leh sanksi berat Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) terhadap emiten PT Multi Makmur Lemindo Tbk (PIPA) dan PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (REAL) akibat kesalahan material laporan keuangan dan transaksi abnormal. Berbeda dengan riset terdahulu yang mengkaji kecurangan pasar secara parsial, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan praktik manajemen laba (earnings management), transaksi orang dalam (insider trading), dan manipulasi pasar (saham gorengan) sebagai satu kesatuan mata rantai kejahatan kerah putih (white-collar crime), sekaligus membedahnya melalui tinjauan etika bisnis normatif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menerapkan teknik analisis konten (content analysis) dan studi literatur komparatif terhadap data sekunder rilis resmi regulator serta laporan keuangan emiten. Pisau analisis yang digunakan mencakup Fraud Diamond Theory, Teori Keagenan (Agency Theory), Asimetri Informasi, serta Paradigma Integritas Manusia Utuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya sinkronisasi kecurangan yang terstruktur dari hulu ke hilir. Tahap hulu (the setup) diawali dengan rekayasa akuntansi melalui penyalahgunaan kapabilitas manajemen. Ketimpangan informasi di hulu kemudian dimanfaatkan di tengah jalan (the leak) untuk membocorkan informasi material kepada jaringan afiliasi, yang bermuara pada transaksi semu di hilir (the execution) guna menjebak psikologi investor ritel demi keuntungan egoistik sepihak. Dari tinjauan etika utilitarianisme dan deontologi Immanuel Kant, mata rantai kejahatan finansial ini dinilai cacat moral secara mutlak karena mencederai kewajiban moral kejujuran (duty of honesty) dan mengeksploitasi investor publik semata-mata sebagai alat komersial (means to an end). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan sistem deteksi dini terintegrasi oleh regulator untuk memutus rantai kecurangan finansial di bursa nasional, Indonesia terutama ketika penerapannya masih bersifat formalitas dan belum didukung oleh budaya organisasi yang berintegritas. Perbedaan hasil juga dipengaruhi oleh sektor industri dan tingkat kematangan tata kelola masing-masing organisasi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada perbandingan lintas sektor dan metode yang memperlihatkan bahwa efektivitas GCG dan audit internal sangat bergantung pada komitmen nyata dari manajemen serta internalisasi nilai-nilai etis dalam organisasi. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan agar mengkaji variabel moderasi seperti budaya organisasi dan komitmen manajemen, serta memperluas cakupan sektor penelitian agar hasilnya lebih representatif.

Nilai-nilai tersebut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan melalui perilaku hemat sumber daya, mengurangi pemborosan, serta mengendalikan sikap konsumtif. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa gaya hidup modern memiliki pengaruh ganda terhadap kepedulian lingkungan. Di satu sisi, perkembangan teknologi dan informasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan lingkungan, namun di sisi lain budaya konsumtif berpotensi mendorong perilaku yang kurang ramah lingkungan. ious formation as an effort to shape changes in behavior, spiritual awareness and morals of inmates while serving their sentence. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation of development officers, spiritual mentors and inmates. The research results show that the Islamic spiritual guidance model is implemented through religious lectures, learning to read the Koran, Islamic studies, congregational prayers, dhikr, and daily moral development. Guidanceis carried out on a scheduled basis and involves cooperation between correctional institutions and religious leaders. Islamic spiritual guidance has a positive influence on changes in the attitudes and behavior of inmates, such as increasing discipline, awareness of worship, mutual respect, and decreasing deviant behavior in the correctional environment. Supporting factors in implementing this program include support from officers and enthusiasm of the inmates, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities and a lack of spiritual mentors.

is paper examines the effects of Islamic ethics, environmental consciousness, and social norms on the purchase intention of eco-friendly and sustainable halal products, considering the moderating role of consumer trust. Four hundred and twelve participants among Muslims participated in the study, and their data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The proposed model had good explanatory power as it was able to explain 68.4% and 59.7% of the variances in green halal purchase intention (R² = 0.684) and consumer trust (R² = 0.597), respectively. Results of this study indicate that Islamic ethics (β = 0.31, p < 0.001), environmental consciousness (β = 0.27, p < 0.001), and social norms (β = 0.22, p < 0.01) positively influenced consumer trust. Moreover, consumer trust significantly and positively impacted green halal purchase intention (β = 0.45, p < 0.001). The mediation analyses reveal that consumer trust partly mediates the effect of Islamic ethical values, environment, and social norms on green halal purchase intention. Out of all the antecedents tested, Islamic ethical values have been found to be the most effective determinant of green halal purchase intention. It can thus be concluded that the purchase intention for green halal products increases significantly if the customers perceive these products as being consistent with Islamic moral standards, sustainable for the environment, and approved by society, especially where the issue of consumer trust is involved. This research has contributed significantly to the extant literature by showing how trust acts as an important bridge between the antecedents of green halal purchase intention and the actual intention to purchase.

The study population was the managers of Bank Muamalat Ambon, while informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on experience and involvement in Islamic banking activities. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview guide. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews and analyzed using phenomenological analysis through the stages of transcription, coding, grouping themes, and extracting essential meanings. The results show that sharia accountability is interpreted as a professional, moral, social, and spiritual responsibility manifested through trustworthiness, transparency, sharia compliance, fair service, and supervision. The conclusion of the study confirms that sharia accountability is not only understood as formal reporting, but as an ethical and religious practice carried out in daily work activities.

ism. The study addresses the limitation of the resource-based view (RBV), which tends to emphasize resource capacity without adequately considering the normative dimension guiding its utilization. A contingency model is proposed that positions internal moral quality as a conditioning factor for the effectiveness of strategic resources in enhancing business resilience. Using an explanatory quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 250 micro and small enterprise (MSE) owners in Makassar City. Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze the direct effects of expertise, education and training, physical capacity, and capital on business resilience, as well as the moderating role of akhlakul karimah in these relationships. The results indicate that expertise, education and training, physical capacity, and capital positively influence business resilience. Furthermore, akhlakul karimah strengthens the relationship between strategic resources and business resilience, suggesting that the effectiveness of transforming technical capacities into business resilience is contingent upon the entrepreneur’s internal moral quality. These findings extend resource-based business resilience discourse by integrating moral capital as an internal governance mechanism.
