r dan KMS secara manual sehingga pencatatan maupun pencarian data berlangsung kurang efisien serta rentan terjadi kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Kajian ini ditujukan guna merancang serta membangun Sistem Posyandu Pintar berbasis web yang mendukung pengelolaan data secara digital serta terintegrasi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi pustaka. Sistem dilakukan pengembangan memakai framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, serta Bootstrap menjadi antarmuka pengguna. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwasannya sistem yang dibangun bisa membantu kader Posyandu mengelola data balita, lansia, kader, serta pemeriksaan kesehatan secara lebih cepat dan akurat, sekaligus memudahkan pembuatan laporan otomatis. Hasil pengujian juga mengindikasikan tiap fitur utama, meliputi login, tambah data, ubah data, hapus data, serta cetak laporan, berfungsi selaras keperluan pengguna.
Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) is a public health service that plays a crucial role in monitoring the health of pregnant women, toddlers, and the elderly. However, data management at Posyandu Puspa Indah 2 in South Tangerang City is still done manually using register books and Health Cards (KMS). This slows down the recording and retrieval process and risks errors and data loss. This reserach was conducted to design and develop a web-based Posyandu Pintar system that facilitates integrated and digitalized data management. The research utilized observation, interviews, and literature review as the primary data collection methods. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database management system, and Bootstrap for interface design. The results demonstrate that the system effectively supports Posyandu cadres in managing toddler data, the elderly, cadres, and health checks more quickly and accurately, while simplifying the automated reporting process. Testing results show that all key features, such as logging in, adding data, editing data, deleting data, and printing reports, function well according to user needs.

This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.

Algoritma C4.5 merupakan suatu model prediksi yang menggunakan struktur pohon keputusan. Data dalam pohon keputusan biasanya dinyatakan dalam bentuk tabel dengan data record. Secara umum, algoritma C4.5 untuk membangun pohon keputusan dimulai dari pemilihan atribut sebagai akar, membuat cabang untuk tiap tiap nilai, membagi kasus dalam cabang. Dan mengulangi proses untuk setiap cabang sampai semua kasus pada cabang memiliki kelas yang sama. Dapat diketahui bahwa atribut dengan Gain tertinggi adalah Nilai Sikap dengan nilai 0,433593, sehingga atribut Nilai Sikap dapat menjadi Node Akar berikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem algoritma c4.5 dapat membantu pihak sekolah untuk memprediksi prestasi siswa pada sekolah UPT SD Negeri 071028 Luzamanu. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to have a system for determining the priority of potential KIP recipients by adding some more basic criteria. In this study a decision support system was designed using the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method. The results of calculations using the pairwise comparison matrix for the use of criteria show that the most important priority is shown in the status of an active applicant of 0.391, the second priority is the completeness of the files of 0.406, the third priority is the orphanage of 0.095, the fourth priority is parental income of 0.066, and the priority the fifth is a dependent of 0.041. Meanwhile, for alternative use, the data obtained is that the highest value weight determines the recipient of Smart Indonesia Card Assistance (KIP), namely Rizky Amelia Ritonga with a value of 0.171, the second alternative is Rangga Pranata with a value of 0.141 and the third alternative is Elva Radis with a value of 0.124.

Abstrak: Desa Sipaku Area yang sekarang ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk 1963 kartu keluarga dengan kepadatan 7423 jiwa yang terbagi dalam 8 Dusun. Desa tetap bisa mendaftarkan masyarakat yang tidak memiliki Kartu Indonesia Pintar ke Dinas yang bersangkutan dengan mendata masyarakatnya yang memiliki KPS, PKH atau SKTM, untuk mendapat program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP), karena banyaknya masyarakat mengajukan permohonan dan banyak kriteria yang harus diperhitungkan, sehingga Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pihak Kantor Kepala Desa Sipaku Area dalam menentukan prioritas calon penerima KIP sangat sulit, tidak transparan dan tidak efesien. Oleh Karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya sistem dalam menentukan prioritas calon penerima KIP dengan menambahkan beberapa kriteria yang lebih mendasar. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Hasil perhitungan menggunakan matrik perbandingan berpasangan untuk penggunaan kriteria menunjukkan bahwa prioritas yang paling utama ditunjukkan pada status Pemohon aktif sebesar 0.391, prioritas kedua yaitu Kelengkanpan Berkas sebesar 0.406, prioritas ketiga yaitu kondisi yatim piatu sebesar 0.095, prioritas keempat yaitu penghasilan orangtua sebesar 0.066, dan prioritas kelima yaitu tanggungan sebesar 0.041 Sedangkan untuk penggunaan alternatif diperoleh data yaitu bobot nilai paling tinggi menentukan Penerima Bantuan Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) yaitu Rizky Amelia Ritonga dengan nilai 0.171, alternatif kedua Rangga Pranata dengan nilai 0.141 dan alternatif ketiga Elva Radis dengan nilai 0.124.
