icanct effect on students’ English reading comprehension before and after taught by using look and say strategy? And Is there any significant difference on students’ English reading comprehension taught by using look and say strategy and those are not?”. This research uses a type of pre-experimental design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 1 Konawe totally was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests those are pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The researcher used theory of Edhitin (2000) to analyzed the data. The results of quantitative analysis show that the results of descriptive statistical data shows that there are differences in the learning acheivement of students' reading comprehension which are marked by the mean score of students who are in the implementation the pretest was 56,59 while in the posttest the students' average score was 70,91. The results of inferential statistical data show that t test > t table or 6,539 > t table = 2,086 if viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests it is known that t test > t table or 7,936 > 2.086, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of look and say methode on the reading comprehension learning achievement of class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe.

System. This article details the design and development of the system using the waterfall method. The main objective of this system is to make it easier for administrative staff and students to process tuition payments. The research method used a needs analysis approach, consisting of observation and interviews. The waterfall approach was utilized for system implementation. The process involved requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and operation. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) served as an object-based system design visualization tool. The tuition payment information system provides login access with divided access rights for students, the Academic Administration Bureau, and the Financial Administration Bureau. The system includes features such as student data management, tuition payment verification, and report preparation. The results of implementation show positive changes in the efficiency and convenience of the tuition payment process for students and administrative staff. This article highlights the role of information systems in improving the efficiency of financial administration and services at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. By allowing students to monitor payments online, the system provides significant support for tuition payment management. Hopefully, this system will contribute positively to improving the quality of educational services at this university, creating efficiency in financial administration, and providing a basis for further development of the information system.
Perguruan tinggi semakin beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang dibawa oleh kemajuan teknologi dan globalisasi. Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya juga menerapkan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Uang Kuliah yang efisien. Artikel ini merinci perancangan dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan staf administrasi dan mahasiswa dalam memproses pembayaran uang sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebutuhan yang terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Pendekatan waterfall digunakan untuk implementasi sistem. Prosesnya melibatkan analisis persyaratan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan operasi. Unified Modeling Language (UML) berfungsi sebagai alat visualisasi desain sistem berbasis objek. Sistem informasi pembayaran SPP menyediakan akses aktor login dengan hak akses terbagi untuk mahasiswa, Biro Administrasi Akademik, dan Biro Administrasi Keuangan. Sistem ini mencakup fitur-fitur seperti pengelolaan data siswa, verifikasi pembayaran SPP, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan perubahan positif pada efisiensi dan kenyamanan proses pembayaran SPP bagi mahasiswa dan tenaga administrasi. Artikel ini menyoroti peran sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan pelayanan keuangan di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. The research method is carried out using direct computation, tabular method, and comparison between theoretical and actual and using the theory of calculation equations. Where the supporting data for analysis is in the form of field data as primary data and literature data as supporting (secondary) data. Over a five-month period, the researcher actively engaged in activities at the batik house, observing production processes, interacting with craftsmen, and creating works using Shibotik coloring techniques. The findings reveal that Batik Komar successfully developed Shibotik as an innovative form of textile art. By combining six basic Shibori dyeing techniques—Arashi, Itajime, Kanoko, Kumo, Miura, and Nui—they created new patterns that blend the clarity of traditional batik motifs with the unpredictable edges of Shibori motifs. This collaboration not only produces beautiful and narrative fabrics but also has a positive impact on the community. The increased interest in Shibori, particularly among young entrepreneurs, creates economic opportunities and new jobs. However, suggestions for further research highlight the creative potential of coloring techniques and their economic and cultural impact, particularly on Indonesia's cultural heritage. The study also outlines practical implications, such as enhancing education and training opportunities in batik and Shibori techniques at the local level. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability suggests investigating the application of Shibori techniques with environmentally friendly principles. In conclusion, Shibotik contributes not only to preserving Indonesia's batik heritage but also opens new potentials in the creative industry. The research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.

of English into Indonesian translation in a folksong entitled The Wellerman. This research applied descriptive qualitative method. In addition, this research combined with purposive sampling technique. Nababan translation quality assessment framework was used to investigate the accuracy and acceptability of the folksong. The whole The Wellerman’s lyrics consist of 28 lines which was then assessed by the raters in terms of its accuracy and acceptability. The raters were 2 translators and 1 writer. The raters were purposely chosen to conduct reliable results of the accuracy and acceptability. This study found the average score of the accuracy was 2. 35 with 198 total scores and the average score of the acceptability was 2.48 with 209 total scores. The result indicates that the translation was relatively accurate and acceptable for the raters. However, it needs further improvement to maintain the context of the source text (ST) in the target text (TT) to reach an accuracy and acceptability in The Wellerman folksong. This study implied that it is crucial to maintain the imagery, narration, and the context of folksong translation.
