member quality through various coaching and competency development programs, and helps increase member activity through continuous motivation, coaching, and coordination. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as low member commitment, time constraints, and differences in motivation levels. Therefore, more effective and sustainable HRM management is needed to support the development of the organization and its members.

financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

Hasil analisis fungsi menunjukkan bahwa fungsi Collect waste memiliki Value Index terendah (0,50), be removable & washable (0,20) dan Attach securely (0,25), menandakan seluruh fungsi bernilai tinggi karena berada di bawah angka 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain Keyhole Mount Box berpotensi memberikan peningkatan nilai produk melalui fungsi-fungsi yang efisien dan ekonomis. Analisis Cost Worth dan Value Index menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengumpulan (collect waste) memiliki nilai tambah yang paling signifikan. Evaluasi alternatif desain menggunakan metode weighted scoring juga menunjukkan bahwa Keyhole Mount Box memiliki keseimbangan performa yang baik antara stabilitas, biaya implementasi, kemudahan pemasangan, dan perawatan. Rekomendasi yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah dimensi kotak 300 × 80 × 120 mm dengan kepala pengait berdiameter 12 mm dan slot selebar 8,5 mm memberikan clearance sekitar 0,5 mm untuk kemudahan pemasangan tanpa menurunkan kestabilan.
