titis was ranked eighth with the most common disease with a percentage of 5.03%, while in 2022 it experienced an increase and was ranked sixth with a percentage of 5.96%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with symptoms of dermatitis in prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary in 2024. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling on 1124 prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary by conducting interviews. Prisoners' knowledge was in the good category as much as 40.4% of respondents. Attitudes in the positive category were 37.2% of respondents. Prisoners with housing that meets the requirements are 21.3% of respondents. Bathing habits were in the good category as many as 53.2% of respondents. Clothing cleanliness was in the good category as many as 37.2% of respondents. Towel cleanliness was in the good category as many as 41.5% of respondents.

The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

Over a five-month period, the researcher actively engaged in activities at the batik house, observing production processes, interacting with craftsmen, and creating works using Shibotik coloring techniques. The findings reveal that Batik Komar successfully developed Shibotik as an innovative form of textile art. By combining six basic Shibori dyeing techniques—Arashi, Itajime, Kanoko, Kumo, Miura, and Nui—they created new patterns that blend the clarity of traditional batik motifs with the unpredictable edges of Shibori motifs. This collaboration not only produces beautiful and narrative fabrics but also has a positive impact on the community. The increased interest in Shibori, particularly among young entrepreneurs, creates economic opportunities and new jobs. However, suggestions for further research highlight the creative potential of coloring techniques and their economic and cultural impact, particularly on Indonesia's cultural heritage. The study also outlines practical implications, such as enhancing education and training opportunities in batik and Shibori techniques at the local level. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability suggests investigating the application of Shibori techniques with environmentally friendly principles. In conclusion, Shibotik contributes not only to preserving Indonesia's batik heritage but also opens new potentials in the creative industry. ys a qualitative descriptive approach with a sample of 15 students selected based on high, medium, and low ability categories. Data were collected through essay tests and analyzed using Newman's Error Analysis, which consists of five stages of errors: reading, understanding, transformation, process skills, and writing the final answer. The analysis results indicate that the highest incidence of errors occurred in the understanding stage and process skills stage, each accounting for 36%. Transformation errors accounted for 21.33%, while reading and final answer writing errors were in the very low category, each at 9.33%. These findings indicate that students still face difficulties in understanding basic concepts and technical steps in geometric transformations. Based on these results, it is recommended that teachers implement systematic learning strategies such as Learning Therapy, emphasizing the understanding of prerequisite concepts, writing down known and asked information, and developing the habit of structuring and evaluating solution steps systematically to minimize similar errors in the future.

The 107 educational staff members of Bosowa University in 2026 make up the study population, and a complete sampling technique is used. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and personnel data recording were used to gather data. Descriptive statistics, basic linear regression, and various tests were employed in data analysis. Kinship-based recruitment procedures fall into the top category, according to the study's results (score 4.17). An estimated 52% of the 42 educational employees hired between 2023 and 2025 did so through non-competitive means that included nepotism. The performance of education staff hired prior to 2023 (score 3.70) and those hired between 2023 and 2025 (score 2.31) differs significantly, by 37.6%. 48.3% of the reduction in performance is positively and significantly impacted by family-based recruitment techniques. For education staff hired through non-merit methods, this report suggests implementing a meritocracy system, thorough HR audits, and competency improvement initiatives.

Kerangka ini mencakup agenda-agenda yang sistematis dan komprehensif berupa model teknologi UTAUT2, teori partisipasi, dan teori value basic. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini memberikan solusi berupa paket kebijakan strategis melalui kolaborasi Hexahelix dan strategi 3H (Hexa: Optimization, Reformation, Acceleration). Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan metode penelitian jenis campuran, yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research dan quantitative descriptive, serta mengelaborasikan elemen-elemen kualitatif yang disajikan melalui pengumpulan informasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode triangulasi yang bersumber dari laporan industri, data statistik terkait, OECD, APJII, jurnal terakreditasi, dan internet. Kemudian, dilakukan pengkajian kembali atas data tersebut dalam memproyeksikan output penelitian berupa rekomendasi paket kebijakan ideal atas permasalahan yang diangkat. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sharing-economy memberikan manfaat seperti efisiensi sumber daya, pertumbuhan wirausaha, dan inklusi sosial. Namun, sharing-economy juga menimbulkan tantangan seperti persaingan tidak adil dengan bisnis konvensional, polemik regulasi, serta kesejahteraan pekerja yang tidak terjamin. Temuan utama menyoroti perlunya strategi 3H dan kolaborasi Hexahelix untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan sharing-economy. Keterbaruan penelitian ini adalah menyajikan analisis komprehensif dari implikasi sharing-economy di berbagai sektor serta memberikan inovasi rekomendasi paket kebijakan yang holistik pada jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang.
