ntrolling the temperature of the cage as well as monitoring the ammonia gas produced by chicken droppings. Temperature and ammonia gas levels have a major impact on chicken growth and health. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.

The final problem (3) is in the legal sector, where the partner product does not yet have a production permit as a legality and security aspect in expanding marketing. The solution to the problem provided is by offering donations for production equipment and some training. The method of implementing the service is by adopting the PALS (participatory learning system) method. The results of the service obtained are an increase in production capacity in the last two months, increased knowledge of partners in packaging with new designs. Partners already have social media as digital marketing. Partners have knowledge in certification and electronic transactions. Partner responses to the implementation of activities with results were 31% satisfactory and 69% very satisfactory. Meanwhile, in training, partner responses were 37.5% satisfactory and 62.5% very satisfactory.

Abstrak: Bumbu Bali “NePaon†di produksi oleh kelompok Suka Wirang yang terletak di Desa Bukit Tibulaka. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra yaitu (1) bidang produksi, kapasitas produksi kurang maksimal dan pengemasan mengalami kebocoran sehingga menyebabkan label menjadi rusak. (2) bidang pemasaran, adanya keterbatasan pemasaran yang dilakukan secara konvesional. Permasalahan terakhir (3) bidang hukum, dimana produk mitra belum memiliki izin produksi sebagai aspek legalitas dan standar keamanan dalam memperluas pemasaran. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan yaitu dengan menawarkan sumbangan alat – alat produksi dan beberapa pelatihan. Metode pelakasanaan pengabdian dengan mengadopsi metode PALS (participatory learning system). Hasil pengabdian diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dalam dua bulan terakhir, meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam melakukan pengemasan dengan desain yang baru. Mitra sudah memiliki media sosial sebagai pemasaran digital marketing. Mitra memiliki pengatahuan dalam sertifikasi dan transaksi elektronik. Respon mitra terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan hasil 31% memuaskan dan 69% sangat memuaskan. Sedangkan pada pelatihan, respon mitra 37,5% memuaskan dan 62,5% sangat memuaskan.

Thus, with this tool, the corn seed planting process becomes faster. Corn planting is the most widely produced crop in the world, and corn seed plants are most suitable for planting in high-temperature areas. Especially in Indonesia, corn plants cover more than 100 million hectares, consisting of 70 countries and even 53 developing countries. The tool being socialized is a simple tool that is used with human power by pushing without the use of motorized equipment. In the planting process, the spacing between corn seed plants and the number of corn seeds can be adjusted during the planting process. The vessel or container supplying corn seeds is a hopper located at the top, and a hole is provided at the bottom of the hopper, which is the outlet channel. Thus, the results of this socialization can shorten the time in the corn seed planting process.

Activities and efforts undertaken must be able to have a high selling value and have the creativity to attract the attention of consumers. Sabila Handcraft is a handcraft UKM that sells handcrafted products. It is known that there are still many obstacles that occur in the production process, including rejected products that must be repaired such as wrong designs and wrong cuts, rejects when distributing goods to consumers caused by negligence in the delivery process (items stacked, products not working), as well as PO (Purchase Order) which is quite long takes almost 1 week from the order made. These rejects were caused by errors from operators who were not careful in designing and lack of quality management training for workers at UKM Sabila Handcraft. Through this training, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact, especially improving performance in the Sabila Handcraft UKM so that it can increase the output of the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.

Pandemi membuat banyak orang untuk meningkatkan kreativitas agar usaha yang dibuat tetap bisa bertahan dan menjadi penyokong ekonomi. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Sabila Handcraft adalah salah satu UKM handcraft yang menjual produk-produk kreasi pekerjaan tangan. Diketahui masih banyak kendala yang terjadi pada proses produksinya, diantara produk reject yang harus diperbaiki seperti salah desain dan salah potong, reject pada saat pendistribusian barang ke konsumen yang disebabkan karena kelalaian dalam proses pengiriman (barang ditumpuk, produk tidak berfungsi), serta PO (Purchase Order) yang cukup lama membutuhkan waktu hampir 1 minggu dari pemesanan yang dilakukan. Berbagai reject ini disebabkan karena kesalahan dari operator yang kurang teliti dalam mendesain serta kurang adanya pelatihan tentang manajemen kualitas kepada para pekerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft. Untuk itu perlu pelatihan mengenai manajemen kualitas pada UKM Sabila Handcraft untuk mengelola dan memastikan kualitas produk, layanan, atau proses bisnis secara efektif. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft sehingga dapat meningkatkan output dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstrak: Dengan hadirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0, teknologi digital dan internet menjadi tulang punggung teknologi, salah satunya media sosial. Berbagai jenis media sosial populer, seperti Twitter, Facebook, dan instagram, memiliki fungsi dan tujuan yang berbeda. Marketplace adalah platform media sosial yang memiliki banyak keuntungan jika digunakan dengan benar. Pedagang dapat menjual barangnya secara online di marketplace dengan memberikan foto dan deskripsi yang jelas. Selain itu metode pembayaran yang dilakukan di marketplace rata-rata setelah barang sampai mereka membayar atau banyak yang menyebutnya COD (cash on delivery). Namun, semuanya berubah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pembatasan protokol kesehatan yang dilakukan pemerintah berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan pada Sekolah Hang Nadim Batam. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan survey selanjutnya pelatihan dan terakhir evaluasi. Hasil dari pengbadian ini didapat bahwa siswa-siswa 80% bisa mengerti dengan teknologi digital marketing.

