The lack of knowledge of farmers and the community about the evaluation of land suitability causes the cultivated plants do not produce optimally, because the conditions required by these plants are not in accordance with the conditions of the land that supports the growth of these plants. Seeing the importance of the process of selecting plants based on land suitability, while determining the selection of plants is still done only by looking at the experience of farmers who have not been tested. So the authors feel the need to make research to determine plants on land based on land suitability and plant growth requirements. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is very suitable to be used to calculate the priority weight of each criterion because it is objective, which will later be used as a reference ranking by the TOPSIS method. With this research, it can determine the estate crops that will be planted on a land based on the level of land suitability and the requirements for growing plants that are alternative precisely, accurately and dynamically.

Abstrak: Kebanyakan Petani masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tanaman apa yang cocok ditanaman di lahannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan petani mengenai kesesuaian lahan dengan persyaratan tumbuh suatu tanaman. Lemahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani dan masyarakat tentang evaluasi kesesuaian lahan menyebabkan tanaman yang dibudidayakan tidak berproduksi optimal, karena syarat yang dibutuhkan tanaman tersebut belum sesuai dengan kondisi lahan yang mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Melihat pentingnya proses pemilihan tanaman berdasarkan kesesuain lahan, sedangkan penentuan pemilihan tanaman masih dilakukan hanya berdasarkan dengan melihat pengalaman petani yang belum teruji. Maka penulis merasa perlu membuat penelitian untuk menentukan tanaman pada lahan berdasarkan kesesuain lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sangat cocok digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas dari tiap kriteria karena bersifat obyektif, yang nantinya menjadi acuan perangkingan yang dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menentukan tanaman perkebunan yang akan ditanam pada suatu lahan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman yang menjadi alternatif secara tepat, akurat dan dinamis.

Then the data is processed with the Single Exponential Smoothing Method. Alpha value 0 <α <1. Single Exponential Smoothing makes a comparison with the alpha value until alpha is found which has the minimum error. To find the value of the error, the MSE (Mean Square Error) method is used. The results of the testing of this method are in the academic year 2018/2019 prediction of the number of students for the Informatics Management Study Program as many as 89 people and for Students for the Computer Engineering Study Program as many as 30 people. The Single Exponential Smoothing method can predict the number of students in the next period.

Abstrak: Suatu masalah memerlukan sebuah solusi untuk menyelesaikannya. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan Prediksi (Forcasting). Prediksi digunakan untuk menilai prakiraan keadaan dimasa. di AMIK Royal Kisaran, ketika akan membuat jadwal kuliah sering terhambat karena tidak adanya perkiraan jumlah mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah histori data 15 Tahun Akademik terakhir, mulai 2003/2004 sampai dengan 2017/2018. Kemudian data diolah dengan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Nilai alpha 0<α<1. Single Exponential Smoothing melakukan perbandingan dengan nilai alpha tersebut sampai ditemukan alpha yang memiliki error paling minimum. Untuk mencari nilai Error digunakan Metode MSE (Mean Square Error). Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini adalah pada Tahun akademik 2018/2019 prediksi jumlah Mahasiswa untuk Program Studi Manajemen Informatika sebanyak 89 orang dan untuk Mahasiswa untuk Program Studi Teknik Komputer sebanyak 30 orang. Abstrak: Push Notification adalah sebuah layanan yang banyak digunakan untuk keperluan pemberitahuan melalui pesan pendek yang ada di smartphone. Dengan adanya layanan Push Notification tersebut, pengguna dapat terbantu dalam hal yang bersipat pemberitahuan secara singkat. Pada implementasinya Push Notification dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai keperluan sehari-hari misalnya untuk monitoring absensi, update berita terbaru, dan sebagainya. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengirim Push Notification yang nantinya akan dapat dikembangkang di berbagai bidang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memberikan informasi secara real time, berakibat informasi yang tersampaikan tidak up-to-date, sehingga dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi informasi yang diberikan telah usang. Push Notification salah satu layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi informasi yang terbaru tidak tersampaikan, dengan penggunaan layanan ini setiap terjadi update informasi maka akan langsung terkirim sebagai pesan notification, sehingga informasi yang terbaru tidak akan terlewatkan. Layanan Push Notification umumnya banyak diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile seperti Android dan IOS. Untuk penggunaan Sistem Operasi mobile terbesar berdasarkan statcounter untuk tahun 2012 sampai 2016 di Indonesia dikuasi oleh Sistem Operasi Android. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener (H') sebesar 2,18 (kategori sedang) dan indeks kemerataan (E) sebesar 0,95 (kategori tinggi). Kondisi lingkungan berupa suhu 28°C, kelembapan 82%, pH tanah 6,4, dan intensitas cahaya 1.200 Lux mendukung pertumbuhan tumbuhan paku. Keanekaragaman tumbuhan paku di lokasi penelitian tergolong cukup baik dan berpotensi menjadi data dasar inventarisasi flora lokal serta konservasi keanekaragaman hayati.
This study aimed to identify fern (Pteridophyta) species and determine their diversity level in Terentang Baru Village, Batin XXIV District, Jambi. Conducted in May 2026 using an exploratory survey, purposive sampling, and roaming methods, the study identified 10 fern species belonging to 9 genera and 8 families. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H') was 2.18 (moderate), while the evenness index (E) was 0.95 (high). Environmental conditions, including a temperature of 28°C, humidity of 82%, soil pH of 6.4, and light intensity of 1,200 Lux, supported fern growth. The findings indicate relatively good fern diversity and provide baseline data for local flora inventory and biodiversity conservation.

