Abstract: The growing dominance of impulse buying within TikTok's live streaming commerce, particularly in the Fashion product segment, signifies a transformation in digital consumer behavior influenced by the dynamics of real-time… e interactivity and incentive-based promotional strategies. This study empirically examines the effects of real-time interactivity and promotion incentive information on impulse buying behavior, with perceived trust serving as a mediating variable that explains the psychological pathway between digital stimuli and spontaneous purchase decisions. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative causal design, data were collected from 231 active TikTok users in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.0. The analysis reveals that both exogenous variables significantly enhance the tendency for impulsive purchases, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of perceived trust. Responsive real-time interactions and exclusive, time-sensitive promotions effectively foster consumer trust in sellers, which subsequently accelerates unplanned buying behavior. These findings advance theoretical discourse in digital marketing literature by emphasizing the critical integration of interactivity, promotional stimuli, and affective trust mechanisms in shaping purchasing decisions within persuasive and simultaneous digital environments. The practical implications of this study offer strategic insights for businesses, encouraging the optimization of interactive features and promotional tactics to establish credibility and drive instant sales conversions in the context of e-commerce live streaming.

Pengaruh GUX dan Content Marketing terhadap Satisfaction dan Loyalty Pemain Game Mobile

Abstract: The mobile gaming industry has evolved into a strategic sector within the global digital economy ecosystem, contributing significantly to the overall revenue of the gaming industry. A concrete manifestation of this dynamic… ic is Honor of Kings (HoK), a 5v5 MOBA game developed by TiMi Studio Group, which has recorded over 100 million daily active players worldwide. The success of HoK is not solely determined by the quality of its game mechanics but also by its ability to deliver an immersive user experience and implement adaptive Content Marketing strategies. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Game User Experience (GUX) and Content Marketing on Player Loyalty, with Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were collected from active HoK players using a validated survey instrument. The results of the analysis indicate that both GUX and Content Marketing have a significant positive effect on Satisfaction, which, in turn, mediates their influence on Loyalty. The proposed mediation model successfully illustrates the affective role of Satisfaction as a key determinant in the formation of player Loyalty in digital contexts. These findings not only reinforce theoretical foundations in the domain of experience-based marketing but also offer practical insights for game developers and marketers in designing sustainable retention strategies through the optimization of gameplay experience and value-driven content delivery. Accordingly, this study presents a relevant conceptual framework for understanding the mechanisms of Loyalty formation within the competitive and dynamic mobile gaming industry.

Pengaruh Stres dan Rewards terhadap Kepuasan Freelancer Gen Z: Peran Motivasi

Abstract: The advancement of digital technology has driven significant transformations in the employment landscape, marked by the emergence of new occupational roles such as freelance content creators—professions that are particularly… ularly appealing to Generation Z. Despite operating independently and with high levels of flexibility, these freelance workers remain subject to complex psychosocial work dynamics, including job stress, rewards, motivation, and job satisfaction. This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of job stress and rewards on job satisfaction, while examining the mediating role of motivation within the context of digital freelancers. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 220 Gen Z freelance content creators in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, facilitated by the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that job stress exerts a significantly negative effect on both motivation and job satisfaction, whereas rewards have a significantly positive effect on these variables. Furthermore, motivation was found to partially and significantly mediate the relationship between job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction. These findings underscore the critical importance of affective dimensions in shaping the occupational well-being of freelancers in the digital era. The main contribution of this study lies in its extension of the theoretical framework surrounding non-traditional work dynamics, as well as its practical implications for the development of career management and well-being strategies tailored to platform-based freelance workers.

Periode Pelatihan Fisik untuk Atlet Elit: Konsep Saat Ini dan Arah Masa Depan

Abstract: Physical training periodization is a scientific approach aimed at systematically regulating training load, volume, and intensity to achieve peak performance in elite athletes while minimizing the risk of injury. This study… dy reviews 45 scientific articles published within the last ten years, covering periodization models, physiological responses to training, and the integration of technology in athlete development processes. The findings indicate that block periodization and non-linear periodization are the two most effective approaches, shown to enhance aerobic capacity by up to 10% and muscle strength by approximately 8% in high-level athletes. Additionally, the use of monitoring technologies such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Global Positioning System (GPS) contributes significantly to real-time adjustments in training programs, enabling coaches to respond more accurately to athletes’ physiological conditions and prevent overtraining. However, challenges remain in implementing these technologies in sports with limited resources and due to a lack of long-term studies on the effectiveness of technology-based periodization. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized, data-driven approaches in designing training programs that not only improve performance but also sustain athletes’ careers. By integrating classical periodization principles with modern technology, training programs can be developed to be more adaptive, precise, and contextually tailored to individual needs. In conclusion, modern, responsive periodization supported by advanced technology is a crucial element in creating elite athlete development systems that are not only globally competitive but also focused on long-term health and performance.

