c focus on Theme–Rheme structure, the study analyses a BBC news report published in November 2023 on the Russian Supreme Court’s decision to designate the so-called “international LGBT movement” as an extremist organization. Using a qualitative textual approach, the text is segmented into clauses and analyzed to identify patterns of thematic choice and progression. The findings reveal a consistent foregrounding of institutional actors, such as state authorities and legal bodies, in Theme position when reporting legal actions and policy decisions, while members of the LGBT community and civil society figures are predominantly thematized in clauses expressing reactions, personal experiences, and anticipated consequences. This asymmetric thematic distribution constructs a discourse in which state authority is positioned as the primary agent of action, whereas affected social groups are framed as respondents to institutional power. The study demonstrates that ideological meanings in news discourse may be realized implicitly through grammatical organization rather than explicit evaluative language, and it highlights the value of Theme–Rheme analysis for examining power relations in contemporary international news reporting.

Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai indeks eritrosit meliputi usia pasien, jumlah paritas, usia kehamilan, jarak kehamilan, serta asupan nutrisi dan zat besi (Fe). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipe anemia berdasarkan nilai indeks eritrosit pada pasien inpartu di RSUD K.R.T. Setjonegoro Wonosobo Periode Januari–Desember Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data sejumlah 135 sampel diperoleh dari rekam medis dan hasil pemeriksaan darah rutin (MCV,MCH, dan MCHC). Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010 dan IBM Statistics SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe anemia didominasi oleh normositik normokromik 62,2%, mikrositik hipokromik 37,0%, dan makrositik normokromik 0,7%. Pasien dengan usia berisiko didominasi normositik normokromik 65,6%, sedangkan usia tidak berisiko didominasi normositik normokromik 61,2%. Pasien dengan jumlah paritas berisiko didominasi normositik normokromik 78,6%, sedangkan usia tidak berisiko didominasi normositik normokromik 57,9%.

Nilai hematokrit dapat digunakan sebagai tes skrining sederhana untuk anemia, sebagai referensi kalibrasi untuk metode otomatis hitung sel darah dan membimbing keakuratan pengukuran hemoglobin. Mengetahui hasil nilai hematokrit sebelum dan sesudah donor darah di UDD PMI Kabupaten Cilacap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental dengan kriteria penelitian deskriptif serta menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dan menggunakan data primer. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebanyak 30 responden yaitu sebelum donor darah didapatkan paling tinggi yaitu jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan kategori normal sebanyak 16 pendonor (53,3%), sedangkan sesudah donor didapatkan paling tinggi yaitu jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan kategori normal sebanyak 15 pendonor (50%). Sebelum donor darah berdasarkan usia didapatkan pendonor terbanyak berusia 22-44 tahun (dewasa) memiliki nilai Hct normal sebanyak 13 pendonor (43,4%) dan sesudah donor pendonor terbanyak berusia 22-44 tahun (dewasa) memiliki nilai Hct normal sebanyak 10 pendonor (33,3%). Penelitian yang dilakukan di UDD PMI Kabupaten Cilacap dengan total 30 responden disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata nilai hematokrit sebelum donor darah adalah 43,3% dan sesudah donor darah adalah 40,2%. Jadi tidak ada hubungan nilai hematokrit dengan sebelum dan sesudah donor darah.

Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dari 46% pada pra-siklus menjadi 71% pada siklus I, dan meningkat menjadi 89% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan model PjBL terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi dekomposisi bilangan.

caregivers. Inadequate knowledge may lead to inappropriate first aid measures that can worsen the child's condition. This research aims to identify the level of parent's knowledge regarding first aid management for children experiencing febrile seizures in Sei Mencirim. This study uses a descriptive design method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study are all parents who brought their children for treatment to the Sei Mencirim Community Health Center in the last three months, wiht a sample of 36 respondents taken using an accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions. Data analysis was carried out univariately to describe the level of respondents' knowledge. The results of the study show that parental knowledge based on the management of febrile seizures, parents have a good level of knowledge of 55.6%. Based on the administration during seizures, parental knowledge is in the sufficient category of 38.9%. Based on the administration of medication from the hospital after the child is treated, parental knowledge is in the good category off 66.7%. Based on information about seizures, parental knowledge is in the good category of 75.0%. concluded that the level of parental knowledge about first aid for children experiencing febrile is in the good category of 80.5%.