arch was conducted from April to July 2025 at Mon Jambe Village, Jeumpa District, and the Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera Business Research Center, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The experiment employed a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four varieties as treatments and three replications, resulting in 12 experimental units. The tested varieties were Rajo, Genie, Bara, and Tetra Hijau. Data were collected through observations of plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, fruit weight, and fresh biomass weight, and were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine differences among treatments. The results showed that the varietal factor had a highly significant effect on leaf number and a significant effect on fruit number and fruit weight. The Bara variety exhibited the most adaptive and productive performance under the cocoa alley cropping system, as indicated by superior vegetative growth and yield compared to other varieties. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing that varietal selection is a key factor in optimizing the utilization of cocoa alley spaces for cayenne pepper cultivation. These findings are expected to provide a scientific basis for developing cayenne pepper cultivation technologies in cocoa alley systems and to serve as a reference for further research on adaptive variety development under such environmental conditions.

Using quantitative methods, data were analyzed through regression tests, including T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient analysis, to explore the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that motivation has a strong and significant positive effect on employee performance, supported by a regression coefficient of 0.661 and a significance level of p < 0.001. Similarly, job satisfaction also significantly impacts performance, with a coefficient of 0.325 and p < 0.001, although its influence is comparatively lower than motivation. The simultaneous effect of motivation and job satisfaction was confirmed by an F-value of 396.748 and an R² of 0.922, indicating that 92.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two factors. The findings emphasize the importance of fostering both motivation and job satisfaction to improve employee performance effectively. Therefore, organizations should develop policies that enhance motivation through rewards and career development opportunities, as well as improve job satisfaction by ensuring supportive working conditions and recognizing employee contributions.

To facilitate load sharing in the expansion of the Gondoriyo area, the ETAP powerstaion 7.5.0 simulation program is used. which consists of 1 phase simulation before expansion and 3 phase simulation after expansion. From the results of this engineering shrinkage simulation, the total engineering shrinkage value in the 1-phase network before the expansion was 6480 kW, after the network expansion, the total engineering shrinkage changed to 2510.4 kW. With the simulation that has been made, it is expected to produce a load sharing plan that will make it easier for PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Boja to share the load on the network after the expansion.

The results show that more than 56% of the total planned land area is in the highly suitable category, while areas with steep slopes have a high potential for landslide risk. The discussion emphasizes the importance of settlement development focusing on safe and suitable areas, and the need for strict regulations to protect communities from disaster risks. The findings provide a strong basis for policy makers to formulate spatial planning strategies that are sustainable and responsive to the geographical conditions of Ambon City.