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM): Evaluasi Implementasi dan Dampaknya terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa

Abstract: The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program was developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as a step towards modernizing higher education and bridging the… gap between the academic world and the workforce. Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

Analysis of Employee Loyalty with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable

Abstract: The objective of this study is to examine the influence of factors such as work motivation, salary, work environment, and career development on employee loyalty. It also explores the role of employee job satisfaction as… a mediator in this relationship. The research will be conducted at 9 coffee shops located in Semarang City. The population involved in this study consists of all employees working at 9 coffee shops in Semarang City. The sample used comprises 98 individuals who have been working for more than 1 year. Data analysis in this study was conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Testing hypotheses using the PLS method. The findings indicated that the job satisfaction of coffee shop workers in Semarang City was impacted by factors such as motivation, salary, work environment, and career growth. Enhanced work drive and remuneration will lead to heightened job contentment. Similarly, an improved work environment and opportunities for professional growth would enhance employee job satisfaction. One thing that affects loyalty is job satisfaction. This suggests that when job satisfaction grows, employee loyalty also increases. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator between salary and loyalty, work environment and loyalty, and career development and loyalty. However, it does not act as an intermediary between work motivation and loyalty.

With benefits, it can add better insight to the entire Mattirowalie Village apparatus. The qualitative research method is purposive sampling and the type of research is descriptive/survey with research informants as many as 8 village officials and 2 people from Mattirowalie Village. randomly selected and professional. Village apparatus data can be collected using observation, interview and documentation methods. This research shows the results that the role of village apparatus as organizers in the development of human resources (HR). The way of village apparatus in developing human resources in the village by implementing work discipline, improving education and good service to the community. Then there are 4 factors that affect the development of village apparatus resources: 1) Village head / leader, the village head is someone who has been directly selected by the community to be a good leader and is entrusted to be able to do good things that can be used as an example for the community. 2) Education, education is a process that can educate and improve the quality of human resources. 3) Training, training is a process of improving human resources by improving community skills. 4) Economy, economy is one of the drivers in increasing human resources in the village.

Implementasi Metode Moora Pada Dss Penentuan Stok Optimal Paket Data Cmc Cell

Abstract: Abstract: The development of information and communication technology has increased public demand for digital services, particularly data packages as the primary means of internet access. This high demand requires data package… ackage retailers to manage inventory optimally to ensure product availability meets customer needs. At CMC Cell, the determination of data package stock is still based on intuition without systematic data analysis, resulting in stock accumulation for certain products and stock shortages for others when demand increases. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to determine the optimal stock of data packages. The MOORA method is applied to rank data package alternatives based on several criteria, including data package demand, sales history, remaining stock, selling price, and validity period. Sales data are analyzed using the calculation stages of the MOORA method. The results show that the Telkomsel V 3 GB data package achieves the highest preference value of 0.1498 and is therefore recommended as the top-priority data package, with an optimal stock quantity of 200 units. With the implementation of this system, the recommendations for determining data package stock become more measurable, objective, and data-driven.             Keywords: MOORA; PHP; decision support system; optimal stock; stock priority Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan digital, khususnya paket data sebagai sarana utama akses internet. Tingginya permintaan tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha penjualan paket data untuk mampu mengelola stok secara optimal agar ketersediaan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Pada Toko CMC Cell, penentuan stok paket data masih dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi tanpa analisis data yang sistematis, sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan stok pada beberapa produk dan kekosongan stok pada produk lain saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam menentukan stok optimal paket data. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif paket data berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu permintaan paket data, riwayat penjualan, jumlah stok tersisa, harga jual, dan masa aktif. Data penjualan paket data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan perhitungan metode MOORA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paket data Telkomsel V 3 GB memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,1498 sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai paket data dengan prioritas stok tertinggi, dengan jumlah stok optimal sebanyak 200 pcs. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi penentuan stok paket data yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur, objektif, dan berbasis data. Penerapan E-SCM Dalam Penentuan Jumlah Optimal Restok Barang Menggunakan Metode EOQ di Attar Jaya

