ve a sufficient understanding of how to identify, develop, and maintain the potential of members (talent management), resulting in the leadership regeneration process often being less than optimal. This community service activity was conducted in the form of material preparation for the Student Leadership Basic Training (LDKM) organized by the Student Association (HIMA) of Economic Education on August 9, 2026, at Villa Cantik, with the theme "The Urgency of Leadership." A total of 55 students participated as event participants. The material presented focuses on talent management within organizations, covering the identification of member potential, competency development strategies, and mapping the regeneration of management. The implementation methods include interactive lectures, group discussions, and organizational case studies. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of talent management, marked by high enthusiasm in discussions and the participants' ability to formulate strategies for managing members' potential in organizational case simulations. This activity made a tangible contribution to strengthening students' leadership capacities and opened up opportunities for sustainable collaboration between academics and student organizations within the Economics Education Study Program

The background of this study is based on the decline and fluctuations in BuatMudah e-course sales amidst the growth of the EdTech industry and increasing competition in the educational market for content creators. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 355 BuatMudah e-course customers. The research instrument was designed based on indicators of paid social media advertising, digital marketing content quality, customer trust, and purchase decisions. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the Sobel test to examine the mediating role. The results show that paid social media advertising has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, with a path coefficient of 0.72 and a calculated t-value of 16.17. The quality of digital marketing content also has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, with a path coefficient of 0.75 and a calculated t-value of 14.41. Furthermore, paid social media advertising had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a path coefficient of 0.25 and a calculated t-value of 4.35. Meanwhile, the quality of digital marketing content had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a path coefficient of 0.14 and a calculated t-value of 2.31. Customer trust was shown to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a path coefficient of 0.39 and a calculated t-value of 5.03. The Sobel test results indicate that customer trust mediates the effect of paid social media advertising on purchasing decisions and also mediates the effect of digital marketing content quality on purchasing decisions. Thus, purchasing decisions for the BuatMudah e-course are determined not only by advertising effectiveness and content quality, but also by the ability of these two digital marketing stimuli to build customer trust.

oys a quantitative comparative approach using quarterly financial statement data from 2024–2025. The analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results show that descriptively, most financial ratios experienced a decline, particularly in profitability and activity ratios, along with a decrease in liquidity and a slight increase in solvency. However, the Wilcoxon test results indicate that these changes are not statistically significant. These findings suggest that despite reputational pressure from the parent company’s crisis, the company’s financial performance remains relatively stable. The results show that UNVR and KLBF demonstrated high efficiency in asset management, while BBCA and BMRI exhibited strong profitability. JSMR had an aggressive capital structure but was supported by adequate liquidity. Meanwhile, UNVR and BBRI stood out for their generous dividend distribution policies. Stock valuation was carried out using two approaches: PER and PBV. Based on PER, nine issuers were classified as undervalued because their intrinsic values exceeded market prices, while two issuers (DSNG and SMGR) were considered overvalued. In contrast, the PBV approach indicated that ten issuers were overvalued, with only DSNG being undervalued. These differing results suggest that PER focuses more on a company’s earnings performance, whereas PBV emphasizes its book value. Therefore, stock investment assessment should be carried out comprehensively by considering more than one valuation method.

Apart from that, the use of the yard also contributes to improving the family's economy. This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

Data collection methods are through tests (pretest and posttest), questionnaires, and documentation. The number of samples in this study were 76 students, where in the experimental class there were 38 students and in the control class 38 students. The data analysis used is the N-Gain of the experimental class and control class, as well as the experimental class Hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the N-Gain of the experimental class is in the high and effective category, while the control class is in the low and less effective category.
