Mengingat me time sangat penting bagi seseorang, maka artikel ini berupaya menelaah secara mendalam tentang praktek me time dari seorang pemuda berkepribadian introvert yang bernama Emanuel Omedetho Jermias. Permasalahan pokok yang hendak diungkan ialah bagaiaman cara Emanuel Omedetho Jermias melakukan me time. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitiatif. Jenisnya ialah life story sehingga data dikumpulkan dengan cara melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada subjek penelitian dan dilengkapi dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap buku-buku yang dimilikinya sebagai sarana utama ketika melakukan me time. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan konsep dan teori yang berkaitan dengan kepribadian. Selanjutnya data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk narasi tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa me time dilakukan oleh Emanuel Omedetho Jermias, hampir setiap malam sekitar satu jam, setelah bercengkerama dengan Oma (Grand Mother). Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan saat me time malam ialah membaca dan membersihkan rumah. Sementara me time siang hari dilakukan dengan cara berderma kepada orang papa.

da beberapa santri yang melanggar aturan pondok sehingga diberlakukan hukuman atau disebut “takzir”. Bentuk takzir cukup beragam, seperti pendisiplinan fisik, membersihkan area pondok, menghafal ayat Al-Quran, hingga dikeluarkan dari pondok dalam kasus pelanggaran sangat berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah bentuk takzir di pondok pesantren berdampak positif atau negatif, serta bentuk takzir apakah yang dinilai paling efektif bagi santri. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah 2 Brebes yang bersekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah 2. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif berupa survei, peneliti mendistribusikan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form kepada responden atau subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 58,8% dari responden setuju dengan pemberlakuan takzir dan 41,2% tidak menyetujuinya. Empat bentuk takzir yang dinilai efektif diterapkan adalah: membersihkan area pondok, menghafal ayat Al-Qur’an atau kosakata bahasa asing, berdiri di depan umum, dan dibotak/dicukur tidak rapi. Membersihkan area pondok dinilai efektif karena meningkatkan kebersihan pondok. Menghafal ayat suci Al-Qur’an dinilai efektif dan edukatif karena menambah ilmu pengetahuan. Berdiri di depan umum dan dibotak dinilai efektif karena membuat jera pelakunya dan santri yang menyaksikan. Adapun efek jera yang dirasakan santri pelanggar adalah merasa malu dan tidak ingin melakukan lagi, sedangkan santri yang menyaksikan akan mengambil pelajaran untuk tidak melanggar aturan pondok.

Employing a descriptive analytical approach, this research delves into the organizational structure, operational mechanisms, and strategies adopted by Primkoppol in executing its functions and objectives. Focusing on the evaluation of management practices, including resource management, profit allocation, and member development programs, this study seeks to identify the keys to success and the challenges faced by Primkoppol in its efforts to enhance member welfare. This analysis is supplemented with secondary data and direct survey results from members to capture their perceptions and experiences regarding the effectiveness of the services provided by Primkoppol. The findings indicate that Primkoppol has implemented various positive initiatives oriented towards improving member welfare, including innovations in financial services, enhancement of product and service quality, and member capacity development through education and training. However, there is also room for improvement, especially in terms of enhancing management transparency, operational efficiency, and adaptation to digital technology. This study concludes that to continue improving its members' welfare, Primkoppol needs to further optimize an adaptive and responsive management system to environmental changes and member needs. Recommendations include improvements in two-way communication between management and members, integration of information technology, and strengthening of institutional capacity.

Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen member berbasis web sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Pendekatan pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan pemodelan UML meliputi Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Stack teknologi yang digunakan mencakup Next.js pada sisi klien, NestJS pada sisi server, PostgreSQL sebagai basis data relasional, serta Better Auth untuk manajemen autentikasi. Sistem yang dihasilkan mengintegrasikan fitur absensi cerdas berbasis barcode, pengelolaan paket latihan, dashboard personal bagi member, panel administrasi lengkap, notifikasi kadaluarsa paket, dan manajemen pengumuman camp. Validasi dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing dengan empat skenario pengujian, seluruhnya menghasilkan keluaran yang sesuai ekspektasi. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pencatatan data secara signifikan.
The operational sustainability of a martial arts camp depends greatly on the quality of member data management. At BangRajan Muaythai Boxing, attendance recording and session monitoring still rely on manual processes, which frequently lead to data inaccuracies and allow members with expired packages to continue training undetected. This study designs and develops a web-based member management information system to address these issues. The development follows a phased approach employing UML modeling including Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The technology stack consists of Next.js on the client side, NestJS on the server side, PostgreSQL as the relational database, and Better Auth for authentication management. The resulting system integrates barcode-based smart attendance, training package management, a personal member dashboard, a comprehensive admin panel, package expiry notifications, and camp announcement management. Validation was conducted using Black Box Testing across four test scenarios, all yielding expected outputs. Implementation of this system demonstrably improves operational efficiency and data recording accuracy.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas penerapan teknik batuk efektif untuk meningkatkan bersihan jalan napas pada pasien anak. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dan subjek yang digunakan adalah pasien anak TB Paru dengan masalah bersihan jalan efektif di Rumah Sakit X Yogyakarta. Hasil: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara dilakukan implementasi keperawatan selama 3x24 jam menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam mengeluarkan sekret, penurunan frekuensi napas dari 25x/menit menjadi 22x/menit, serta peningkatan skor kemampuan batuk berdasarkan SLKI dari skala 2 menjadi skala 4. Kesimpulan: Studi kasus teknik batuk efektif terbukti menjadi intervensi non farmakologis yang efektif dan aman dalam membantu membersihkan jalan napas pada pasien anak dengan TB paru, serta dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kualitas hidup pasien.