Errors in determining the quantity of goods procured can lead to inventory buildup or stockouts, which… ch impacts increased storage costs and reduced customer service levels. Attar Jaya store still uses a manual inventory management system, so the restocking recording and decision-making processes are not yet supported by an integrated and data-driven system. This condition has the potential to cause inefficiency in inventory management. This research aims to apply the concept of Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) integrated with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimal order quantity of goods. The EOQ method is used to calculate the most economical order quantity by considering ordering and storage costs, while E-SCM plays a role in integrating inventory management processes digitally. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature studies, with system design using the Unified Modelign Language (UML). The system was developed using the PHP programming language and the MwSQL database. The research result are expected to help Toko Attar Jaya improve the accuracy of resctocking decision-making, minimize the risk of overstocking and understocking, and increase the efficiency of inventory mangement.          Keywords: MySQL; PHP; e-supply chain management; economic order quantity; restock items Abstrak: Manajemen persediaan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung keberlangsungan operasional usaha ritel. Kesalahan dalam menentukan jumah pengadaan barang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan persediaan maupun kekurangan stok yang berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya penyimpanan seerta menurunnya tingkat pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Toko Attar Jaya masih menerapkan sistem pengelolaan persediaan secara manual, sehingga proses pencatatan dan pengambilan keputusan restok belum didukung oleh sistem yang terintegrasi dan berbasis data. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan stok barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) yang terintegrasi dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam menentukan jumlah pemesanan barang yang optimal. Metode EOQ digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah pemesanan yang paling ekonomis dengan mempertimbangkan biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan, sedangkan E-SCM berperan dalam mengintegrasikan proses pengelolaan persediaan secara digital. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Languge (UML). Sistem dikembangkan mengguanakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu membantu pihak Toko Attar Jaya dalam meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan restok, meminimalkan risiko kelebihan dan kekurangan persediaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan. Perancangan Robot Penyiram Tanaman Scala 1 : 30 Dengan Sistem Kendali Android Berbasis Embedded System

Abstract: Abstract: This research discusses the design and development of a plant-watering robot at a 1:30 scale controlled via an Android application and an embedded system based on an Arduino microcontroller. The purpose of this… study is to produce an automatic plant-watering robot that is efficient, energy-saving, and easy to operate to support agricultural automation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes stages of requirement identification, design, construction, testing, and system evaluation. The main components used include an Arduino Uno, HC-05 Bluetooth module, L298N motor driver, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, 12V DC water pump, and a 25W solar panel as an alternative power source. The test results show that the robot can operate automatically with a success rate of 90%, battery endurance of approximately 1 hour and 13 minutes, charging time of about 5 hours and 38 minutes, and the water pump operates effectively for up to 5 hours. The integration of Android control, embedded systems, and solar power makes this robot an innovative solution for environmentally friendly and efficient agricultural automation.      Keywords: plant-watering robot; Android; embedded system; Arduino; solar panel Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas perancangan dan pengembangan robot penyiram tanaman skala 1:30 yang dikendalikan melalui aplikasi Android dan sistem embedded berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan robot penyiram tanaman otomatis yang efisien, hemat energi, dan mudah dioperasikan untuk mendukung otomasi pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan evaluasi sistem. Komponen utama yang digunakan meliputi Arduino Uno, modul Bluetooth HC-05, driver motor L298N, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, pompa air DC, dan panel surya 25 W sebagai sumber energi alternatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa robot mampu beroperasi secara otomatis dengan tingkat keberhasilan 90%, ketahanan baterai selama ±1 jam 13 menit, lama pengisian daya sekitar 5 jam 38 menit, serta pompa air bekerja efektif hingga 5 jam. Integrasi antara kendali Android, sistem embedded, dan tenaga surya menjadikan robot ini solusi inovatif untuk otomatisasi penyiraman tanaman yang ramah lingkungan dan berpotensi diterapkan pada lahan pertanian sesungguhnya.
