The first five years of marriage represent a critical period prone to various issues, such as personality differences, poor communication patterns, financial problems, spiritual crises, and the influence of secular culture. Although the church has implemented a premarital counseling program, data indicate instances of divorce among young married couples due to a lack of continuous guidance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using observation, semi-structured interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 25 couples who were married between 2020 and 2025. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, validated through source triangulation. The findings reveal that the majority of respondents (70–80%) acknowledged that post-marital counseling plays a significant role in resolving household conflicts, fostering healthy communication, and strengthening family spirituality. The key finding of this study is the effectiveness of the MUSI-based pastoral counseling model (Problem, Effort, Goal, Intervention), which is systematic, contextual, and spiritually integrative according to the needs of the local congregation. The study recommends that the church develop post-marital counseling programs as an integral part of pastoral family ministry in a preventive, structured, and continuous manner to strengthen Christian family resilience from the early stages of marriage.

This study highlights several key aspects of Jesus leadership, including His character, spirituality, and service. Jesus character in leadership inspires exemplary traits of love, devotion, humility, and integrity, forming the foundation for effective and positively impactful leadership. Furthermore, spirituality of Jesus in leading is reflected in His steadfastness in prayer and in His understanding and teaching of Scripture. Jesus service as a leader demonstrates His commitment to selflessly serve with love and prioritize the needs of others over His own. Through a qualitative approach, this research takes the Evangelical Fellowship Church of Eliezer in a specific region as a case study to illustrate how the application of Jesus leadership principles can yield positive social transformation in a church context. The findings of this research provide significant implications for contemporary church leaders to emulate Jesus leadership in serving the people with love, leading by example, and preparing the next generation grounded in spiritual values and integrity.

What is the solution to God’s protection in the post-pandemic extreme poverty phenomenon in Indonesia? The outcomes of using the literature investigate method are listed below: (1) Poverty as a disadvantage to citizens measured in terms of a certain standard of living, which refers to relative poverty designs that carry out similar analyzes in many poor countries. (2) The consequences of living in poverty are worsening health, declining health, and lack of security. professional communication skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of job interview simulations and examine their impact on the job readiness of Generation Z in Bandung City. The study employed a descriptive-evaluative method involving 45 Generation Z participants. Data were collected through observation, performance assessments, documentation, and participant feedback. The findings indicate that job interview simulations effectively enhanced participants’ readiness, as evidenced by 85% of participants reporting that they felt highly prepared and confident, while the remaining 15% reported feeling prepared and confident after completing the program. Interviewers’ evaluations revealed that 70% of participants demonstrated a very good improvement in their ability to respond to interview questions, 18% showed good improvement, and 12% exhibited fairly good improvement. Participant satisfaction with the program was also notably high, with 77% reporting being very satisfied, 15% satisfied, and 8% fairly satisfied with the implementation of the activity. The results confirm that job interview simulations are effective in improving participants’ self-confidence, communication competence, and overall job readiness. The novelty of this study lies in the application of interview simulations based on authentic recruitment scenarios, evaluated through the dimensions of job readiness, communication competence, and participant satisfaction, thereby offering a practical career development model for Generation Z.

This study focuses on how early adult women interpret their experiences of witnessing paternal infidelity and the implications of these experiences for trust, commitment, emotional dynamics, and partner selection processes. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was employed to explore the subjective experiences of three early adult women aged 20-22 who encountered such events during adolescence. The findings indicate that these experiences are interpreted as traumatic, giving rise to anxiety, fear of betrayal, and difficulties in developing trust, while simultaneously fostering heightened vigilance and selectivity in choosing partners, with an emphasis on loyalty, communication, and emotional security. The emerging psychological dynamics include trust issues, a tendency to avoid conflict, and a strong need for emotional stability, which are addressed through conscious efforts to build healthier relationships characterized by open communication and effective emotional regulation. The study concludes that the subjective meaning-making of paternal infidelity plays a crucial role in shaping relational patterns, perceptions of romantic relationships, and partner selection decisions among early adult women. The novelty of this research lies in its emphasis on the meaning-making dimension, which not only reveals psychological impacts but also highlights resilience and the transformation of traumatic experiences into a foundation for more adaptive and constructive relationships.

trengthen the implementation of the Family Planning Program as a strategic effort to control fertility among couples of reproductive age. The success of this program is influenced not only by access to health services but also by family support, particularly the husband’s support in decisions related to contraceptive use. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between husband’s support and the decision to use three-month injectable contraception among family planning acceptors. The research applied a quantitative approach with a correlational design and a cross-sectional research type. The population consisted of all family planning acceptors at TPMB Ny. Sofi Rufiah totaling 109 individuals, while the sample included 86 respondents selected through a random sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed statistically using the Chi-Square test through SPSS software. The results showed that the majority of respondents received support from their husbands, totaling 60 individuals (69.8%), while the use of three-month injectable contraception was reported by 49 respondents (57%). Statistical analysis indicated a significant relationship between husband’s support and the decision to use three-month injectable contraception with a significance value of p < 0.05, meaning the research hypothesis was accepted. These findings confirm that husband’s support is an important factor influencing women’s decisions in selecting contraceptive methods. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing the role of husband’s support as a social determinant contributing to the successful use of three-month injectable contraception at the level of independent midwifery practice services. The results are expected to provide a foundation for strengthening family-based family planning education strategies.

This condition raises both conceptual and practical issues regarding how to design a model of Islamic Religious Education that systematically, applicatively, and contextually integrates scientific knowledge and spirituality within contemporary higher education. This study aims to formulate such an integrative framework through a qualitative approach based on an in-depth literature review of books, journal articles, and research findings, which are analyzed thematically and conceptually. The results identify three main strategies: the development of an interdisciplinary curriculum that internalizes ethical–tawhidic values within professional sciences, the implementation of value-based pedagogy that connects spiritual concepts such as as-sidq and al-amanah with real-life case studies, and the strengthening of campus culture that supports value internalization through co-curricular activities and community service. The synthesis of findings indicates that this integrative model has the potential to enhance students’ moral awareness, spiritual resilience, and ethical decision-making capacity in responding to the dynamics and complexities of modern life. The conclusion emphasizes that the integration of scientific knowledge and spirituality in Islamic Religious Education is not merely a curricular supplement, but a strategic necessity in higher education. The novelty of this study lies in the formulation of a conceptual framework that positions spirituality as an overarching paradigm that provides meaning, direction, and ethical responsibility for the entire structure of knowledge, while offering an applicative model to overcome the dichotomy between secular science and religion in order to produce graduates with strong character, reflective capacity, and a commitment to social responsibility. The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. This study aims to analyze the impact of compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi. The population of this study consists of 198 employees, with a sample size of 133. The data analysis methods used include instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.166, sig value 0.002). 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.191, sig value 0.002). 5) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 2.085, sig value 0.032). 6) Collectively, these factors—compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment—have a positive and significant impact on employee performance (F value 67.787, sig value 0.000).