WordPress is a widely used CMS for developing company profile web services for small, medium and large companies. So the selection of this CMS is very suitable for the BKPRMI homepage. Abstrak: Badan Komunikasi Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (BKPRMI) merupakan sebuah organisasi kader dakwah dan wahana komunikasi pemuda remaja masjid di Indonesia. Pentingnya penyebaran informasi sebagai upaya dalam memberikan/ mensosialisasikan kegiatan-kegiatan BKPRMI kepada masyarakat. Dari hasil observasi yang kami lakukan masyarakat sangat banyak yang tidak tahu tentang kegiatan-kegiatan BKPRMI Kabupaten Asahan. Saat ini BKPRMI Kabupaten Asahan belum memiliki fasilitas website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi kepada seluruh anggota maupun masyarakat umum. Website sudah menjadi fasilitas wajib yang harus disediakan sebagai media untuk menyebarkan informasi kepada seluruh masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan di Badan Komunikasi Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (BKPRMI) Asahan merupakan suatu bentuk tridharma perguruan tinggi yang dilakukan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Workshop pengelolaan Homepage BKPRMI. Website BKPRMI ini berbasis Wordpress. CMS Wordpress merupakan CMS yang sangat banyak digunakan untuk mengembangkan layanan web company profile sebuah perusahaan baik kecil, menengah maupun perusahaan besar. Sehingga pemilihan CMS ini sangat cocok untuk homepage BKPRMI. Selain itu CMS Wordpress sangat mudah untuk diinstalasi dan digunakan. Tofu waste processing activities are carried out in Poco Mal Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency. The methods of implementing the activities implemented are implementation methods, business management, tofu dregs processing techniques, and marketing strategies. Each activity method applied will be evaluated through discussion activities with members and if any obstacles are found, the team will quickly address the existing obstacles. This method becomes an organized processing system with a business management approach. The results of this activity have a positive impact in the form of new innovations in the management of tofu waste into crackers. The innovations provided are in the form of spicy, original, and fried onions. The sales target for tofu dregs crackers will be gradually increased and for this stage, business activities are focused on increasing sales each time it is produced.

Abstrak: Tahu merupakan salah satu makanan sehari-hari masyarakat Indonesia. Industri tahu sendiri sudah cukup banyak di temui di daerah Kabupaten Manggarai namun sisa ampas tahu tidak diolah lebih lanjut dan hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak. Mengacu dari berbagai penelitian yang sudah dilakukan mempertegaskan bahwa ampas tahu dapat diolah sebagai bahan baku olahan aneka makanan, salah satunya ialah kerupuk ampas tahu. Pengolahan ampas tahu menjadi kerupuk merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dibuat tanpa mengurangi nilai gizi yang ada dalam ampas tahu. Kegiatan pengolahan ampas tahu dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Poco Mal Kecamatan Langke Rembong Kabupaten Manggarai. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diterapkan berupa metode pelaksanaan, manajemen usaha, teknik pengolahan ampas tahu, dan strategi pemasaran. Setiap metode kegiatan yang diterapkan akan dievaluasi melalui kegiatan diskusi bersama anggota dan jika ditemukan adanya kendala maka tim secara cepat menyikapi kendala yang ada. Metode ini menjadi suatu sistem pengolahan yang terorganisir dengan pendekatan manajemen usaha. Hasil kegiatan ini memberi dampak positif berupa adanya inovasi baru terhadap pengelolaan limbah ampas tahu menjadi kerupuk. Inovasi yang diberikan berupa pemberian rasa pedas, original,dan bawang goreng. Target penjualan kerupuk ampas tahu akan ditingkatkan secara bertahap dan untuk tahap ini kegiatan usaha difokuskan pada peningkatan penjualan setiap kali produksi.

The implementation of this program uses the mentoring method for the treasurer and the village finance department in each community service partner. This activity will provide a conceptual and technical understanding of the administration and management of village assets. Furthermore, the treasurers and the finance department will be asked to simulate the preparation of the accountability report. To provide better results in implementing this program, we, together with the team, will provide assistance and training related to managing and administering village assets. This activity program will make it easier for asset managers to prepare village accountability reports following applicable regulations.

Bandung Propinsi Jawa Barat. Bendahara dan Bagian keuangan desa yang akan diberikan pendampingan tentang penatausahaan dan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Pelaksanaan program ini dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan bagi bendahara dan bagian keuangan desa di masing masing mitra pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pemahaman konsep dan teknis tentang penatausahaan dan pengelolaan aset desa. Selanjutnya para bendahara dan bagian keuangan akan diminta untuk menjalankan simulasi penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban. Untuk memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dalam pelaksanaan program ini kami bersama dengan tim akan memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dan penatausahaan aset desa. Program kegiatan ini akan lebih memudahkan bagi pengelola aset menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban desa sesuai dengan aturan berlaku.
