pproach. K3 has a strategic role in creating a safe and healthy work environment, which not only contributes to reducing the number of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, but also has implications for improving employee performance and productivity. However, the relationship between K3 and productivity is not always direct, but rather influenced by psychological and organizational factors, especially organizational commitment and company culture. This study uses the SLR method with PRISMA steps. Articles filtered from the Scopus journal database with the topic The study process is carried out systematically through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set. The results of the study show that the effective implementation of K3 has a positive effect on employee productivity both directly and indirectly. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator that strengthens these relationships through increased employee loyalty, attachment, and responsibility, while a company culture that supports safety values strengthens collective norms and performance orientation in Indonesia published between 2021 and 2026 in a total of 5,863 articles. After elimination according to the criteria, only 41 articles were considered and extracted. These findings confirm that K3 is not only seen as a regulatory obligation, but as a strategic instrument in human resource management to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of the organization. Theoretically, this study integrates the concepts of K3, organizational commitment, company culture, and productivity in a comprehensive conceptual framework, and practically provides managerial implications in strengthening performance based on work safety.

mically vulnerable. One of the sectors that is considered to have great potential in reducing poverty levels is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This article aims to conceptually examine the role of MSMEs in efforts to reduce poverty in rural communities by taking the context of Bantaeng Regency. The writing method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature studies of scientific journals, reference books, and relevant official government documents published in the last five years. The results of the study show that MSMEs play a role as a driver of the local economy through the creation of job opportunities, increasing household income, and strengthening the economic independence of communities based on local potential. However, the development of MSMEs in rural areas is still faced with various structural obstacles, such as limited capital, low managerial capacity of business actors, and limited market access. Furthermore, this study highlights the crucial role of prioritizing employee well-being and Psychological Capital (PsyCap), particularly in emerging economies where social safety nets may be limited. This research provides a comprehensive framework for HR practitioners in the tourism sector to formulate policies that balance business continuity with human-centric support in challenging times.

and sustainable learning management. One of the most disruptive technological innovations that has become the primary focus in educational transformation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has demonstrated extraordinary potential in revolutionizing various aspects of learning management through sophisticated adaptive capabilities, deep learning personalization, and comprehensive administrative automation. This research aims to comprehensively and systematically examine the multidimensional role of AI in enhancing the quality of learning management in the digital era, with in-depth analytical focus on three fundamental pillars: strategic learning planning, pedagogical process implementation, and learning outcome evaluation. The research methodology employs a rigorous Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing over 150 high-quality scientific articles from leading national and international journals published between 2014-2024, utilizing a thematic synthesis framework to identify emergent patterns and significant trends in AI implementation in education. Research findings reveal that AI implementation in learning management produces multifaceted transformative impacts, including significant improvements in pedagogical decision-making quality through predictive analytics and data-driven insights, strengthening the strategic role of teachers as adaptive and responsive learning facilitators, and expanding democratic learning accessibility through adaptive learning systems and intelligent tutoring systems technologies. AI has also proven effective in optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing student engagement through intelligent gamification, and facilitating inclusive and equitable learning.
However, this research also identifies complex challenges that must be addressed in AI implementation, including significant technological infrastructure gaps particularly in remote areas, limitations in educators' digital literacy affecting technology adoption, and ethics and data privacy issues requiring comprehensive regulatory frameworks. The implications of this research emphasize the need for a holistic and structured approach in integrating AI into educational systems, considering technological, pedagogical, and socio-cultural aspects in a balanced manner to achieve sustainable and positively impactful educational transformation.
Abstract:This article examines criticism of the practice of interfaith marriage in the framework of religious moderation in Indonesia over the past fifteen years. Through a qualitative approach with a structured literature study,…
this study evaluates the dynamics of interfaith marriage criticism and its impact on religious moderation practices in society. Data was collected from journals and books published between 2018 and 2023 that discussed the theory of religious moderation and the dynamics of interfaith marriage. The results of the analysis show that criticism of interfaith marriage, while potentially hindering tolerance, also triggers negotiations of religious identity and renewal of the value of moderation. These findings reveal a new understanding that criticism, when articulated in a balanced and objective manner, can encourage the enhancement of intercommunal dialogue and the affirmation of the values of religious moderation. The implications of this research are important in the development of inclusive public policy and religious practices, and are expected to serve as a basis for further research and decision-making in the fields of religious moderation and socio-religious studies.
