ents' attitudes towards using English, yet it often faces challenges such as different pronunciation from standard English and social stigma related to using a foreign language outside of classroom contexts. A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues.
The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.

Employing a descriptive analytical approach, this research delves into the organizational structure, operational mechanisms, and strategies adopted by Primkoppol in executing its functions and objectives. Focusing on the evaluation of management practices, including resource management, profit allocation, and member development programs, this study seeks to identify the keys to success and the challenges faced by Primkoppol in its efforts to enhance member welfare. This analysis is supplemented with secondary data and direct survey results from members to capture their perceptions and experiences regarding the effectiveness of the services provided by Primkoppol. The findings indicate that Primkoppol has implemented various positive initiatives oriented towards improving member welfare, including innovations in financial services, enhancement of product and service quality, and member capacity development through education and training. However, there is also room for improvement, especially in terms of enhancing management transparency, operational efficiency, and adaptation to digital technology. This study concludes that to continue improving its members' welfare, Primkoppol needs to further optimize an adaptive and responsive management system to environmental changes and member needs. Recommendations include improvements in two-way communication between management and members, integration of information technology, and strengthening of institutional capacity.

The research method used is a literature review, in which information is collected and analyzed from various sources such as journal articles, books, and related references. The results showed that Extensive Reading Practice received positive responses from students and teachers. Students reported improved reading skills, increased vocabulary, better text comprehension, and increased interest in reading. Meanwhile, teachers reported that extensive reading practice increased students' motivation to learn and active participation in language learning. The role of the school in providing adequate resources for extensive reading practice is also very important. This includes a well-stocked library and a variety of reading materials to support different reading activities. Overall, this study shows that extensive reading practice has significant benefits for students and teachers in improving language proficiency and motivation to learn.

Learn." A hermeneutic-phenomenological study was conducted with five students in grades 4-5. Data were generated through in-depth conversations and participant observations during a four-week classroom mindfulness program and analyzed through phenomenological reduction and thematic synthesis. The research findings indicate that the unchanging essence, namely "a shift from an anxious mind to a calm mind that opens up space for learning," is expressed through four interrelated themes: perceived emotional calm, sustained attention, easier recall, and positive appreciation of quiet moments. The study concludes that mindfulness is not simply a technique, but a pedagogical way of life that begins with learning; integrating brief, mindful pauses can foster reflective, calm, and independent learners aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile.

The results of correlation analysis show patterns of relationships between different variables. This research used a descriptive survey with a sample size of 170 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis of the components of HBM perceived severity category is quite good (90.0%), perceived barriers is a quite good category (68.2%), perceived benefits is found to be in a quite good category (77.6%), health motivation is in quite a good category (81.2%) and it can be seen that the perception of vulnerability (55.9%) and perception of cues to act (56.5%) was quite good. Positive perceptions include student perceptions of the Health Belief Model's effectiveness in preventing COVID-19, which are rated as being quite good. However, policies regarding foreign language teaching teachers in Northern Cyprus must be reviewed to provide immense opportunities to enhance language competence of both language teachers and learners. In this sense, foreign language teaching and learning policy in ELT as well as other foreign languages must be well taught and successfully integrated into school systems and societies. Hence, the open-ended questions have been administered to six (6) foreign language teachers to elicit more detailed responses concerning teachers’ perception on changing time and options in teaching industry. The findings reveal how significant it is to introduce positive changes in foreign language teaching. The study suggests to be circumspect in the implementation of language policies and classroom activities regarding foreign language teaching and learning in order to prevent negative influences on both the teachers’ and the learners’ first language, ethnicity or culture.

ehavior that stretches family interactions. Communication contributes significantly to the development of teenage behavior; it can be explored based on the mother's experience as a caregiver. This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.

udy was conducted to explore perception of students in Islamic Education Department in using Google Translate in learning English subject. A questionnaire consisted of open-ended and close-ended questions was distributed to 138 students of Islamic Education Department. Then, descriptive qualitative research employed to describe and analyze the data. The result show that students assume Google Translate as a good way to help them translate difficult words, sentences, and paragraphes from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English. Although the students find several problems especially in the quality of translation, they are confident to overcome the problems with effective ways. Moreover, the positive impacts of Google Translate use is greater that the negative impacts for several considerations.
